Virgin's Dirty Boss by Nicole Elliot (26)

Madison

“Well hell, so much for this ending quickly,” he muttered, almost to himself, and my heart jumped in my chest.

“Sorry?” I asked, completely baffled.

What was I thinking? Now how could I have known he would be showering in his office? I couldn’t expect that he would get out just in his towel at all and...

My mouth dried just at the sight of him. He was like a sex god, definitely.

I’d imagined him all muscled and sexy, but I couldn’t even imagine he was so hot! He was actually rippled, and his six-pack was making my mouth water. My fingers twitched to slide them over his protruding muscles and into the towel that hid almost nothing.

Oh... Even beneath the material it was clear his erection was huge, and my legs quivered in excitement and anticipation. The last night had left me even wetter, and I kept imagining what would happen if we continued.

The biggest surprise, though, was his tattoo. It was a mixture of various shapes and motifs, and I was curious to know what each of them represented. Did his tattoo have any meaning for him or was it purely something aesthetic? Either way, it suited him all too well, completing his playboy look. Playboy meant he was bad news, but hell if I cared.

I brought my gaze back to his beautiful eyes, which were now filled with dark lust. I wanted him so badly. The tension between us now was high just like the previous night, and I waited for him to make the first move.

“Nothing,” he said again, shaking his head. “Look, I need you to go on an errand to the job site.”

Oh. I almost groaned, feeling somehow disappointed. I was so sure he would kiss me and do something more.

“Now?” My voice sounded like that of a pouting child, and I bit my tongue.

Madison, you are at work. You came here to work. Focus, girl!

“Yes, now. I need you to take some notes and pictures about the current phase of the construction. Then I want you to update me on the project when you return.”

“Okay.”

“You can ask for a camera from one of the guys in our tech department. Also, I need you to get me lunch.”

“Okay. What kind of food do you want?”

“Any food to go is okay. I’ll let you decide.”

“Okay. I’ll pick something for you.”

“Good.”

He approached his desk and bent to turn on his computer. I was still standing in the same spot, following him in daze. He was so sexy, and I couldn’t take my eyes off his perfect muscles...

“Madison?”

I snapped from my thoughts, finding him looking at me with the raised eyebrows.

“Why are you still standing there? Go!” he ordered, moving his hand repeatedly away from him in a short motion, as if he was shooing me out of his office.

“Yes, Grant,” I responded and turned around immediately, feeling a blush creep across my cheeks.

I took my bag from my desk and headed to the job site after I grabbed the camera I needed. Tech acted like he’d never seen a woman before, it took a hell of a lot longer than it should have.

The site was on the other part of the city, so it took me an hour with my car to get there. I felt like I was running behind. When I arrived I was met with a lot of construction workers and noise. The place was full with activity— everyone pretty busy as they went on with their duties.

I was beginning to squint because of the strong sunshine, so I put my sunglasses on.

I showed my ID to the security guys on the gate and they let me in, giving me a construction hat to put on. As I walked around the site, taking in the concrete construction that was yet to be the first floor of the hospital, I took notes in my small notebook and snapped some photos.

Everything was going well, and as far as I could see there were no problems. The land was huge, and by the number of workers and the length of the first floor, it was going to be one of the biggest hospitals in this area.

It felt so good knowing I was a part of this. I was a part of something so grand and I worked for a man who... A man who was also huge. He was huge everywhere.

I giggled at the dirty thought and took a few more photos, already planning how to create those documents Grant had asked for.

By the time I finished with my errand, the morning had already almost completely passed. I turned around with the intention to leave, when I noticed the bulldozers arriving. I took the camera out and took a shot of the bulldozers before I finally walked back to my car.

“Damn,” my feet were blistered from wearing heels on the site. I would need to remember to grab some flats before I left home to keep in my car from now on.

Just as I reached my car, my phone rang. I took it out of the bag and saw Lauren’s name across the screen. We’d been friends for years. She was the ying to my yang.

I answered her call, “Hello?”

“Hello, sunshine!” she sang, and I rolled my eyes, chuckling because of her silly nickname. She always called me “sunshine”, “flower” or something equally childish. I loved her silliness, though.

“Hello, grumpy,” I responded, using the nickname that was completely opposite from what Lauren was.

“Do you want to have lunch with me? We haven’t seen each other in ages.”

I glanced at my watch and saw that I did have some time for lunch with her. Lauren was right—we hadn’t seen each other in ages, and I missed her.

“Okay. Let’s meet in about fifteen minutes at our usual place?”
