Falling for My Best Friend's Brother

Chapter Twelve

Who’s Your Dom?

My phone rang then because you know how life goes, you always get interrupted during the most crucial conversations. And because I’m me and totally stupid, I jumped off of the bed and answered the phone.

“Hello?” I said with a hesitant voice because I didn’t recognize the number.

“Alice, it’s Henry,” said a smooth voice.

“Hey, Henry,” I said and got back onto the bed with a smile on my face. Aiden lay there staring at me with narrowed eyes and a frown. “Can I help you?”

“Yes, you can.” He laughed and then cleared his throat. “I was hoping we could grab a coffee this weekend?”

“You want to grab a coffee with me?” I asked in shock, my voice rising slightly.

“Yes. I figure seeing as I’m Xander’s best man and you’re Liv’s maid of honor, we should get to know each other better.”

“I’d love to get to know you better—eek!” I screamed as I felt Aiden slap my bottom.

“Alice, are you okay?” Henry sounded worried.

“Yes, sorry, I uh, I …” My voice trailed off as Aiden’s hands came around my waist and pulled me back to him. “Sorry about that, I’m fine.” I gasped as Aiden’s fingers pinched my nipples.

“Oh, okay.” Henry sounded unsure. “So this weekend? What day is better for you?”

“Uhm, I can do Sat—oooh.” I moaned as I felt Aiden entering me. I closed my eyes for a few seconds as I felt him moving inside of me. “Henry, can I call you back, please?” I gasped into the phone.

“Sure. Is everything okay, Alice?”

“Yes!” I gasped and hung up. “What are you doing?” I moaned as Aiden flipped me onto my back and got on top of me.

“That was rude of you,” he murmured as he lowered his body onto mine.

“What was?” I gasped as he grabbed my hands and entered me slowly.

“Taking a call while we were talking.”

“Well, you were basically telling me that you and Elizabeth are—”

“We’re nothing, Alice.” He grunted as he kissed me hard.

“What do you mean?” I moaned as he continued moving his cock in and out of me slowly.

“Elizabeth and I are nothing.” He groaned and pulled out of me and then sat up on the bed. “I’m going to get blue balls.” He made a face.

“What do you mean you and Elizabeth are nothing?” I asked with a frown. I completely ignored his blue balls comment. “You’re not sleeping with me while you’re in a kinky relationship with her?”

“I’m not in a kinky relationship with her.” He made a face. “I hired her.”

“You what?” My jaw dropped. “She’s a prostitute?” I glared at him. “I knew it. I just knew it.”

“No, Alice.” He grabbed my hands and grinned. “I don’t mean she’s a prostitute—she’s an actress.” He made a face. “I know, I know, it was a stupid thing to do.”

“Actress?”

“I wanted to teach you a lesson.” He sighed. “Maybe it was a mistake.”

“Maybe?” I glared at him. “What are you talking about? Why did you want to teach me a lesson?”

“You and Liv are so immature,” he said. “After you hired Brock and Jock and pretended that the two of you were dating them, Xander and I figured that you both needed a taste of your own medicine.”

“Xander knew about this?” I was in shock. “What?”

“I thought it would be a good idea.” He sighed. “Like I said, I wanted to give you a taste of your own medicine.”

“My own medicine?”

“Are you going to repeat everything I say?” He grinned.

“I wouldn’t be grinning if I were you.” I narrowed my eyes at him. “Continue with your story.”

“After I saw you kissing Scott, I got really upset, but then I spoke to Scott and Xander, and I realized that perhaps you did like me, after all.”

“Well, duh. Hasn’t that always been obvious?”

“Not really, Alice.” He shook his head. “Not with all the silly games you and my sister play. I really didn’t know what to think.”

“I don’t play silly games.” I pouted, and he leaned forward and kissed my lips.

“Yes, you do, Alice.” His fingers ran down my cheek. “And for some reason, I decided that I needed to join you at your own game. So I hired Elizabeth.” He smiled at me, but I didn’t return his look of adoration. “We decided to do some fake Facebook flirting to trap you, then she sent me some fake texts, I talked about some fake dates, invited her to the football game, which was Xander’s idea by the way, and waited for you to take the bait.”

“I thought you were dating her as well,” I growled. “I was so upset and angry and confused and … Argh.” I poked him in the chest. “That was a horrible thing to do.”

“I just wanted to see if you would be jealous,” he said. “And I wanted you to see how stupid and childish it is to fake relationships and stuff to try and make someone jealous.”

“Whatever.” I looked away from him, still feeling angry, but also feeling overwhelmingly happy. He didn’t like Elizabeth! I was over the moon at the truth.
