Chapter Fifty-six
Nara had first worried that things would get awkward between her and Calemir, perhaps he’d regret what they had done, but that didn’t happen. When she had woken in the late morning, she had found herself in his arms and Calemir watching her with a contended expression. He had proceeded in kissing her forehead and brushing his fingers over her arm and softly asked her if she was all right. Nara had been sore but not too sore. However, she admitted with “a little sore” with heat creeping on her face. He kissed her forehead again and had murmured an apology and had offered to prepare a hot bath she could soak in. She had smiled at his surprising sweetness and tenderness and then crinkled her nose and murmured into his chest. “No, I’m going to be fine.” Her answer hadn’t stopped him from getting off the bed and doing that just. Nara had smiled and flopped on the bed with outstretched arms. It had been just the two of them in the house, Izza a no show indeed because of the festival. Neither of them had minded of her absence, when they had both freshened up, they went to the kitchen and rummaged for some food. They settled with bread and soup she made for both afternoon and evening. The day felt wonderful in its own unique way. It had gotten even better when she cuddled with him at night in his bed as the rain poured outside.
Sharing a bed turned to a habit for them, it didn’t matter whose room between the two as long they ended up in the same bed. It was all perfect except for the unspoken thing in the room that created tension and awkwardness when they happened to wake up in the morning together. His erection seemed to have found a home on her arse. She felt it whenever they cuddled, thick and hard behind his trouser. The last couple of days they had just been kissing and never done anything other than that. Admittedly, since it had hurt and left her sore, Nara had been reluctant to have sex again so soon, but that didn’t mean she would never again. In fact, lately, when Calemir kissed her until he left her lungs fighting for air, mind dazed with lust and body shivering with desire, Nara wanted to jump his bones. She saw it in him too, the hunger in his smoldered green eyes and the way his fingers grabbed her when they kissed that he wanted more but held back, never pushing.
Dressed in a nightgown, Nara was sitting on the bed combing her hair when the door to her room opened. In walked Calemir looking tired and angry, darkness clouding his eyes and hanging around him. She took in his disheveled look, tiny twigs in his hair, skin sweaty, clothes dirty as if he had rolled on the damp ground. Her gaze slid to his sheathed sword on his hip before moving back to his face. Concern laced in her voice. “What happened?”
Calemir shook his head and curtly said. “I’m going to bath.”
“Alright,” Nara said still worried. Was he even aware this was her room and not his? Nara thought as she watched him undress. His mind appeared to be somewhere else, unconscious of her and where he was. Nara didn’t say a thing and let him be. He soon disappeared into the bathroom and left her wondering about him.
“Nara” the deep voice called. Nara stopped braiding her hair. Standing, she strode into the bathroom.
“Yes.” She replied hesitantly. His gaze snapped to her from where he was in the filled bathtub. The sadness in his features tugged strings of her heart. It made her want to do something to erase it from him even just a little. Nara drew closer to him and knelt beside the tub. Placing her hand on top of his which was resting on the rim of the bathtub, she locked her eyes with his, her voice soft. “Tell me what happened.”
“The rebels attacked again today” Calemir’s lips thinned. “They killed two of my men.”
Her fingers clenched lightly over his hand. “Is lady Leena and Finn alright.”
Calemir nodded grimly, his chest heaving. “They are getting more brazen each day.” Something was riling them up. He’s here the words slid to the front his mind.
“Did you capture them?” she asked.
“I killed them” Calemir stated without a trace emotion, yet when Nara looked at him, she saw it affected him. His people were dead and not just the soldiers but the rebels he had killed, something she imagined to be a great burden on him. Her chest cracked on his behalf.
“I am sorry” she muttered softly, bringing her other hand to his face, brushing it tenderly on his jaw. He captured her wrist, his eyes boring into hers. Leaning forward, Nara kissed him lightly. She kissed him slowly and softly at first until a sigh which told so much expelled from his lips. Then he grabbed the back of her head and claimed her mouth hungrily. Mouth glued to his, Nara rose and got in the tub, not caring she was getting herself wet or the water sloshing down to the floor. Wanting to make him feel better and partially selfishly wanting to taste him, she drew closer to him, pressing her chest to his naked one and started kissing his jaw, moving to his throat whilst her arms grabbed his toned shoulders. Calemir threw his head back, the column of his neck flexing. Sucking and biting his neck, Nara snaked her arm between them, feeling his contracting muscles as her fingers moved down below until they found what they had been searching all along. Calemir hissed when she grabbed his shaft. It was hot under the water, big and pulsing in her palm. Eyes on his face, Nara squeezed him lightly. His grunt response sent a thrill down her chest to her belly. His eyes darkened when she squeezed again.
“Come here” were the words he commanded her before crushing his mouth to hers ruthlessly. Nara gasped when Calemir suddenly rose from the tub with her in his arms. One hand held her head in place whilst the other tightened around her waist. She wound her legs around his waist as he strode to the bed, his tongue dipping inside her mouth. Nara gave a light yelp of surprise when he threw her in the middle of the bed then stealthily got on the bed with a predatory look in his emerald eyes. His eyes drifted to her outlined breasts and hard nipples pressing against the drenched fabric. Panting and nerves twisting in her stomach, Nara slid the wet nightgown over her head and cast it aside. Like a dangerous regal predator, his back muscles bunched and smoothed as he moved and hovered above her. Calemir spread her thighs and settled himself between them. Feeling the heaviness of his hard length pressed against her, had her core tightening with wild anticipation and anxiety. Nara welcomed his hot mouth on hers with a tease of her tongue on his lips.
Calemir lowered himself, her chest brushing against his, their torso pressing. He kissed her for a while until he felt her anxiety dissolve then did he in one fluid motion flip them over, that she straddled his abs. Nara gasped when her folds brushed against his contracting abs. The hotness of his skin against her folds shot bolts of heat in her body and gathered between her legs. Her face flamed when his fingers grazed her there. Dark eyes holding her captive, Calemir stroked her slowly. Nara lowered her eyes shyly, knowing he felt her wetness. Her pulse beat wildly.
“Look at me,” Calemir said in a rough voice.
Nara peered at him with lust lidden eyes. Calemir stroked her again, slowly, deliberately, with eyes still on her rosy face. He teased her with his fingers, causing her to pant, whimper and moan. Her body trembled as pleasure spread in her veins.
“You look so divine like this” Calemir rasped, his slicked fingers stroking and teasing faster. He loved the expression on her face. Nara sank her teeth on her bottom lip, fingers burrowing into his biceps as pleasure exploded behind her closed eyelids. She trembled when he slid his middle finger over sensitized folds and tensed when he slid her slowly until she felt his erection against her arse. Her eyes shot open and looked at his face. Desperate need gleamed back at her. Even though he did nothing other than stroking her thighs, Nara saw he wanted to be inside her. And he was giving her choice on that matter. She could roll from him or take him in herself at her own pace. Mustering courage, Nara reached between their pelvis and grabbed him. Calemir hissed through gritted teeth. She lowered herself on him until he was completely sheathed in her torturous delicious heat and clenching muscles. His whole body locked for several seconds as he grunted in pleasure. Calemir grabbed both her arse cheeks and bent to suck her nipple into his mouth. Nara grabbed the back of his head, her partially braided hair falling over his shoulder when she rested her head on the nook of his neck and began to rock. She could feel his desperation for her to rock faster from the grip of his fingers on her arse but refrained from doing something, only letting her continue with the pace she had set for them. When Nara started to reach the peak, her hips rocked fervently. Calemir tugged her braid, tilting her chin up and kissed her. His hips started thrusting up. They muffled each other’s moans when they climaxed with open kisses.
Nara and Calemir were sleeping when someone knocked on the door. Calemir opened his eyes with a sigh. It was dawn, the orange beams of the sun filtered into the room. He glanced at the woman in his arms with fondness. Her heart beat was strong and steady against his own. He didn’t know what to make of their current relationship, but whatever this was, he enjoyed it.
A knock sounded again.
Calemir rubbed a hand on his face, then gently so as not to wake Nara, he moved her head from his chest and rested it on the pillows. Nara stirred, turned her head on the other side but didn’t wake up. Calemir got out from the bed, glanced around on the floor and picked up his trousers. What does Izza want? Calemir dragged the trouser over his naked legs and did quick work on closing the button on his waist. He didn’t bother wearing a shirt, he strode to the door and opened it.
“Hello brother,” metallic eyes greeted him.
