Heavy Turbulence by Kimberly Fox (19)

Chapter Nineteen

Dex

I’m getting sick of billionaires.

This better be good.

“You better be dying up here,” I say as I burst through the door onto the roof. The Augusta helicopter is sitting on the helipad like a sleeping monster. “You’re cockblocking me big time, Marv.”

I shield my eyes from the sun as I walk over with the butler following me close behind. His head is practically on my shoulder.

Fuck,” I curse under my breath when I arrive at the helicopter and see who’s inside.

It ain’t Marv.

It’s Kara. She’s sprawled across the Captain’s chair wearing only a pilot’s hat. She has the helicopter’s instruction manual resting on her lap hiding her pussy, but her tits are in full glorious view.

The butler seems to like them. He’s panting as he looks over my shoulder.

I look back at him and raise an eyebrow. “Mr. Gladstone wanted me? Really dude?”

He just shrugs. “She showed me her boobs.”

Fucking men.

“Well, you two have fun,” I say, walking back to the door.

“Wait, Dexy,” Kara calls out. I stop with a sigh. She’s going to keep doing this, but maybe next time it will be worse. Maybe next time Riley will be with me.

The butler is watching, looking like he stuffed a banana from the breakfast buffet into his pants.

“You can leave us,” I say, slapping a hand on his shoulder.

His face drops as he lets out a disappointed sigh. “I can stay,” he says, never taking his eyes off of Kara’s perky tits. “In case you need anything.”

I grab the back of his shirt and nearly lift him off his feet. “I need you to get the hell out of here and make sure that Mrs. Riley doesn’t come up.”

The butler grins at me. “Don’t worry,” he says. “I’ll make sure you’re not interrupted. If you do one thing for me.”

“What?”

“Slap that ass for me once.”

He’d better leave before I toss him off the roof. “It’s not like that.”

He just laughs as he takes one last look at Kara and then backs away toward the door. “Yeah right. No man can turn that down.”

I gulp as he walks through the door and closes it. I hope he’s wrong.

“Dexy,” Kara moans, arching her back as she looks at me with lush pouty lips. The pilot’s hat is tilted on her head with her thick blonde curls pouring out. She squeezes her arms together, pressing her tits and perfectly round pink nipples up. I look away, staring up at the rotary blades on top of the helicopter instead.

Don’t look down. Don’t look down.

“I’ve been trying to get my engine going,” she says in a little girl voice as she strokes the instruction manual on her lap, “but I can’t. I need your skilled hands to help get me going.”

I don’t take the bait. I just stare up at the blades with my hands on my hips. “Why are you naked?”

“I’m not,” she says, turning in the seat to face me. I can see out of the corner of my eye as she places her right leg on the dashboard, spreading her legs for me. “The instruction manual is covering most of it.”

She drops it on the ground and it lands with a smack. “Oops.”

I swallow hard as it takes everything I have not to look down at her spread pussy.

I’ve been dreaming of this moment for years. Not only have I been fantasizing about it, I’ve been scheming and plotting, trying to make it a reality.

And now that it’s happening, I’d rather be anywhere but here.

I’m not about to let Kara get in the way of what I have with Riley. Nothing is worth ruining that, especially not her.

“Come help me out, Mr. Pilot,” she says. The sex and lust are clear in her voice. “I need your high thrust capabilities.”

She starts moaning as she rubs herself, and suddenly it feels incredibly hot up here.

“Come hit my landing strip,” she says, her busy hand working between her legs.

I still haven’t looked. But even the strongest men can turn weak at the sticky hands of a masturbating Hidden Pleasures model.

“Why are you doing this?” I ask, breathing heavy despite my not looking. My heart is pounding so hard. “Is it because I’m with Riley now?”

“Who, her?” she asks, the hardness back in her voice. “Don’t bring that trash up. You’re going to make me lose my lady boner.”

“She’s not trash,” I say, feeling heat flush through me, only now it’s not arousal, it’s anger. “She’s my girlfriend.”

“Your fake girlfriend.”

“Not anymore. I’m in love with her.”

Kara steps out of the helicopter and struts forward, swaying her round hips as she comes.

I stare at a small piece of rust on the rotary blade as I hold my breath.

“You’re in love with her?” she asks, standing in front of me. She reaches out and drags her hand across my chest. “I can help cure you of that.”

She starts unbuttoning my shirt, and I grab her wrist, my heated eyes falling down on hers. “That’s enough.”

Kara takes a step back. The sexy act is gone. She glares at me like a cornered cat. “You’re turning me down? For her?”

“Definitely,” I say, my voice firm and unmoving. “She’s the one for me.”

She huffs out a breath as she looks me up and down with her hand on her hip. “I’m Kara Gladstone,” she says, her voice full of disbelief.

“And I’m not interested.”

“You’re going to pay for this,” she says, sticking her finger in my face. “Nobody turns me down!”

“All right,” I say with a nod. “Are we done here?”

“For now,” she says, glaring at me.

She storms off, stomping back to the helicopter, and I turn around and head back to the door with a smile on my face.

Her power over me is gone.

I couldn’t care less about her. What I have with Riley is a million times more special than any random sex act, even with a hot Hidden Pleasures model.

We have an intense connection that I still can’t seem to fully understand, but I’m loving it so far. Against all odds, we were thrown together, and who am I to deny the will of the universe?

Riley and me together?

It’s fate.

It’s destiny.

It’s inevitable.

And it’s the best thing to ever happen to me.

* * *

“Get the fucking plane ready!” Marv says, grabbing my arm. I jerk my head back in surprise as he pushes me forward.

He looks pissed, like someone took a swim in his Scrooge McDuck money pool without asking him.

“What’s going on?”

Marv grabs a fistful of his hair and nearly rips it out of his head. He should watch it. He doesn’t have much to spare, and all the money in the world won’t grow hair back.

“This guy is jerking me around,” he says with his nostrils flaring. “I’m done putting up with his shit.”

We’re outside of the villa, and I can see Riley by the plane in the distance, reading her notes. I can’t let Marv leave before he sells the yachts. Riley will be devastated if she finds out that she’s not getting her commission.

“Look at this place,” I say, waving my hand around. The top of the helicopter is visible on the roof and I gulp, wondering if Kara has gotten her clothes back on yet. “He’s rich as shit. He’s going to buy them. Making us wait is just a cultural thing.”

“It’s a cheapskate thing,” Marv says, fuming. “I’ve done business all over the world, and I’ve never seen shit like this before. Four days we’ve been here, and I can’t get him to talk business.”

“I can,” I say, placing a hand on his shoulder to try and calm him down. “Riley and I aren’t fighting anymore. Let us work together and sell it for you. The prince loves Riley. Give her a chance to earn her commission.”

“She’s had four days!” Marv says, kicking up sand. “And still, nothing!”

“Give us until the end of the day,” I say, locking eyes on him. “If he doesn’t buy tonight, we’ll be wheels up first thing in the morning.”

Marv grinds his teeth as he thinks about it. “Fine,” he barks. “This is your last chance.”

Riley catches my eye. She’s walking over, looking worried.

Shit.

She still thinks that Marv had called me up for an emergency, when in reality it was a naked model who tried to seduce me. Things are going to get mighty awkward if she comes over and asks what’s wrong.

“I’ll make it happen,” I say, trying to quickly end the conversation before Riley arrives. “Have I ever let you down?”

“Yes,” he answers. “Every day.”

“I won’t this time,” I say, patting his shoulder before running off to intercept my girl.

“Multiple times on most days,” he calls out.

I just ignore him. If I’ve ever let him down in the past, it was probably because I didn’t care about his spoiled billionaire problems.

But I care about this one.

I want to make the sale so Riley’s dream of being a pilot can come true.

I’m her boyfriend now, and it’s my job to make sure all of her dreams become a reality. I’m not about to drop the ball on my first challenge.

“What’s going on?” Riley asks when I arrive. She looks as beautiful as ever. I love how her adorable nose crinkles up when she gets concerned.

“Billionaire stuff,” I say, rolling my eyes. I slide my hand on her hip and guide her away from the crazy billionaire and his naked wife that I left on the roof.

“He couldn’t figure out how to start the helicopter, and he wanted me to help him,” I say with a shrug.

Riley looks up at the top of the helicopter parked on the roof and I cringe. “I didn’t see it start.”

My face is red. My face is never red.

“I lied and told him I couldn’t start it,” I say, hurrying away from the scene of the crime. “I didn’t want him behind the controls of the rotary blades. Knowing him, he’d cut someone’s head off.”

“Good thinking,” she says, turning back to me. “That could have gotten ugly.”

I swallow hard, thinking of Kara’s failed seduction. “Yup.”

That could have gotten really ugly.
