Chapter 9

Ashling

Ashling was out of her mind. Something about that smirk on Jessie’s face when she was pissed just sparked her. The thought of his lips on her the other day was something she couldn’t forget. And wanted again. She was fired up with temper, thanks to Wade’s asshole behavior, and she’d attacked Jessie with her mouth.

She’d planned to be cool, aloof, focused on business, but here was the sexiest, manliest, most gorgeous guy she’d ever seen. And she let loose.

Kissing Jessie wasn’t like kissing Sean O’Connell back home. Even before her lips touched Jessie’s, she felt them. Something in her tingled, came more alive, activated when she was near Jessie. She wanted him to take her, now, up against this wall.

Jessie’s hands were everywhere, his mouth was everywhere. She held on as her senses tried to process all the ways he was turning her on. Jessie’s body was hard, and she felt her hands running wild all over it.

Her blouse was completely open, and she snuck a glance down to see Jessie feasting on her breasts. Like he’d never eaten before in his life. It made her weak in the knees. It turned her body into something liquid. She wanted to be poured all over him.

She knew she was making noises, but she couldn’t help it. This was so unlike any sexual experience she’d had. Admittedly, they were all with boys back home. That was the word, though, boys. Jessie was a man, and he was going to take her. She wanted it.

She also wasn’t thinking just what that actually meant. This was America. She was free here, right? She could be like Beyonce or something.

She wanted more of Jessie, all of Jessie. Now. And she meant to have it.

She lifted his shirt over his head and looked at his insanely toned belly, his chest. She kissed his shoulders and felt him pop the button and zipper of her jeans. Jessie’s fingers worked the top of her panties, and she wanted them off, gone, out of the way.

It presented a little obstacle as she had her legs partially wrapped around him. She could see how a skirt would have been much easier in this particular situation. Though she’d never been in this particular situation, so who knew?

He lowered her to the floor. Jessie bent down and slid her jeans over her hips, with them came her panties. She was leaning against the wall, penned in by his massive frame, sure his body would support hers without a doubt. She was there, for him, blouse open, breasts pushed up and towards him thanks to her bra cups that he’d slid to the sides, and totally exposed from hips to toes and everywhere else.

“Gorgeous,” he said as he placed kisses on her hipbones. His rough hands slid around her ass and pulled her forward. Ash lifted her legs around him again.

Her naked skin against his jeans was too much for her to stand. She felt herself slide away from any type of control.

“I have protection. If it’s okay?” She was open and ready, and yet the question about protection was important, and it felt respectful. It opened up a trust in him that she didn’t know she needed. But it was also a definite last chance for her to come to her senses. But coming was all she wanted at that point. In fact, she was shocked to find out she might not be able to hold off, already sensations were rolling through her that seemed impossible to stop or slow. She felt her body move against him almost without her direction.

“It’s more than okay. Hurry.” Where was her shame? Her hard to get persona? Gone. Totally gone.

“This time.” She had no idea what that meant and didn’t care. She only cared about the moment they were having. Someone could walk in. The door was open downstairs. No matter, she wanted Jessie, and every other thing on the planet could go to the devil right now.

Jessie expertly handled the protection, and it freed her again from worry. The brief seconds he took to be sure she was sure made this about both of them. Space between them evaporated into a frenzy as he explored her body with his.

Jessie’s rough stubble brushed across her cheek and then her nipple. He lifted both her legs and she locked them around him. He held her totally up with his powerful legs. His hands slid to her hips, and she felt the tip of him teasing her. Muscles she didn’t really know she had wanted to pull him in.

“Oh, oh,” Ash said as Jessie moved farther inside her. It was already more than she’d expected, more than she’d had with Sean. She felt deliciously opened and shockingly full as he moved in a rhythm and she held on.

“Ashling, so perfect, are you okay? Can you handle more?” There was more? How could there be more? She felt herself quiver around him.

“Yes, please.”

“So polite.” He whispered it in her ear. And then she understood what he meant by more. She didn’t really know if she could do this. He was so different.

The fast-paced rhythm slowed, and he locked his lips on hers. She felt her tongue circle him and then inch by inch more was there. She felt all of Jessie, and for a second her eyes flew open.

“I, ah.” She was scared she might be too small for him. Was that possible? Jessie held her put, and she moved her hips to accommodate all of this man who was rocking her world against the warehouse wall.

He filled her, she opened to him. Her skin felt a zing every place his fingers or mouth touched her. Jessie picked up the pace again and the careful consideration he’d shown about consent, protection, and well, to be honest, size, changed her perspective on him. He wasn’t an insensitive brute, as he looked; it was the opposite. It was her turn to let him know what came next.

“I’m okay, you won’t break me,” she whispered in his ear, and she felt him shudder and pull her tighter.

Her body was at his mercy now. Jessie pounded his hips toward hers. She did all she could to match his thrusts, but it was impossible. His size, his energy, his passion consumed hers. She was aware of making noises; she couldn’t stop them, as pleasure rippled through her in hot waves. He held her to the wall, and she clawed at his back. Ashling sank her teeth into Jessie’s shoulder at one point.

A nearby vase or two crashed from a shelf as the wall shook behind her.

“Oh. My. God.” It was a rasping noise from Jessie’s throat against her neck as she dissolved into a million pieces around him.

He took her over the edge with him, and a wave of pleasure so strong washed over her, she thought she might actually faint.

They clung to each other. He still easily held her up, thank goodness. She didn’t have much confidence in her own ability to stand upright at that moment.

He pulled her closer. They were still connected in every way, but now they were quiet. She was in shock. What had happened?

Jessie stroked her hair; it was gentle, the opposite of the animalistic frenzy they’d both drowned in a moment before.

“You’re fucking amazing.”

“Yah, you’re amazing at fucking.” She was going to have to be tough. This was nuts. This was fast and dangerous and totally not in her plan. Ashling realized this was the kind of man who could crush her heart. It was a scary realization. And it was out of the blue.

“It’s not just that. But thanks. Didn’t realize you could swear that well either.” He slowly lowered her to the floor and helped her stay steady as they both worked on re-adjusting their clothes.

“I’m Irish.”

Jessie nodded in recognition as a deep embarrassment threatened to have her scurrying for cover. This was so outside of her plans or anything she’d ever done before.

Ashling scurried to pull her jeans on and then felt his hand on hers before she could redo the blouse. The passion and her crazy behavior needed to be squelched. This American man probably had women do this all the time with him. She was, what did they call it here? Oh yeah, she was acting like a groupie.

“What?” she asked as she realized his eyes were intensely locked on hers.

“It’s not just this, here, against this wall. I want more from you, Ashling Byrne,” Jessie was serious and focused.

“I just dropped my panties and bit you on the shoulder. Not much more than that available.” She was trying like hell to be tough, flip, Irish the hell out of this fighter.

“I want a date,” Jessie said, and that tiny smile that had caused her to attack him with her lips was playing at the corners of his mouth. Damn it. He was doing something to her she couldn’t predict or control. She thought about what he’d asked. A date. A proper date instead of the craziness they’d just drowned in. She was going to say no. For sure a hard no. Jessie stroked her over her bra. Her breasts were now back in their proper place, but her blouse was still brazenly open. He slowly buttoned her up, and dammit it made her want to get naked with him again. A hard no. Hard no.

“A date? Alright. A date it is. I’m free tomorrow night.” She shook her head. That did not sound like “no” coming out of her mouth. This man had swirled the contents of her brain to something unrecognizable.

“Good. I’ll be here at 6:30.” Jessie’s voice was deep, gritty. Why did that have to be sexy too? It was an all-out Jessie assault on her ability to think logically.

“Seven. I have a store to run, Jessie Hoolihan. That’s my priority.” She lifted her chin towards him and clenched her teeth.

“You’re my priority.” Jessie leaned in and kissed her again. She wanted to push him away. She could still get the upper hand by showing him she was just in it for the fun. But she couldn’t. Jessie’s lips were exactly where she wanted them, on hers.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, a date it would be.
