Biker's Revenge by Julia Evans (60)

Sophia rustled in Tyrex's warm arms and woke them both.

“Mmm, that was beyond belief,” Sophia said, curling further into his embrace.

“I do not understand. Do you think what we did was a dream?”

Sophia laughed and slapped Tyrex on his hard chest. “No silly, it's just a figure of speech. It means that it was crazy delicious.”

Tyrex hugged Sophia. “I get it now. I agree that it was crazy delicious.”

Sophia listened to his heavy breathing in his chest. “You sound so calm.”

“Maybe because I am. I wish we could stay in this forest forever.”

Sophia lifted her head and looked him in the eyes. “But can't we? I mean would it be that bad?”

Tyrex sighed. “I wish it was that easy. Surviving in this forest without food or water would be pretty impossible.”

Sophia nodded. “Yeah that's true. We kind of need those things to live.”

Tyrex stood up and wrapped his leather wrap around his waist, covering up his cock. Sophia was sad to see it go.

Sophia stood too and clothed herself in leather again. “So what do we do now?” she asked.

“A last-ditch effort.”

Sophia didn't like the sound of that. It was like some of the old movies she used to watch as a kid where the two heroes would run in shooting and end up dying.

She didn't want to die.

“What does that entail?” she asked.

Tyrex took her hand. “We go to the Council of Elders together. We need to show him that our love is true. We must convince them. And we won't take no for an answer.”

Sophia smiled and kissed Tyrex. She wanted to believe that his plan would work but she knew almost nothing about the Council.

Sophia and Tyrex walked back to the village in silence, holding each other. They both were busy thinking about what would happen if the Council decided against their plan.

They arrived in front of the Council building and Tyrex took Sophia aside. “I want you to know that I would do anything for you. Even if it means death. I love you, Sophia Jordan.”

Tears formed in her eyes. She'd never been so happy and scared at the same time. “I love you too, Tyrex Luk'ta.”

The Council gasped when Sophia and Tyrex entered the chambers. “What is the meaning of this Tyrex Luk'ta! An alien is not allowed in this sacred place.”

“My lords, that rule does not exist yet because this is our first encounter with an alien.”

The Elders looked at each other with embarrassment. “Why would you bring it to see us?”

Tyrex gripped Sophia's hand and stood firmly. “This it has a name and her name is Sophia Jordan. This female from Earth will be my Intended no matter what you say. If you want to execute me then go ahead. I'm ready.”

In that moment, Sophia was so proud of Tyrex. He really would do anything for her. And she would do the same.

Sophia cleared her throat. The circle of old males around here was very intimidating. “Honored Council Elders, I crash landed on this planet and believed I was going to die here. But Tyrex saved my life. I love this man with all my heart.”

The Elders looked at each other in confusion.

“On Earth, love is the same as what you call your Intended here on Jeorn.”

The leader looked down on Tyrex. “You have done us a great insult by letting her speak here.”

Tyrex stepped forward. “But please...”

“We cannot allow an alien and a Jeorn to be Intended. In regards to your execution, we will hold a public trial first.”

“Why a trial?” Tyrex asked. His village of Ja'la had never held a trial over a simple execution before.

“We will let the village decide if both of you deserve death.”

Sophia's heart skipped a beat.

Tyrex clenched his fists. “I won't let you harm her.”

Royal guards armed with blunt swords entered the chamber. Tyrex stepped in front of Sophia, his fists raised in defense. Tyrex got Sophia into this mess and he was going to get her out. Even if that meant his life.

“You only make this harder, Tyrex Luk'ta. We do not want blood spilled here.”

Tyrex ignored them, instead watching the movements of the royal guards closing in on them. He knew with no weapons it would be an uphill battle. But if he could get lucky with a few, he might be able to get Sophia out before he was killed.

Sophia put her soft hand on Tyrex's shoulder. “Please Tyrex, don't fight. We must live to see another day. Let your village decide what to do with us.”

The rage faded from Tyrex's eyes. He turned towards Sophia and let her calmness wash over him. “I won't let them hurt you, Sophia.”

She took his hand in hers. “I know, Tyrex. Everything will turn out okay. I have a good feeling about this.”

Tyrex put up his hands and the royal guards surrounded them, putting copper cuffs around both their wrists.

The middle council member rose. “Tyrex Luk'ta, we are placing you and this alien under arrest to await trial.” He turned to on of the royal guards. “Take them to the jails.”

Sophia and Tyrex were separated immediately and they were only able to get one last look at each other before the guards took them to the stairs that led underneath the chamber.
