Justice for Jason: An MM Shifter Mpreg Romance (Wolves of Solara Book 2) by Charlie Tran (5)

FOREST

“Alright, alright. Stay steady.” I watched as Jason helped to usher Lucas down the couple of steps onto the sidewalk. The way he was leaning to and fro had me scared that he was going to fall over at any point now, were it not for my partner aiding him. While tonight had been fantastic, aside from Jude bickering with Jason every now and then, Lucas’s intoxicated state was a tad awkward to watch. After getting as drunk as he did, as quickly as he did, the tears started to flow. Of course he was crying about Silver not showing up because he was mad at Lucas, but he wouldn’t drop the subject. You’d think they were a married couple, how often they were tied at the hip.

“I’m fine. I’m just fine,” Lucas announced loudly to the neighborhood, his arms extended in the air as he was further ushered to the taxi cab that waited outside for him and Jude. Speaking of, our pack Alpha didn’t need any help to make it to the car, though he had drank just as much as Lucas had. But he held himself quite well, aside from the few stumbles when he tried to change direction to follow the cement path towards the vehicle waiting to take them both home.

“Don’t hit your head.” Jason frowned, opening up the cab door and assisting Lucas to get in on the side closest to the curb. Lucas’s head slammed back against the headrest as soon as he sat down, his eyes closed while still swaying in his seat.

“I feel good. Why won’t Silver feel good with us too. Fuckin’ ass...” Oh God, the sniffles were starting to come out again. Before Lucas could latch onto Jason again and snot into his shoulder, Jason slammed the door shut, careful to not catch his foot in the process.

“You’ll be fine to watch out for him, right?” I asked Jude, as I too followed him out of the house briefly. Jude nodded, waving me off, and walked over towards the opposite side of the car that Lucas had practically fallen into. “I’m... I’m fine. Y’all have a goodnight, hic!” Jude followed suit, almost falling into the car, but much more stable than Lucas had, before shutting the door behind him. Jason went over towards the passenger side of the front seat, knocking on the window for the taxi to crack it open for him.

“You got the address, right?” Jason asked. I could only hear a bit of mumbling from the cab driver before Jason patted the roof of the taxi and took a step back. In just a few seconds, they were already off and headed back towards Jude’s penthouse.

“Well, that was an interesting night.” Jason sighed, returning back towards the porch.

“Interesting is a word for it, I suppose,” I said with a laugh, retreating into the warmth of our home. Sure, it wasn’t exactly what I had expected, and I didn’t even get to have a drink, but it was still nice to see my pack again. I never wanted to grow distant from them, but after having a child, spending time together as we usually would was out of question. At least until Willow was old enough to go to a daycare.

“Did you have fun, at least?” Jason asked me, following me into the house and into the guest room turned baby room. Willow had been changed and fed already before the two left, and I was quite ready to put him down and pass out on my own.

“Of course. I just wish Silver had been there. And Alfie.” I huffed, gently placing our child down into the crib. “Willow had a good time too, didn’t you?” I asked him, his peacefully sleeping face putting me at ease. He took pretty well to the others, and he wasn’t much of a crier, even after being handed off to Jude and Lucas constantly throughout the night.

“I know you’d be happier if they were here with you. But one of these days, I’m sure Alfie will wake up. We’ll do it again when everyone can attend. And maybe Lucas will stop being an ass so Silver won’t be too pissed to be around him.” I felt Jason’s hand rest on my lower back as he spoke.

I turned to face him, wrapping my arms around his shoulders and resting my head on his chest.

“Me too. I could just use some good news right now.”

“What if I already have some for you?”

Looking up, I was surprised to see the wide, yet cautious looking grin on Jason’s face. I tilted my head to the side, pouting at him. “Keeping a secret?”

“Not really a secret, but I wanted to wait for everyone to leave first before I told you the news. You might wanna sit down for this one.” Jason pulled back from my grip and took my hand instead, leading me through the connected bathroom and towards our bedroom. Through the connected bathroom’s open doors, we could still see Willow in his cradle, thankfully.

He sat me down on the bed, still holding onto my hand while he stared at me with a look of thoughtfulness on his face.

“Well?” I insisted, watching him just as carefully as he watched me. Finally, the telltale smile on his face appeared, revealing that something was going to be actual good news.

“A new home. I’ve got us one.”

I jerked back slightly in shock to his statement. That was not the news I was expecting to hear from him, in all honesty. “A new home? Already? We’ve barely been searching the market for one and you’re telling me that you’ve found one so soon?”

“Remember the real estate agent at Mark’s service? I guess he wasn’t lying when he said he would be able to help us with this. His word is worth its weight, and he came through.”

He released my hands to lean forward and wrap his arms around me, his chin resting against my shoulder. At first, I was hesitant to return it, warning bells going off again in my mind. But after a few moments, I finally returned his embrace, allowing myself to melt into his body.

“Wow. I can’t believe that it’s true. How can we even afford something like this with all of our expenses? And so soon...”

“It’s downtown, too. Think of how much closer you’ll be to Jude and the rest of your pack. It’s far enough away from here that we can leave these memories about Thorn behind, and instead focus on us. On Willow, and raising him to the best of our abilities.”

Those alarms were going off even louder, and while I tried to pull away from Jason to look him in the eyes, he kept me tightly pulled against him.

“There is no way in the world we can afford to live downtown. Do you know how expensive things are when you live in the middle of everything?” I yanked back again, finally slipping through Jason’s hug as he slackened the grip of his arms.

“Aren’t you happy?” Jason asked me again, his head tilting to the side as though he were completely confused with my apprehension. Shouldn’t he be a bit more worried, too?

“Of course I’m happy that we’ve got a new home waiting for us, but everything about this is making me question whether it’s a good idea. You meet some random stranger at a funeral service, and within a week he’s found a home for us? And in the downtown area, no less? This place has to cost a fortune. And I hate to admit that this isn’t sitting very well with me.”

“I’m not saying it’s a once in a lifetime chance of this happening, but it’s true. I’m going to be meeting with him later this week to discuss the actual finances. Maybe the interest on a loan will be high, and I might have to pay it until I’m so old and grey that we have to pass the house down to Willow, but it’s ours.”

Jason’s arms slid upwards, gently pressing his hands onto my shoulders as he leaned back even further. He gripped onto me tightly, staring deeply into my eyes. “I swore I’d take care of you, no matter what. And that’s what I’m trying to do now.”

I held back the urge to sigh in defeat, but no matter how unsettling this was, Jason would never do anything that could harm our family. He had been there for me since the very first day he came to Club Mega and saved my ass. Since the first encounter with Thorn and him throwing me out of the house.

I could trust Jason.

Couldn’t I?

“Alright. You can’t hold me for being so cautious, given everything that’s happened in the past several months, you know.” I forced a small smile onto my face.

“Of course not. And I’m glad you are concerned. It just shows how much you care about all of us. I wouldn’t put you in any unnecessary danger.”

The smile on Jason’s face was wide, but the right corner of his lip twitched for just a brief moment. I wasn’t sure if his smile was as forced as my own, but whatever the case was, a new home would be for the benefit of all of us.

Instead of harping on it any further or thinking any deeper into the situation, Jason interrupted my overly cautious thinking with a gentle kiss on my lips. And I returned it, my forced grin turning into a more coy smile as I pushed my mouth harder onto him.

Jason grunted, his hands again trailing down my back, the tips of his claws softly raking across the scars that littered my small frame.

“I’d do anything for you,” Jason breathed, breaking our kiss to inhale deeply and press his forehead against mine.

“I know,” I replied just as breathily before going in for another kiss. I pushed my hands onto his chest, trying to usher him to lean back against the bed. I could feel his muscles tense under my touch as he moved his hips further towards the center of the bed, his head now resting against the pillows.

There was no hesitation in my movements as I reached for the hem of my shirt, lifting it up and over my head, tossing it off to the side. Jason watched, soon following my movements as he disrobed himself.

I continued to repeat these thoughts in my head.

He was doing all of this for us. Working his ass off every day, finding us this new home, willing to do whatever it took to make sure we felt safe and secure. And I needed to repay him for that.

“This is a nice surprise.” Jason chuckled low, watching me as I lifted my hips off the bed, undoing the front knot I had tied on my sweatpants. It was as easy to slip my clothing off myself as it was to repeat the process on him.

It only took a few minutes for us to be completely disrobed, and my eyes trailed his muscular body with a hunger I hadn’t felt since I’d had Willow. The blow to my head, and the healing from a cesarean took a toll on me physically, and not having Jason on top of me, or inside me in so long was lingering in my mind.

I wanted him now.

“Jason,” I said, as I crawled over him again, resting my pelvis on top of him. His eyes winced as both of our members made contact. It was impossible to resist the urge to shiver as a shudder trickled down from the base of my neck through my spine. I reached between our stomachs, grabbing onto our cocks and squeezing them slightly together, each of our heads rubbing across one another.

“Fuck.” He gritted his teeth together at the movement, pushing his head back deeper into the pillows that supported his neck. Just watching him like that, underneath me for a change, was beautiful. The look of ecstasy on his face, his fangs bared at the sensations that I was causing him. His knuckles went practically white as he gripped at the bedsheet underneath us. I thrusted into my hand, rubbing each of us together with the movement of my hips. Each slow, upward swing and the glide back down became easier with the precum that began to leak at the tip of our members.

It was sweet to watch him suffering underneath my movements, but I didn’t want to wait any longer. And I doubted he could with how aggressively he was trying to thrust his own hips upwards into my hand.

I released us, hearing a heavy pant from Jason. I could have sworn that he was going to take that opportunity to leap onto me and take me that instant with the way the muscles in his shoulders flexed as he attempted to sit up. But instead, I moved forward even further, reaching my other hand back towards my opening.

I guess I didn’t really need to feel to make sure I was already wet just by how turned on I was to see him writhing underneath me. But it was wet enough for my inner thighs and lower bottom to become slick and somewhat sticky from my juices.

Finally, it was time for what Jason had been waiting for, and what I had been desiring for such a long time while my body healed. I positioned Jason’s member so that his tip was pressed softly against my hole before slamming myself down onto his member.

“Shit!” I breathed. The dull pain from inserting him so hard and fast lingered with the almost explosive feelings of pleasure. I didn’t wait for Jason to attempt to buck his hips into me again, instead bracing my weight with my hands on his abs as I lifted myself up and slammed right back down onto him again, riding him roughly.

“That feels so good,” Jason moaned, his back arching as his hands crept upwards towards my thighs, gripping them as tightly as he had the bedding while I continued the flow of lifting myself up and down on his cock. Already I could feel it twitching against my inner walls. If he weren’t trying to keep himself from exploding into me already, I swear he would have come by now.

Again and again I bounced up and down on top of him, doing all of the work and letting him just lay there, relaxed and enjoying himself, as I moved against him. My cock began to bounce up and down with my movements, occasionally slapping against his lower stomach and leaving a sticky trail of fluid between our flesh that still clung to the head of my dick.

“I don’t think I can... last...” I started to pant, my arms shaking while I tried my best to hold my weight up. I felt not only out of shape for all the strength it was taking in my biceps and thighs to keep the vicious pace up, but also in how hard it was to control myself. My member was pulsating and urged for a release.

Jason didn’t waste any more time, snatching my hands from his stomach, causing me to fall against him with a heavy thud.

“Ah, that hurt!” I whined, my thrusting finally ceased as we laid chest to chest.

“Shhh... just let me... do this...” my lover panted in my ear, wrapping his arms around my waist tightly and holding me there. His legs shifted, his feet digging into the bed with a decent purchase as he now slammed up into me from behind as I rested on his chest.

“I can’t. I can’t!” I began to tear up at the overwhelming sensation of being taken this way, and it was only a matter of seconds before I felt myself shoot my seed across our stomachs with each fast-paced thrust as he slammed into me.

“I love you... unh!” Jason growled, the rhythm of his pelvis slowing down, as that familiar tight feeling grew inside me. I felt him expand so tightly within me, especially at this angle, that it was hard to focus on anything other than the slight pinching, though enjoyable, sensation of him growing and filling me up.

Like that, we continued to rest, holding onto one another, knowing that he wouldn’t be able to remove his knot from within me for a while. Awkwardly, I leaned up, the sticky semen coated onto both of our bellies giving a soft squelch.

“That was amazing.” I smiled, nuzzling against his neck and wrapping my arms around his shoulders.

“What was that for?” He laughed softly, still holding onto my waist as his cock continued to throb every now and then, continuing to release every bit of seed it could.

“It’s been some time since we... you know.” I blushed. “And with everything you’ve done for me and our baby, you deserved it.”

“You deserve everything in this world,” Jason said, smiling, “but we’ll have to start with a new home, first.”
