Mastering Their Mate: a Sci-Fi Alien Dark Romance (Tharan Warrior Menage Book 4) by Kallista Dane (11)

Chapter Eleven

Khaun

He flicked his tongue over the hard nub and felt her body quiver. Khaun sank his fingers into the hot cheeks of her ass, holding her immobile, and slowly licked up and down. Saige moaned, bucked her hips up to meet him.

He wanted to make this time special for her. For all of them. The Sacred Ones had chosen this little human over all other females in the Universe to be their mate. They’d drive her wild tonight, bring her to one shattering climax after another until she lay limp and sated in their arms. It wouldn’t be a formal Mating. That would come later, after they’d completed their mission. After she and Aurora and the other females were safe, their ordeal as pleasure slaves finally at an end.

Yes, I agree. When we claim her, Brother, I want to be able to spend hours and hours making love to her. We’ll fall asleep together in a tangled heap, holding her in our arms, and wake to do it all over again. For the rest of our lives. Keir’s response echoed his own feelings.

“Oooh! I love the sound of that,” Saige purred.

Her remark startled him for a moment. He still wasn’t used to the idea that she could pick up their thoughts.

“Do you love this? And this?” He ran his tongue all the way down to the tiny pucker of her rear entrance, then back up to dip it into her slit.

Saige let out a strangled cry. He did it again then fastened his mouth over the throbbing bud at the apex of her thighs, drawing it into his mouth.

But this time was different from the others. He could feel her arousal building, the same way he could always feel Keir’s. Feel the waves pouring over her. The Bond between them was becoming stronger. He redoubled his efforts, running his tongue over the tiny nub then sucking it.

The waves took her higher. Still, she didn’t crest. Didn’t reach the pinnacle. Though she panted and moaned, thrashing around on the bed, he could feel the resistance, like an iron door sealed shut for so long he couldn’t coax it open. Couldn’t even batter it down to sweep her through to paradise.

He stopped, and she let out an involuntary whimper of dismay.

“What’s wrong, my love? I know I’m giving you pleasure, but I can feel you shutting it down. Stopping yourself from experiencing release.”

“No, no. You made me come. Really. It was wonderful!”

Khaun loomed over her. “That’s not true. In fact, I can see now it was always an act. You’ve never experienced gratification. Not once in all the time you’ve been with us. You cannot lie to us any more, little human. The Bond allows us to see into your heart and recognize your deceit. Besides, you’re not good at it,” he added. “You don’t look us in the eye when you tell a falsehood. I suggest you try answering the question again. And this time, if you don’t tell the truth, I’ll have to give you another spanking.”

She closed her eyes, shuddering, and he caught the scent as her pussy flooded.

Suddenly, awareness dawned. “That’s what you want me to do. That’s why you’ve always pushed the boundaries with us. You need to be spanked, don’t you? That’s what arouses you.”

She turned away from him and buried her face in Keir’s shoulder. “Yes,” she whispered. “I know it’s wrong, but I need the pain. It’s the only thing that sets me free. I hope you’re not disgusted with me.”

Keir took her chin in his hand, raising her face. “You could never disgust us. We love you, Saige. Can you tell us about it? Has making love always been this way for you?”

She scooted away, crouched with her back resting against the wall, hugging her knees. Her long mane of silky golden hair hung down, hiding her face.

“Making love. I don’t know why it’s called that.” She sounded despondent. “Love is cuddling and caressing. Being tucked in at night by your mama with a gentle kiss. Not being violated by a cruel monster.”

Keir let out a low growl, and Khaun shot him a look. He felt the same way. He wanted to tear the beast who’d hurt her limb from limb. But they couldn’t let their anger show. In her vulnerable state, she might think it was directed at her. Right now, she needed their calm acceptance, no matter what dark secrets she revealed.

“Someone hurt you.” He said it softly, stating a fact without judgement. “He called it love, but he hurt you.”

She bobbed her head. Flowing strands of hair brushed against her soft white thighs. Thighs she’d clamped around his head only moments ago, panting and moaning. He longed to pull her into his arms again and try to make her forget the pain. But he knew she needed to release the burden she carried.

“Can you talk about it?”

“I-I’ve never told anyone. I was too…” Her voice broke. “Too ashamed.”

She took a deep breath, pulled herself together, and went on in a dull monotone. “My parents were astrobiologists. Like Jasmine. They had an opportunity to spend a year exploring an uninhabited planet with incredibly diverse plant and animal life. I was in the midst of preparing for the admission exam to the Academy. They didn’t want to interrupt my education, so they accepted an offer by one of the Federation ministers to have me come and live with him and his wife.”

“I was only fifteen, had never had a boyfriend. My nose was always stuck in a book.” Once she began, the words spilled out. “At first, everything was fine. I missed my parents, but I was busy with school. The days flew by. My foster parents were kind to me but involved with their own careers, so we spent very little time together.”

“A few months after I moved in, the minister came to my school in the middle of the day. He said my parents had both died, poisoned after coming in contact with a deadly alien life form. My mother went first, within minutes. When my father rushed to her side, he was attacked by it as well. He lived long enough to get a message out. The minister played me his transmission. Dad’s last thought was of me.”

She choked back tears then went on. “Minister Doud said I had a home with them for as long as I wanted. He was much more attentive after that, stopping by my room at night to ask about my day, hugging me good night. One night, he came in without knocking. I was curled in a ball on the bed, crying. He put his arms around me and held me, telling me he knew I missed my parents, but he loved me and he’d take care of me.”

She fell silent, lost in the memories. Keir felt sick, fearing what was coming, but he urged her to go on. She’d kept it locked inside far too long. “What did he do then?”

“He stripped off my clothes. Touched me… everywhere.” She shuddered. “He didn’t penetrate me. Not then. Just kept saying he loved me and he knew how to make me feel better. I started locking my door at night. A few days later, his wife went to an interplanetary conference. That’s when it began. I came home from school to find the lock on my door had been removed. He came in that night. I fought him. But he was bigger and stronger. He dragged me across his lap and spanked me then held me down and did things to me. Said if I continued to resist, he’d punish me more then tie me down and do what he wanted anyway. He said if I told anyone, he’d call me a liar and have me locked away.”

“I kept fighting him. Night after night. And night after night, he’d spank me for it. At first, with his hand. Later, he used wooden paddles, a hairbrush, even a crop. Then, when he’d punished me until he’d broken down my resistance, he’d do things to my body. It got to the point where he started out with the spanking, before I ever raised a hand to him. Sometimes while he was spanking me, he’d use devices on me he said were his wife’s toys.”

She looked up, her eyes dull and unseeing. “I didn’t want it to happen, but after a while I got aroused by the things he did. Eventually I learned to associate sexual feelings with pain. I felt so ashamed. I couldn’t bear the guilt. As soon as his wife came back, I told her what he’d done.”

She fell silent again, and Khaun finally prompted her. “She didn’t help you, did she?”

Saige laughed, a cold, sardonic sound devoid of all humor. “She slapped me and called me a liar. I argued with her, tried to make her believe me. I even described her toys. That’s when she flew into a rage. She said it was all my fault. That I was a wicked, wicked girl, and I must have led him on. She said she didn’t want to lose her status and all the money he made as a minister, so if I told the authorities and tried to have him prosecuted, she would tell everyone I was crazy. She said I was obviously a deeply disturbed young woman, driven mad with grief, and if I didn’t stop talking about all of this, she would see to it I was sent to an institution so I couldn’t destroy the lives of any other decent people. ‘Besides, no one will take your side over the testimony of a Federation minister and his wife.’ That’s what she told me.”

“And, of course, you believed her,” Keir stated. “Because that part of what she said was true.”

Khaun could sense the rage bubbling beneath his brother’s flat statement. Careful. She’s barely holding herself together. We need to tread lightly here.

I want to hijack the first ship I see and go wreak havoc on those human monsters, Keir shot back. How can they call themselves a civilized species and treat their young, the most precious among them, so cruelly? He took advantage of her grief, abused his position of authority, and when she turned to a female for help, she was emotionally abused.

Saige was so deeply mired in the painful memories, she hadn’t tuned in to their thoughts. She went on with her story.

I shut down, after that,” she said. “I studied even harder, passed all my exams a year early, and got out of there as fast as I could. Once I entered the Academy, I dedicated myself to my career. I wanted nothing to do with sex. That’s why I volunteered for a mission with an all-female crew. But Fate can be a bitch.” She shook her head. “I ended up sold to a whorehouse where I’ve been forced to ‘entertain’ horny aliens night after night. But I’m not a helpless girl anymore. I found ways to avoid actually having to fuck any of them.”

“I managed to freeze my sexual feelings for years. But when I did, I froze all my other feelings, too. I’ve been living in a vacuum. Along with love and lust, joy and sorrow disappeared. They were all gone from my life. I was always a good student, so I studied and then copied the reactions of others. Laughed when they laughed, acted sad when they talked about sad things. For years, I lived vicariously, through the people I knew and the characters in the fairy tales I made up alone in my bed at night. I may not have been whole, but I was content.

“Though it took years, I thought I’d finally made peace with my past – until the two of you came along.” She lifted her head then. Looked from one to the other. “I felt something with you the moment you strode into the room. I fell prey to your charming arrogance, the aura of masculine confidence that surrounds you. An attraction so strong, it was almost frightening.” She gave them a tiny smile. “Of course, I didn’t realize at the time it was that damn gyron of yours making my pussy wet.

“The two of you stirred all those feelings in me I thought were long dead. Suddenly, I wanted to be happy. To believe I was worthy of being cared about. I wanted to let go of this iron control I’ve forced myself to live under for years and surrender to your domination. Be swept away to ecstasy.

“You were right,” she said, turning to Khaun. “I’ve been pretending to reach orgasm. I can’t do it, not even when I’m alone. Believe me, I tried for years. I’m still fighting every night. Not fighting you. Fighting myself. I wanted to let go, trust you completely with my body, the way I’d begun to trust you with my heart.”

“Then you saw us with Aura,” Khaun said.

She nodded. “It all came flooding back. The feeling of being all alone, with no one to turn to. The pain. Not physical pain. I taught myself to handle that, even welcome it. It was the pain of feeling helpless, finally beginning to believe in love again – and then being betrayed. I allowed myself to dream that I might be worthy of a happy-ever-after and then watched you walk out with another female. Saw the love in your eyes when you looked at her.”

“Saige.” Keir’s voice was gentle but compelling. “Look into my eyes. Now look into Khaun’s. This is what the love a male has for his mate looks like. It’s tender, and it’s warm, like the love you saw when we looked at Aurora – but along with it comes a healthy dose of raw lust.”

“We want to cherish you and protect you,” Khaun chimed in, “But we also want to dominate you. There’s a fever raging inside both of us, a savage need to possess you. To hear you scream our names as you wrap your legs around our bodies and rake your nails down our backs.”

“You’ve been teased and aroused without your consent,” Keir declared. “You’ve been spanked and dominated. But you’ve never been teased and aroused and dominated until you explode in a shattering climax – by someone who loves you.

“You can fight it, fight the aching hunger inside you.” He shot her a wicked grin. “But there are two of us. Two hot, hungry males madly in love with you, eager to savor every inch of you. We’ll go on as long as it takes. Lick you, suck you, finger you until you’re frantic for release. You can fight it. But, this time, you’re not going to win.”
