Creed: Ruthless Bastards (RBMC Book 5) by Chelsea Handcock (7)

Creed was having a good time.  He’d walked into the bar pissed off, and now, he could almost forget what had happened earlier.  This woman, Tess, was a firecracker, and he liked fucking with her.  He also really liked that every single time he got one over on her, those cheeks of her would heat to a slight pink, and she would glare at him.  Most women were either afraid of him because of his size or at least intimidated.  Then there were the other women, the ones who only paid attention to the patch he usually wore on his back.

When he was in the Airforce, it was for another reason; all special forces guys in every branch had groupies of some kind, and the Airforce wasn’t any different.  Women would flock to the bars he and his team would frequent, just looking to spend a night or more with a Paratrooper.   He knew the score and so did they, he always made it clear if he did take one somewhere for the night, that was it.  So many of his brothers had gotten trapped that way, but he never was and he wouldn’t be now.

But this chick with her curvy as hell body, quick wit, and pretty face actually made him want to sit down and talk to her for a while.  She didn’t have a clue who he was, his patch or rank didn’t mean shit, he was just a guy.  Hell, he couldn’t remember the last time someone had just been after him.  In high school, it was because he was the quarterback, then the military, then the club; this was a nice change.  He would still fuck her and leave, but he was going to enjoy every part, especially the teasing before he ghosted out of her life.

Tessa put her elbow on the bar and laid her cheek in her hand. “So, do you come here often?” and immediately started laughing.  Creed had been shocked when she offered him a twenty and asked what she could get for it.  It was definitely a first for him.

“Nah, Tess, just passing through. Is that going to be a problem for me getting into your pants tonight?”

“Oh, I don’t know, Creed, you have all the power now, my pants might just drop on their own, right here in the middle of the bar.”

“That would be a shame, babe, cuz I wouldn’t be able to resist, and I was kind of hoping you would be more than a quick fuck.  Plus, I like my privacy, not much for a show but if your game? ”  Creed ran his finger from her shoulder to her neck, then down the front of her chest until his finger was right at the lace outlining her tiny tank top right where her ample cleavage started to push up and out of her bra. Damn, this chick was hot.  “What do you say about that, private and naked, so I can savor every inch of you sweet Tess?”

“Hmm, I think that can be arranged, but since I’m buying the drinks and you’re just passing through, makes me wonder where a guy like you will do all this seeing and touching privately?  Are you staying nearby, or are you one of those really considerate guys who think having sex in the bathroom of a bar or in the back seat of his Honda is equal to taking a girl to the Ritz?”

“Damn,” Creed said, getting up from his seat and standing as he looked at her, shaking his head, “here I thought you weren’t one of those high maintenance girls?  We were going to have some fun tonight, but you had to go and ask for the moon.”  Creed acted like he was going to walk away and was pleased when she grabbed on to his arm laughing.

“Oh, sit your ass down, I didn’t say I wasn’t willing, just not my top two choices.”

“Hmm, okay, but show me any more of that high maintenance stuff, and I am out the door.  I can’t have you walking all over me right from the start.”  Creed was watching Tess, and she was smiling and laughing right along with him.  Sure, she put on a show of being grumpy, but she wasn’t.  Creed realized he more than liked playing with this woman.  There was something about Tess that made him think of more than just short term.  He would deny it and fucking fight it till the end but she was special.

If she lived in Defiance instead of Hazard and they met, say ten years from now, he might want to get to know her a little better.  But he was more of a here and now kind of guy and right now, all he had to offer any woman was a ride on his bike and then one on his dick.  Creed didn’t do commitments to women, ever. Been there, done that, had a sealed juvie file to prove it, and he wasn’t about to repeat that mistake.

The bartender came back and put the drinks down on the bar. Before he could even grab the bottle, Tessa reached over and snagged his lime, plopping it in her glass, smiling.

“I’m paying, so I get the lime. If you would have been a gentleman, I would have let you keep it but your loss.”  Then she tipped up her drink and took a nice long slip.

Creed had never once been a man who would let something like that go without a little retribution.  So, he waited patiently until she put her drink down, stuck his fingers in her drink and fished the lime out.  Once he got ahold of it, he took it out of the glass, holding it between two fingers, brought the sour fruit to her chest and squeezed.  Creed watched as the juice dripped down into her shirt.  Looking up at her face for a second, he saw the shocked look on her face, complete with a nice O shape to her lips.

Well, if she thought that was shocking, she had no idea the type of man he was, but she was about to find out.  Leaning forward, he licked that drop of juice off of her chest until his mouth met her cleavage and then he delved further until it was surrounded by her generous tits, then he followed his trail back up, pulling back a little.  Creed knew she expected him to kiss her, but he wasn’t done just yet, so he brought his beer up out of her sight, turned his head, and took a healthy drink.

When he was done, he tipped the bottle at her, and said, “Thanks, babe, I think I like my beer better that way.  It’s always good to try new things don’t you think?

Tess was so red now, he knew that even with all the games, she wasn’t a girl who often went to the bar to try to score a hookup.  She was embarrassed by what he’d just done, but right underneath that, she was also worked up and that was where he planned on keeping her.  She might be a good girl out for the night, trying to act like a bad girl, but Creed knew people.  It was part of his job to be able to know and read people, and if what he was getting from Tess was right, she would regret what was going to happen tonight.  Too bad, she had pegged him right, he was no gentlemen, and he would never be one.

A good guy would buy her a couple of more drinks, call a cab, and send her on her way, but Creed already knew he wasn’t going to do that.  No, he was going to finish this drink with her, take her back to his crappy hotel, and fuck her. Then he was going to get on his bike and drive away.  Find a place to lay low and never see sweet Tess again.  He had a moment of hesitation when Shake’s face came into his mind, but he knew his cousin, and right about now, the man would be passed out somewhere.

Shake and Sherry might want him dead, but that wouldn’t overrule Shake’s need to get piss poor drunk or high as a kite.  Creed planned on watching all of them from the shadows.  He would figure out what the hell was going on with his Aunt and what part Shake and Sherry had in Johnny’s death.  Then he would take matters into his own hands as long as he could keep Tuck from pulling him out too soon.

Creed felt the bump on his shoulder and met Tess’s smokey hazel eyes. She’d been watching him but had kept her mouth shut and let him be, another thing he’d never once encountered with a woman.  They were usually talking a mile a minute about shit that didn’t matter, hating on another woman, or just plain bitching up a storm, but not Tess, no, she waited him out and gave him the time to respond or not.

“Sorry, got shit on my mind, went off there for a little while. Where were we?” Creed asked and felt like a fool.

“Oh, let me see,” Tess waved her hand in the air and turned away, “I think we were talking about banging in your car or in the bathroom,” she said, squinching up her nose.   Yeah, he didn’t like the sound of either one of those either, but sometimes it worked in a pinch, just not this time.  He might be a bastard, but he was going to at least give her a bed to get fucked in.

“Drink up, Tess,” Creed said, chugging the rest of his beer. "It’s time to move this party somewhere more comfortable.”

“Bathroom?” Tess asked, taking another sip of her drink.

“Nope, not the bathroom,” Creed laughed and took her arm, helping her up from the bar stool, wiggling his eyebrows like a dork. Tess turned back to the bar and grabbed her purse, waving to a weird little man at the end of the bar.

“Friend of yours?”

“Oh, yeah,” Tess laughed again, “me and Toothless go way back. He made me some offers I almost couldn’t refuse before you walked in.  But I have to tell you if you take me out there to the parking lot and you have a Honda Civic sitting there, I might have to come back inside.  I think he has a truck.  More space, you know, and if it’s as old as he is, I bet it even has a bench seat. Bonus points!”  Tess yelled, jumping up and down.  She was trying to be funny, but all Creed saw were her boobs bouncing up and down, and he wanted to see them doing just that, bare while she bounced up and down on his dick.

Walking a little faster, Tess was having a hard time keeping up with him. Creed was taller than most men, and he knew it, but Tess was shorter than most women. Now that she was standing, he judged her to be about five four, just a tiny thing.  But everything would even out when they got horizontal or vertical with those legs wrapped around his waist.  Creed’s pants tightened further, and he was either going to have to pick her up and carry her out of the bar, or she was going to move faster.  Much to his delight, she started to match his speed.

When they got outside and into the parking lot, he walked her right to his Harley.  Creed loved his bike, black on black, no chrome, and fast as shit.  He’d spent most of his adult life saving up to have his baby made just right for him, and he loved her sleek curves.  When Tess stopped in her tracks and wouldn’t move any further, Creed had to stop. When he looked at her, she was pointing to his baby with a perplexed look on her face.

“What?”

“Um, a Honda would have been better. Sorry, dude, but I’m not fucking you out in this parking lot on that.  Nope, not going to happen.”

Creed was insulted for himself and his bike.

“Okay, you have two choices, Tess.”  When she went to talk, he held up his hand and stopped her.  “One, you can get on this bike and go back to my hotel room with me.”  When she opened her mouth to say something else, Creed shook his head. “Or two, you can go back into the bar and give Toothless and that imaginary truck a try.”

Creed had expected hysterics or at least some kind of scathing remark.  He usually tried to keep his mouth under control, but he was horny and wanted to get the fuck out of there, now, with Tess.  If he had to, he would find someone else, but he didn’t want to, and that was something in itself.

When she stomped past him and got onto the back of his bike like an expert, he almost changed his mind.  This chick had been around bikes, and with all the clubs around Hazard, that could be a problem.  But right now, the head that was thinking wasn’t the one with a brain.  He had watched her ass jiggle, and her tits bounce one too many times.  He was going to get his, but he couldn’t in good conscience go on until he asked one question.

“You’ve been on a bike before,” he said while digging in his saddlebags for a jacket.

“Yeah, my brothers both ride, but neither of them lives around here anymore. It’s been awhile.  I always liked it though.”  She said it like it wasn’t a big deal, and Creed was pretty sure if she had brothers, they were probably weekend riders, not club members.  She didn’t fit the bill for a legacy.  There had been too many times she questioned herself back in the bar, and even right now, he could see the fight going on in her head about doing this or not.  Time to step it up a little, he needed to give her a little taste of what she would missing if she changed her mind.

Straddling the bike in front of her, Creed sat down and smiled at the perplexed way she was looking at him.  Damn, he knew he was sitting the wrong way, but it was the right way for what he had planned.  Finding his seat, he brought his hands to her hips and rubbed them down her legs until both hands were sitting right under her knees.  Once that was accomplished he yanked her forward so her legs were wrapped around his hips and her tits were pressed up against his chest.

This time he kissed her like he wanted, taking no prisoners.  When she didn’t open right away, he let her know exactly what he expected by biting her bottom lip, then licking the sting away.    Bringing his hand up to the back of her head, running his fingers through her hair, when he got a good grip, he angled her head the way he wanted, fucking her with his tongue, showing her exactly what he had planned for her.  The little moans coming out of her mouth and the grind of her hips against his dick were almost enough for him to change his mind about a bed and take her right here.

Tess pulled back, panting for air, cheeks flushed, hair wild, and eyes wide, looking even more beautiful than she had before.

“Where did you say your hotel was?” she asked in a soft hoarse whisper.
