Luring the Biker (The Biker) Book 7 by Cassie Alexandra, K.L. Middleton (16)

Peyton

When I woke up the next morning, it was to the smell of something delicious cooking. Noticing Dom wasn’t in bed next to me, I got up and put on a robe. When I stepped into the kitchen, I found him in front of the stove, making breakfast.

“Wow, it smells wonderful in here,” I said, moving next to him.

“I hope you don’t mind. I was starving and figured you’d be hungry, too. I hope you like eggs and hash browns,” he said, flipping some of them over.

My stomach growled as I stared down at the two pans on the stove. One contained a giant, cheesy-looking omelet, and in the other were the hash browns.

“It looks amazing. But, I didn’t have any of these ingredients. Did you go shopping?”

He grinned. “Yeah, I woke up at seven. I noticed your refrigerator was a little bare, so I purchased a few things.”

“Really? I’m sorry. I usually don’t even have breakfast, or if I do, it’s coffee and a Pop Tart.”

“Now that I’m here, that’ll change.”

My smile widened. “Really?”

He put his arm around my waist and pulled me against his side. “I’m like one of those stray cats you can’t get rid of. Your fault, too,” he slid his hand over my crotch. “You fed me some of this and now I’m going to keep coming back for more.”

“I can live with that,” I said huskily, as his hand slipped under the robe.

“Fuck me. I just can’t get enough of you,” he said, turning off the stove.

The next thing I knew, Dom had me bent over the kitchen table and was thrusting into me again. He wound my hair around his fist and pulled my head back, whispering dirty things into my ear until I screamed out an orgasm. Turned on, he quickly followed suit, gasping in pleasure as he climaxed between my legs.

“Speaking of cats,” said Dom a few minutes later while reheating the food. He nodded over to the corner of the room, where Lucifurr was eating. “I think we’ve managed to come to an agreement.”

“What do you mean?”

He walked over to Lucifurr. Expecting my cat to hiss, I was shocked when Lucifurr let Dom pet him.

“How in the world did you do that? He hates most people.”

Dom pulled out a small pouch of cat treats from his back pocket. “I bought these today. He loves them.”

I watched as Lucifurr quit eating his dry food and began rubbing against Dom’s legs.

“Bribery. I should have known,” I said dryly.

Dom opened up the pouch and gave Lucifurr a treat. “I figured I’d better do something. When I woke up this morning, he hissed and growled at me again.”

“Ah. Well, you obviously won him over.”

“Until the treats are gone. You’re going to have to keep inviting me over so I can buy more.”

“I’ll keep inviting you over because you can cook,” I said, nodding toward the stove. I smiled. “And in more ways than one.”

“I try not to disappoint.”

I grinned. “I’ve noticed.”

An hour later, we were in the shower and he was cooking, again. Hard.

“Are you always this… frisky?” I asked after he’d given me another orgasm and was about to come himself. He had me against the wall and my legs were wrapped around his hips while he held me up.

“No,” he panted, thrusting in and out of me as water sprayed over us. “You… bring… it out.”

Delighted, I kissed him hard on the mouth until he came.

Afterward, as we were getting dressed, he reminded me about the barbecue.

“Oh crap,” I said, grabbing my cell phone. “I forgot. I think it might be too late to find someone to cover for me.”

It was already noon and my shift at Olive Garden started at one.

He picked up his comb and began working on his hair. “Lie. Just call in and tell them you’re sick.”

“I’d feel so guilty if I left them short-staffed. It gets crazy busy on a Sunday evening.”

“You’re too nice, Peyton. You’ve got to stop putting everyone else’s needs before yourself,” he said, shoving the comb into his back pocket.

I sighed.

Dom walked over and pulled me into his arms. “I’d really like you to be there. It would mean a lot.”

“Okay,” I said softly. Being in his arms made the decision easier. “I’ll call in sick.”

He kissed me. “Good.”
