I could barely feel my feet. Who knew how long I had been here hanging from the chains? My arms were sore, aching, and I felt my stomach rumble. The door opened, John appearing before closing the door behind him.
“Had time to think, pet?”
“About what?”
“Why… your new predicament, of course.”
“Whatever.”
“We can do this one of two ways… comfortable or painful. I’m sure your body is aching by now. Why not make it easier on yourself?”
“Fuck you.”
I spat on the ground in front of him. He chuckled, looking down at it and back at me. “Very well.”
Removing his jacket, he let it drop on the ground. Next, he slowly removed his shirt and pants. I looked over at his old, naked body and yet he still looked like he had a six pack. He began to rub his fat cock in his hands while looking up and down at my body. A laugh bubbled up my throat and ripped from my mouth before I could stop it. He looked up at me, his rubbing halted.
“What’s funny?”
“That.”
I looked at it again.
“You know where I’m about to put this, don’t you?”

I looked at John’s eyes seeing the same thing I usually saw in Jett’s eyes. Only something was off, John was… different.
“That’s right. I’m the one who made him into the man he is now.”
“No, Jett did that on his own.”
“He didn’t hate the world until I made him that way.”
I hated John, not just for what he was doing to me right now, but for the pain he’d caused Jett—his son.
“You’ll come to love it here.”
He brushed my hair out of my face and laid his lips on mine. I bit his bottom lip hard, drawing blood into my mouth. John stumbled back, touching his fingers to it and looking down at the blood pooled on the tips of his fingers.
I laughed, loving the look of surprise on his face, blood dribbled out of my mouth and onto my chin which made me laugh harder.
“You’re going to regret that,” he growled at me.
“Doubt it. You think I’m still that broken girl I was when you knew me last.”
“Oh,” he said, wiping the blood away. “Then it’ll make it so much more fun to break you down again, just like I did before.”
He left me again locking me in once more. I tried to move my hands out of the chains, but they were tight, the steel cuffs cutting into my sensitive wrists, and my back was aching from standing for so long. Soon I wouldn’t be able to feel my feet, and that would put even more strain on my arms.
I refused to believe John was right about Jett. He loved me. I knew he did. The only problem was, he hadn’t been able to rescue me when I’d been so close to him. He’d left me unguarded at the apartment, too. Did he love me enough to steal me back from his father?
