Christmas Miracle (Believe Book 1) by Shea Balik (10)

Ben was sure he had to be dreaming. There was no way the sexiest man he’d ever met was kissing him, no not kissing, devouring him. As first kisses go, it was off the charts. Ben had never experienced such complete focus directed on him as if he were the only man in the world. Each movement of Darius’ lips, tongue and teeth were an exploration into Ben’s very soul. The sensations Darius was invoking left Ben feeling exposed and vulnerable, yet at the same time cherished and safe.

A moan filled the room as their tongues danced together sensually. With their bodies pressed together Ben could feel every ridge of Darius’ ripped body. The man’s clothes didn’t do him justice in showcasing his amazing physique. Ben’s fingers itched to explore every inch, preferably without clothes getting in the way. For now, he would take what he could get as his hands traversed over Darius’ broad shoulders and massive chest.

A shiver worked its way down his spine when he felt Darius’ hands trace down his back to his ass, kneading the muscles even as he moved Ben’s body just enough so their groins aligned. His dick twitched at the feel of their cocks rubbing against each other. Ben’s groan of need was swallowed up by Darius. If it weren’t for Darius muffling Ben’s sounds, the girls would have woken up, but Ben couldn’t stop himself from making the needy noises. He was drowning in Darius’ touch, losing all coherent thought.

His back hit the wall.  Darius pinned him to the hard surface with his body. The sound of zipper was loud to Ben’s ears as Darius’ fingers rubbed over his groin. Anticipation had him panting with need as he waited for Darius to touch his hard, aching dick.

He cried out as a rough hand enveloped his heated flesh. Ben’s hips bucked into Darius tight grip.

Darius pulled his lips from Ben’s, licking and nipping a path to his ear. “Shh, love. You’ll wake up the girls.”

Ben curled his lips in to stop himself from making any more noises. Darius smiled down at him with a wicked gleam. Teeth nipped his earlobe. Ben let out a small whimper but was proud of himself for keeping it relatively quiet.

Darius scraped his nail across Ben’s slit at the same time he used his teeth to clamp down on the spot where Ben’s neck and shoulder met.

A deep groan spilled out of Ben before he could stop it.

Lips brushed against his ear when Darius asked, “Do I need to punish you?”

Ben’s eyes widened as his dick throbbed before spilling its contents all over Darius’ hand. His orgasm was so unexpected it left Ben leaning heavily against the wall. When his body started to sag to the floor Darius put one arm around him to hold him up while he lifted the hand with his spunk on it. Darius’ tongue flicked out for a taste. Ben almost came again at the sight.

He was left speechless when Darius swiped some of Ben’s cum across Ben’s lips before leaning over to lick his mouth clean. Darius took his time making sure to get every bit, leaving Ben reeling. “Clean the rest of my hand,” Darius ordered as he held his hand in front of Ben’s mouth.

Ben didn’t even question the command. He just started licking his own spunk off Darius’ hand. Never had he allowed another man to do the things Darius was doing and saying to him. He’d always denied liking being ordered around, yet here he was having had one of the most powerful orgasms he’d ever had with his dick getting hard again for another round.

Hell, just thinking about Darius’ threat of being spanked had Ben ready to push and see if the sexy man would do as promised. What was wrong with him? Soft lips captured his once more in a demanding kiss that melted what little was left of Ben’s brain. Another moan slipped out unbidden when Darius stroked his tongue along Ben’s.

The hairs along Ben’s arms stood on end as Darius’s hands whispered over his skin. Ben whimpered when Darius pulled away from their kiss. Still dazed he slowly opened his eyelids to stare up into Darius’ burning gaze. The raw desire stole the very air from Ben’s lungs.

Confused when Darius took several steps away from him, Ben reached out to stop him. Dismayed when Darius held him off, Ben let his hands drop to hang uselessly at his side. Once the haze had lifted and Ben was thinking clearly again he started to worry. What if Darius hadn’t meant to kiss him to begin with? What if he blamed Ben for turning him gay? Not that it would be true but sometimes people were irrational when faced with who they were really were.

Without taking his eyes off Darius, Ben slowly inched his way to the door, which thankfully was only a couple of steps away. Ben gave a little sigh of relief when his hand touched the doorknob. Not that he would be any safer anywhere else in the house but at least he wouldn’t be locked up in a tiny sewing room.

Even on his deathbed, Ben would deny he squealed like a girl when Darius’ hand gently touched his shoulder just as Ben was about to step into the hallway. His heart practically beat out of his chest as the fear of what Darius would do to him gripped him. It wasn’t until he looked in Darius’ beautiful mocha eyes filled with so much pain that Ben realized he’d misjudged the man.

“Why do you think I’m going to hurt you?” Darius asked.

Ben didn’t have a good answer. He’d judged Darius on what Ben’s preconceived notions of what a Texas man would be like instead of who the man was. The kicker was Darius was a great guy who had never given Ben a reason to feel he would be upset with being gay. He’d accepted Ben without batting an eye when Ben’s own mother tried to turn the man against him. So why had Ben been so sure Darius was against gay men?

Nothing pissed Ben off more than when others had put Ben into some sort of mold just because he was gay and yet here he’d just done the same thing. What did that say about him? As much as he wanted to crawl under the covers until this all went away, it wasn’t that easy. He owed Darius an apology. He only hoped it would be enough. Darius was a great guy, someone Ben would love to get to know better, but he wouldn’t blame Darius if he never talked to Ben again after this.

Sucking it up, Ben stood straight and faced Darius like a man. “I don’t have a good answer for that, but it had nothing to do with you.” He could feel the heat creep up his neck and into face as he had to admit his shortcomings. “I judged you because I was sure all men in Texas, especially someone built like you, would want to beat me up for what just happened. Instead of accepting the kind man you actually are, I let my own fears of what I thought would happen to me, take over and I’m sorry.”

Darius stared hard at Ben for several minutes. It made Ben feel like he was under a microscope, causing him to squirm. He hated what he’d done but he couldn’t change it. He’d apologized now he could only hope Darius would accept it.

His heart sank when Darius strode past him and out the front door without saying a word. Maybe he deserved that, but he’d been hoping for more.
