Rainbow Rodeo by Ba Tortuga (15)

Chapter Sixteen

DALTON SLEPT hard these days, draped over Tank. He’d gotten used to the solid body in his bed, to the heat, to the steady heartbeat under his ear.

Durango, Cuba, Wichita Falls, now Hunt County before heading to central Texas to celebrate cowboy Christmas. Then he’d be in his house for a month, just driving out for the events.

He hadn’t invited Tank to stay with him there yet, not because he didn’t want to, but because he didn’t want to be disappointed if Tank had other folks he wanted to see in Texas.

Of course, if he didn’t invite, then he couldn’t whine about it not happening, could he?

He shook his head, his chest pressed to Tank’s, which was a comfort right now, at any rate.

“Shh, baby. We’re good.” Tank was still asleep, mostly, patting his butt.

Honey to baby was pretty hopeful, right? He thought so, but who in hell knew? There was this little voice in the center of his brain that expected Tank to just decide he was a kid again. Stupid, wasn’t it? Because Tank had never once made him feel that way, not since they’d hooked up, but hearts weren’t always logical, were they? Dalton kissed Tank’s jaw, and then he slipped from the bed, did his business, and started coffee. The humidity was like a blanket, just weighing him down.

“You okay?” Tank asked it from the bed, morning gravel in his voice.

“I am. Coffee?”

“Please.” Tank rolled up, scrubbing his hands over his scalp.

He made one of the cinnamon coffees for Tank, knowing he loved those best. When Tank came to him, he exchanged the coffee for a kiss. He loved how fuzzy that face was first thing in the morning.

“Mmm. We have somewhere to be this morning?”

“Not until this afternoon.” He slid into bed, leaning their shoulders together once Tank joined him. “You want to do something?”

Tank set the coffee aside. “I can think of a bunch of things.”

“Can you now?” This was one of his favorite things. The tease. “Breakfast?”

“Mmm. That too, eventually.” Tank slid those callused hands over his chest and belly. “Love how smooth and shaved you are, baby.”

Dalton groaned, flexed a little for Tank’s edification.

“I do. Must feel great under your clothes.” Tank bent to lick a line down his chest.

“Damn….”

Tank’s tongue was like a little line of fire. That hot mouth worked down to his belly, then up again, and Tank licked at his nipples, each in turn. He gasped, loving how that sent fire up inside him, tugged at his balls.

When Tank bit one nipple it did more than tug.

He shook his head, but fuck, that felt good, buzzed him down to the bone.

Grinning up at him, Tank moved to the other side, then nipped there too.

“Toothy bastard,” he groaned.

“Love the way you taste.” Tank licked, then sucked. He reached up and held on, fingertips digging in. He rubbed Tank’s scalp, then gripped those wide shoulders. Everything about Tank made him shudder, and his cock was hard as a rock.

They rolled to their sides, and Tank grabbed his ass with one hand, squeezing, the touch hard enough he’d feel the marks later when he rode.

Tank nuzzled in against his neck, lapping at his skin.

“Tingles.” He arched a little, his hips rolling up toward Tank’s.

“Mm-hmm.” Tank nibbled too, and his cock rose higher. “Love how you need me, baby.”

“Tank.” He arched right up, his dick wanting attention. “Please.”

“I got you. I got you.” Tank cupped his balls, rolled them.

His toes curled. “In your hand. Christ.”

“Mm-hmm. Burning up.”

He drew one leg up, giving Tank more room.

Tank rubbed, pushing his balls up against the base of his cock. “So hot.”

Yeah. Yeah, he ached for this, for Tank’s touch, and Tank didn’t seem to mind too much. In fact, Tank seemed on the same page.

The other hand slid under him, fingers pushing between his asscheeks, tapping his hole, teasing him, pressing into him.

Dalton’s eyes flew open wide. “We got lube.”

A low chuckle sounded. “I know, baby. I’m not going to hurt you. I just want you to feel it a tiny bit.”

He watched Tank, and then he nodded. He could live with that.

Tank pressed that finger just deep enough to set off his nerve endings, making sweat break out on Dalton’s forehead. It burned in the best way, and he groaned, his body craving it.

“That’s it. Breathe in and out. Relax.” That low voice made him smile, but he did what Tank directed. “Jesus, you’re fine like this, needing me.”

“I—you make me crazy, Tank. You always have.”

“Mmm. I’m so glad.” Tank pulled free for a moment, reached for the lube Dalton kept stashed in the little drawer by the bed. “So glad you didn’t just pop me in the nose when I made my move.”

“I thought about it.” Not for long, though. Not for long at all.

“I bet.” Tank sounded rueful, but that didn’t stop Tank from working open the lube. He got his fingers wet, then reached for Dalton again, circled his hole, teasing. Dalton arched, feeling like the worst kind of slut.

Tank never let up on him, pushing, opening him right up when one finger slid into him again.

“Gonna take me, baby? Gonna take what you need?” He was an addict; what could he say?

God, every time Tank talked to him like that, he thought he’d lose his shit. “I…. What do you want, Tank?”

“Everything. Any damn thing you want.” Tank kissed him, stealing his breath, his good sense.

Dalton writhed, caught between kiss and touch. His head was spinning, his muscles so tight. Two fingers became three, and Tank started stroking his gland, petting him deep inside.

His feet dug in against the mattress so he could push against that hand, already riding. So amazing. He couldn’t quite breathe, couldn’t focus.

“So damn pretty, baby. I want to feel you everywhere. I want inside you.”

He nodded, his body ready for a stretch, the pressure.

Tank moved again, this time to slip on a condom, leaving him gasping at the sudden emptiness. “Shh. I got you. I won’t leave you hanging.”

“Promise?” All he could do was squirm, needing to be filled, needing to be well-fucked and taken.

“I swear it. Over and over. I would never leave you wanting, baby.” Tank pushed him to his back, then muscled up between his legs. That thick cock spread him, stretching him wide and leaving him breathless.

He pushed back, then forward. God, Tank felt like the perfect fit. Tank’s hand cupped his ass, drawing him up, pulling him closer, piercing him deeper.

They rocked together, Tank gnawing on his shoulder, just making him laugh and shiver at the same time. He’d never once laughed during sex before, and he liked it. “Gonna leave a mark,” he teased, and Tank nodded.

“I am. Just one for us.”

Oh. He would feel it every time he lifted his arm to rope. His cock jerked, just at the thought, and Tank gasped, teeth sinking into his shoulder.

“Uhn.” He lifted up, his head and feet the only thing touching the bed.

“Jesus, baby.” Tank jerked into him, pushing in deeper and deeper, filling him until he’d swear Tank was going to crawl into him. Nothing could get between them, not even air.

Then Tank started to move, back and forth, in and out, sawing inside him and sensitizing every inch of him. His skin was too small, his ass on fire, and he slammed back as hard as he could, needing that burn.

Tank groaned, muttering to him, whispering to him about how they were both burning up, how this was necessary and right. The words got a lot less coherent and way more profane as their bodies slapped together. Jesus, he was on fire, fixin’ to light up from the balls out.

Moaning, Tank yanked him even closer, grinding, so deep Dalton couldn’t breathe.

Tank found his cock, jerking him fast and hard, driving them even higher.

“Tank!” he shouted, just unable to think.

He bore down as Tank’s thumb dragged over the slit in his cock, pushing in and making his eyes roll up in his head. Dalton clamped down with all his might, knowing that made Tank crazy. He needed Tank with him.

Tank stiffened and bit him once more, the sting making seed spray from him.

The moment Tank joined him made Dalton shout again, feeling that big cock swell inside him. He jerked, dancing with Tank, the trailer rocking around them.

When Tank collapsed back down on the bed, panting, Dalton relaxed, his heart racing, his vision grayed out a little.

Damn. He blinked, nice and slow. This was getting to be dangerous, how he needed a dose of Tank to go to sleep and a dose to wake up.

Dangerous, but exciting as fuck.

“Okay?” Tank petted him, hands moving in random patterns.

“Uh-huh. Melted.”

“Me too.” Tank laughed, the sound full of joy.

God, he had to have a kiss. Had to.

Tank kissed him right back. Long, slow and sloppy, just holding his focus. Keeping him close.

Damn.

He held on because he didn’t want to let go and they had nowhere to be for hours. He did love his life.

A sharp rapping came to the door of the trailer, surprising the hell out of him. No one ever bothered him before noon, not even Dustin. Especially now. “What the hell?”

His people always texted first.

He stood up, stumbling to grab a pair of shorts. “Hold up. Coming.”

What the fuck?

When he opened the door, a stocky blond guy grinned widely at him, then jerked a thumb at the three men standing behind him. “Folks said we could find Tank here? We wanted to take him out to breakfast.”

“Yeah. Just a second. I’ll grab him.” Okay, so that was unexpected. It wasn’t that late, was it?

Tank frowned when he came back. “What’s up, baby?”

“You got company.” He wasn’t sure why they were here this early, but whatever. They were excited, he guessed.

Tank’s frown deepened, but he crawled out of bed, tugged on the pajama pants he’d left at the foot of the bed. He went to the door and peered out.

Dalton grabbed a towel and cleaned himself up, then found jeans and an undershirt, briefs and socks.

“What the hell are y’all doing here?” Tank’s voice rose with what Dalton figured was surprise, but he didn’t sound mad.

“We came to hang with you for a few weeks, honey! We missed your gorgeous face!”

Honey? Now it was Dalton’s turn to frown.

“My ugly mug?” Tank snort-laughed. “Let me get dressed. You boys stay right there.”

“Yeah, yeah. We’ll take you to breakfast. There’s an IHOP off 30.”

“You mind if Dalton comes with us?” Tank asked it so casual-like, but the question made his heart pound. Tank wanted him to come.

“Nope. He your new beau, or are you just shacking up?”

“Watch it, Buick.” Now Tank’s bass rumble held a clear warning. “We’re together.”

Buick Davis. Christ, he must have been fuck-addled to not recognize the bull rider. Of course, he’d had on a gimme cap, not the distinctive feathered felt. Still.

Tank’s big show fuck buddy.

Whoa.

Dalton dressed slowly, glancing up when Tank ducked to the back of the trailer with him. “Christ on a pogo stick,” Tank said so only he could hear. “Must be bored if they came looking for me.”

He made himself laugh. “Least they knew where to knock.” He had to wonder who’d sent them over without a word of warning.

“Yep. I might have killed them if they hadn’t.” Tank yanked on clothes. “Want to go to breakfast?”

“Sure, if you want. I mean, they’re here for you….” But he wanted to go.

“I need backup, baby.” Tank stopped in his jeans and socks to peck a kiss on Dalton’s lips.

“I’m your man, then.”

“You are. Wear the blue shirt. I love that one on you.”

Dalton flushed, but he pulled out the blue button-down. If it would keep Tank’s eyes on him and not Buick Davis, then so be it.

It would be what it was.
