“I love you,” I tell him, and he gives me that smile I’ve fallen so completely, hopelessly in love with.

“Enough to spend your whole life with me?” he asks, and I lace my fingers with his, making a silent promise to never, ever let him go.

“Enough to spend eternity with you.”
