Pepper (Freedom MC) by Ren Parris (16)

Pepper

Walking downstairs, I see a lot more people making out. They’re all over the place, not caring who sees them. In the bar area, the scene is a little tamer. People are just drinking, dancing, or talking. I’m glad I decided to wear shorts with a t-shirt instead of the halter. I would’ve been dressed more like a BB than one of the other women. Most of them are conservative, but some are more daring.

Mack’s wife is showing a little more skin than the other ol’ ladies. Mack sure doesn’t have a problem with it, as he’s all over her. His hands are roaming and touching all her lady parts in front of everyone.

Wolf is being very free with his hand on the small of my back as we walk through the bar, making the silent statement to his brothers and everyone else that I’m off limits. Taken. His. Every time we stop to speak along the way, he rubs a hand down my ass and squeezes my cheek firmly.

Finally, we make it over to where Mack, Bull, and Carrie are. “Hey, what’s happening, brother? You look like the cat that caught the canary,” Bull says, looking like he wishes he had the bird, too.

“Shut the fuck up, Bull,” Wolf tells him, grinning because it's true.

Mack turns to study Wolf and me. “Yeah, brother, I believe you both have that look.”

Carrie laughs. “Leave Wolf and Pepper alone.” She then turns to Bull and says, “Bull, why don’t you go and get them a drink?”

“Sure thing. Sweetheart, what can I get you?” He asks me with a shit-eating grin on his face as he provokes Wolf, knowing it will piss him off to try to sweet talk me.

“Just get me a water, I don’t feel like drinking alcohol.” I want to keep a clear head tonight, and not miss anything. I could get an idea for a book scene while at this party.

“What about you, Wolf? A beer?”

“Yeah, man, that would be good.” Wolf tips his head.

Bull wanders off to get us something at the bar. Wolf sits down and pulls me onto his lap. Mack and Wolf start talking while us girls talk to each other.

I look around and notice I haven’t seen Wolf’s parents tonight. “Carrie, where are Carl and Jules?”

“They wanted to keep little man while we came to the party. They don’t get to see him much.”

Bull comes back over and hands us a drink. “Here you all go. I’m going to get a BB for the night before all the good ones get gone.” He quickly turns tail with his intentions set.

“He’ll go and get Cherry. She’s his go-to all the time,” Carrie says to no one in particular.

A few seconds later, I see Bull slipping off with Cherry toward the back. I guess everyone here is going to get sex tonight. My mind wanders back to our time in the shower, and just thinking about it has me clinching my legs together.

I squirm around on Wolf’s lap, causing his dick to twitch. He leans to my ear and bites the lobe as he let his hand slowly wander down my thigh. “Be still or I’m going to stick my hand in your shorts and stroke your pussy until you’re so wet you’ll need to change panties.”

I answer by turning and licking his earlobe. “I’m not wearing any panties.”

“Damn, woman, you’re killing me. Just wait until I get you back up to my room.” His dick presses against my ass, hard as a rock.

Before I can say anything, Carrie jumps up off the couch and pulls me off Wolf’s lap. “Let’s dance. I love this song. Come on, Pepper.”

The music playing is a dance song that makes people want to move.

Wolf and Mack sit back and watch, drinking their beers and talking shop. Carrie and I move in sync, our bodies writhing and grinding to the rhythm of the beat. I cast a glance in Wolf’s direction and notice Roxie drunkenly slithering toward him. Before he can stop her, she straddles his lap and tries to kiss him. She leans down and appears to be whispering to him as he grips her shoulders and tries to move her weight from his lap.

Stomping over, I grab Roxie by her stringy, greasy locks and yank her off him in one fell swoop.

“Ah shit!” Wolf groans, ready for the shit to hit the fan.

I’m tired of Roxie making passes at Wolf. Bending down, I get right in her face. “If he wanted you, you would be the one sitting on his lap. I’ve had enough, so this is how it’s going to be. If I see you mess with him again while I’m here, you better be prepared for a beating. I might look small, but I can take you on any day of the week. Hear me when I say, I will beat the shit out of you,” I sneer.

Roxie’s eyes glaze over and her lip quivers as she looks up at me from the floor where her drunk ass is still laid out. She seems to get that I mean business. Scrambling up to her knees, she crawls away to the bar.

Wolf looks at me with apprehension. “Fuck, woman. I’d like to see you back those words up.”

“I can back up exactly what I said,” I snap, still pissed off.

Mack raises his eyebrow at Wolf. “Remind me not to piss off your woman.”

“Now, if you all will excuse me, I believe I have a dance to finish,” I say. Turning my nose up in the air, I walk back to the dance floor.

Carrie and I are having a blast. There are a lot of the women dancing, and some of the men are joining in. I feel hands on my hips and know it’s Wolf. I can smell his cologne. I wrap my arms around his neck as I grind my ass against him to the rhythm of the music, and then, Wolf swiftly turns me to face him, sliding his knee between my thighs. His hands freely roam against my body while he holds me close, our bodies moving together in sync. Wolf can dance, his movements seductive and controlling—much like in the bedroom.

I’m getting too hot, so we go to the bar to get something to drink. Several men sidle up next to us there. I haven’t seen them before. I thought Wolf and his men I've met so far looked dangerous, but these men look downright scary. They’re all huge, tall, and have muscle all over their bodies.

“Red, it’s good to see you guys. Long fuckin’ ride from Louisiana?” Wolf shouts over the music, slapping the man over the shoulder.

“Sure as fuck was, but anything for our brothers. Especially if it gives us a chance to go at the Dwellers,” Red says. He appears to be the one in charge of the new guys.

Red looks over Wolf’s shoulder and scans me from head to toe, not even caring that he’s appraising me like I’m his next meal right in front of Wolf, in his clubhouse. “Who do we have here? Would you like to dance with me?” His grin stretches across his face as he moves to step around Wolf and toward me.

I start to answer him, but Wolf interrupts, halting Red by pushing against his chest. “Her name is Pepper, and no she won’t fuckin’ dance with you. She’s my woman.”

“I don’t see a property patch or tattoo saying so. In my book, that means she’s available.”

I look at him with an assertive eye. “Listen up, Red, I’m only going to say this once. Just because I don’t have a certain patch or tattoo, I'm a person and not the property of someone. I make my own decisions about who I’m with. Right now, that’s Wolf, so respect my wishes.”

Taken aback by my little speech, a surprised Red looks at Wolf. “Man, your woman is tough. There’s not a timid bone in her body.”

“You have no idea.” Wolf grins like the animal he is named for.

As the night lingers on, I begin to yawn, having trouble keeping my eyes open. It’s only one in the morning, and the party is still going on strong. Wolf is at the bar talking with the new guys. I’m ready to go upstairs and get some sleep.

I notice Slick just came from the hospital. I wave my hand in the air, getting his attention, and motion him over to where I’m sitting on the couch—well, I’m not sitting as much as lying on it. Slick walks over and I make room for him to sit down with me. “How is Dog’s sister doing?” I ask him.

“She’s doing okay. They had to wire her jaw shut because it’s broken in two places. At least she didn’t have any internal damage,” Slick responds with an overwhelming sadness.

“Oh, my goodness, that sounds horrible. I hope she gets better soon. I would go see her, but I’m not allowed to leave the compound. Did Dog stay at the hospital?”

“I know she'll appreciate the thought. Yes, he stayed, but sent his mother home with his other sister.” Realizing I’m about to fall asleep, I lean my head on Slick’s shoulder and yawn.

Wolf stalks over to the couch. “What the fuck, man! Every time I turn my back, one of you has Pepper with her head on your shoulder,” he snaps.

“Man, she’s about to fall over. Maybe you should take her to bed,” Slick suggests.

“Yeah, I will in just a few,” Wolf growls while glaring at Slick.

“If it’s okay, I’ll go on up now,” I say around a yawn.

“Sure thing, babe, I’ll walk you up in a few seconds,” Wolf tells me, not taking his eyes off Slick.

“I believe I can walk myself, and I’ll lock the door.”

Wolf glares at me. I don’t like how he’s being so possessive and getting mad over men I talk to. He has a problem that needs to be fixed.

Slick senses the tension brewing. “I’m going up now. I want to wash off the hospital before I come back down to the party. She can walk up me.”

I know it will bother Wolf, but I agree before he can object. “I’m so tired I think you’ll need to help me up the steps, Slick.”

He looks at me questioningly. “I’ll be happy to help, sweetheart.”

Getting up from the couch, I jump into Slick’s arms, hoping he will catch me. He shrugs his shoulders and doesn’t say anything, but then freezes in place while I get comfortable with my arms and legs wrapped around his front. Wolf has already turned back to the other guys, who are grinning like they like what they are seeing.

Not looking my way, Wolf continues to walk over to them, then I hear one of them aggravating him. “Man, I would never let that happen with my woman.”

Wolf turns to see us. I smile at him and wink. His eyes narrow and then he grins. "Don't worry, he'll take her to my bedroom door.”

“I will bet you twenty, he goes into your room with her.” Red smiles a wicked smile.

“Fuck yeah, I'll take that bet because Slick will not do that.” Wolf smiles back at Red with his own wolfish grin.

“Brother, you need to open your eyes. Every man in this room has been checking her out since I walked in. No offence but I couldn't help myself, either.”

I hear Wolf's last statement before Slick finally starts walking. “My eyes are open, and none of my men would go behind my back to mess with her. Just so you know, I would advise that nobody mess with her."
