Rafaroy: A Cyborg's fighting machine first and only Mate (The Cyborgs Reborn Book 2) by T.J. Quinn (11)

The walk to the camp wasn’t as bad as the first days when they had to walk through the snow, but they weren’t a joyride either, especially, when Rafaroy sensed the presence of other people not far from them. Having to walk silently was quite boring, and she always reached the end of the day feeling frustrated and quite irritated as well.

They couldn’t light any fire, in case the smoke was detected, so they had to eat the food from the cans he had taken from Savannah’s house, cold. She wasn’t complaining, it was just another stress factor added to all the worries she was facing.

The closer they got to the camp, the harder it was for her to keep her worries at bay. She worried about Alanna, she worried about Rafaroy being caught… she worried about everything.

“What’s the matter?” he asked, the night before they reached Mirage, perceiving her feelings as if she was broadcasting them.

“What if you get caught? I wouldn’t be able to live, knowing I’ve condemned you to all kinds of torture and probably even to death…” she murmured, looking at the starry night.

“That won’t happen. We’ll be extra careful, and you’ll follow my instructions to the letter. That will be the only way we’ll be able to avoid being caught,” he warned her.

She nodded, tilting her head to look at him. Rafaroy was sitting on the cold ground, against the trunk of a tree and he had her sitting on his lap.

“Do you think we can rescue her?” she asked in a low tone.

“It’s possible, especially if I can get some help inside the camp. But I need to get closer to be sure of that,” he explained, kissing the top of her head.

Having her on his lap like that, felt incredibly right as if she belonged there. He knew his feelings were irrational, but he wasn’t able to stop feeling them. They were one of the main reasons why he didn’t seem able to let her walk away from his life. He wanted her there, in fact, he was starting to think he needed her, more than he had ever needed anything.

“I can't help feeling scared,” she said, burying her head in his broad chest.

“It’s normal to feel scared. I would be worried if you didn’t,” he assured her, running his fingers down her curls, gently.

“I’ve been thinking…” she started, “we need a faster way to escape after we get Alanna. On foot, we’ll be easily caught if the guards notice her absence before we’re able to get far enough.”

“I know… I have been thinking of it as well… we need a vehicle, big enough for the three of us, but able to travel through the woods. We could head the opposite direction from our final destination, drop the vehicle there and head to the rendezvous point, preferably in another vehicle.”

“You mean something like a MotorStorm,” she said, referring to a hovering vehicle, very narrow, quite similar to the ancient motorcycles of the past. The difference resided in the fact that MotorStorms were incredibly fast, they hovered and people inside were completely covered.

“Yes, exactly. They are louder than I would wish, but they will get us out of the camp as fast as possible.”

“The problem would be getting one of those.” She knew they were quite expensive and not many people had one of those.

“There must be a few on the camp. They need a fast way to move from to camp to the nearest military facility,” Rafaroy explained. “I shouldn’t have problems getting one.”

“Are you sure it’s worth the risk?”

“Yes… like you said, on foot, we would be easily caught by the soldiers. We have no idea what kind of tracker device they’ve implanted on the camp’s residents, but you can be sure there will be at least one.”

She gasped, looking at him. “What will we do in that case?”

“I need more intel on that before I have an answer to that question.”

She sighed and cuddled against his chest. “I can’t believe my life has become such a living hell in so little time.”

“I know… that’s the effect wars usually have on people’s lives, but that will soon be over,” he comforted her.

“I truly hope so.”

He pulled her face towards his and kissed her. His tongue slid through her lips, teasing hers and playing with it, in a sensuous play that soon reignited the embers of the fire that always burned between them.

In a matter of seconds, they were pulling off each other’s clothes, never stopping kissing, until they were lying on the ground, immersed in their own world of passion.

After a million kisses, he slid out of her mouth, drawing a trace of fire across her cheeks, to her earlobes and then down her neck. A few moments later, he was sweetly torturing her breasts and nipples with his hands, kissing and kneading, sucking and pulling, licking and nibbling, each caress pushing her one step closer to the edge.

A few minutes later, he left her breasts and concentrated on her throbbing pussy, opening her legs wide open to give him full access to that sensitive area. He feasted on her, using his fingers and mouth, he drove her again and again over the edge until she was begging him no more.

With a wicked grin, he thrust himself deep inside, seeking to take her one last time, down the path to paradise. With thrusts incredibly slow considering the fire burning inside them, he tortured her for a few more moments until they surrendered to the urge of their passion.

Thrust after thrust, he finally took her to paradise, as he growled his pleasure and poured himself deep inside her.

Like always, his seed did its little magic magnifying her pleasure thousands of times until she simply collapsed in his arms.

That night, he must have taken her further than ever, because when she came to her senses, he had her in his arms and was staring at her with a deep concern written all over his face.

“What’s the matter?” she murmured, cradling his cheek, with a hazy smile.

“You passed out on me,” he grumbled, but she could tell he was still worried.

“And it surprised you? After all the emotions you put me through? Besides, your cum has this strange, yet fantastic side effect that multiplies the pleasure you’ve already given me… it’s something out of this world…” she mumbled, with rapture still glowing in her face.

“You had never mentioned that before,” he pointed, still frowning.

“Uhmmm… maybe you’ve never asked… the tickling sensation becomes a million times stronger, and it all explodes inside me, in countless waves of pleasure.”

“You still feel the tickling?” he sounded surprised.

“I never stopped feeling it… in fact, I’m sure I feel it stronger each time,” she assured him.

“I have no idea why this happens to you… but you seem to enjoy it.”

She chuckled. “That doesn’t even start to describe what I feel.”

He laughed and kissed the tip of her nose. “I’ll take your word for it,” he said, as he helped put on her clothes.

The following morning they got as close as possible to the camp without being spotted by the guards. Rafaroy examined the entire area looking for the best place to get a clearer view of the camp and found a small hill. They should have a perfect view from there, so he dragged Elena after him, to its top.

She wasn’t able to see much. They were close, but not close enough for the naked human eye to see. Fortunately, Rafaroy’s eyes were a bit more than human, and they could see a lot farther and even zoom in.

“There are at least thirty large quarters. If they are anything like the ones we used to live in, they can fit forty people in each one of them,” he explained, signaling the constructions.

“They have the families separated?” she asked, furious.

“I believe so. I can’t see any structure that could be used for a family home,” he pointed out.

“This is so unfair… those people had lives, the Taucets destroyed it, and now that they’ve been supposedly rescued, they’re still being kept prisoners,” she ranted.

“The government will use any excuse to get people under its control. People in camps are a lot more manageable than those free,” he stated, showing all the scorn and disdain he felt for the ruling group.

“It makes me want to set a bomb and free them all…” she mumbled.

“You would only turn them into fugitives…”

“I know, I know… but I still wish I could.”

He turned his head and kissed her forehead. “I know the feeling.”

She sighed out loud. “Can you see any children?”

“So far, none. Describe Alanna to me, please.”

“She’s a twelve years old version of me. She has my hair, my skin, and my eyes. Most people that didn’t know the true story would think she was my daughter, instead of my sister.”

He nodded, with a warm smile. “I’ll try to contact any of the cyborgs around the camp.”

She nodded and remained silent, still trying to see anyone familiar with the camp, to no use. They were too far for it.

“Rafaroy, what the hell are you doing around here?” Zandar, one of the cyborgs from his old unit asked, clearly worried. “Don’t tell me they’ve captured you.”

“Zandar… it’s so good to hear a familiar voice…” he greeted his friend. “No, I haven’t been captured.”

“Then what the hell are you doing here, so close to this camp?”

“I’m on a rescue mission. But I need your help.”

“A rescue mission? From this place? Have you lost your mind? This place has more guards than a regular military base,” his friend pointed out, trying to talk him out of whatever rescue mission he had in mind.

“Well… we’ll see about that. I don’t want to cause you problems, but I could use some help. I’m looking for a little girl, called Alanna. She has dark curls and green eyes, and she’s around twelve years old. Have you seen anyone matching her description around the place?”

His friend let out a loud laugh. “Who hasn’t? She’s a feisty one. In the few days she’s been here, she has already tried to escape once. They keep her locked up in solitary, to cure her of those insane impulses.” His friend explained.

Rafaroy laughed too. It sounded so familiar he felt he knew the little girl. “That makes things easier for me.”

“Of course, not. There’s no way to get to where she is without half the camp finding out, Raf,” Zandar warned him.

“I have to try. If I don’t, you’ll have a new prisoner to watch over, and I’m not ready to give her up,” he explained, scowling.

His friend laughed again for a few moments. “Now, I get it, but it’s still too dangerous. You would need to cross the entire damn camp to get to where she was, and then make the same way out. It’s impossible. You’d be caught faster than you could take your first breath.”
