3 CHAPTER THREE
Rebecca opened the door a crack and peeked out into the store’s front. Glancing in the counter direction she saw that Robin was not there. She quickly turned around and motioned to Jefferson that the coast was clear.
He started to exit the fitting room and gave her a quick kiss. “I like the white outfit by the way...” He said with a wink as he exited the room.
Rebecca laughed as she quietly closed the door. Looking at the clothes on the hangers she grinned. She caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and smiled even larger. Her clothes and hair were a mess of disorganization.
She took the white outfit off of the hanger. I liked this one best also...guess I should try it on. As she began to change her clothes she heard Robin outside.
“Oh! Mr. ... Mr. Hughes! I didn't...I'm sorry! I was doing inventory! I didn't know you were...”
Laughing Jefferson interrupted her. “It's okay. I was just passing by and thought I wanted to stop in. Maybe there was something here I wanted.”
Rebecca grinned as she looked at herself in the mirror, now wearing the white outfit. Oh there was something here you wanted alright...
“Did you find anything then?” Robin asked.
It sounded like she was closer to him.
“I did, actually. But I have to go...maybe I'll check on it again later.”
Smiling Rebecca started to take off the white outfit. I wonder if he is thinking the same thing I am...
”Not a problem...Mr. Hughes. I'm here ALL day...I get off at 5. So if there is anything you need...” Robin said.
Off limits bitch! Rebecca felt her cheeks burn as her jealousy reared its ugly head. She opened the door and came out into the showroom.
“Oh. Miss I'm sorry I forgot you were there!” Robin exclaimed, but not in a snotty manner.
Rebecca saw Jefferson smile quickly.
“Ladies...if you'll excuse me. Perhaps I will see you two at the book signing today? It starts at four o'clock.” He smiled as he started to saunter off.
He turned back once as he reached the door and gave a smile that made Rebecca's heart and stomach do flips.
“Until later then...” He said as he exited.
Robin had been standing and staring, holding her breath with a smile frozen on her face. As the door slowly closed behind him, Robin let her breath out.
Rebecca laughed and started hanging up the items that she hadn't even tried on.
Holding up the white one she said, “I think I'll take this one.”
Robin was still staring in the direction of the door, lost in her star-struck trance.
“Robin? Are you okay?” Rebecca asked gently.
Breaking out of her trance Robin turned to Rebecca. She was an attractive woman with black curly hair and deep brown eyes, but Rebecca felt less threatened now.
“How gorgeous is he? Oh my God!” Robin gushed as she started walking to the counter to ring up Rebecca's purchase.
Laughing Rebecca nodded. “He is indeed...”

As Rebecca neared Jill and Deb on the beach she paused for a second. Looking around at the resort she smiled. The beach that they had chosen, well that Jill had chosen, was a bikini “tops optional” one. It was on the south side of the resort, and was surrounded by thick trees and dunes. Getting to it was easy enough as there was a clear path leading the way. Rebecca stared out over the water and breathed deeply. The salty air mixed with the aroma of suntan lotion was a welcome fragrance. The crystal clear water had a brilliant blue tint, and there was some snorkelers exploring a coral reef. Rebecca could hear music coming from the cabana bar that was off to the right, and the whole scene made her feel very refreshed and relaxed. Doesn't hurt that I've come more times in the last day and a half with Jefferson than with all my previous lovers...the few that there were.
She started to walk toward her friends, still lost in thought. I mean I had a crush on him when I was younger and he was seeing my sister...is that why I'm so comfortable with him? And what possessed you to SWALLOW? You have NEVER done that! ...It was hot though.
“There she is!” Jill exclaimed. “Look Deb...our little wandering Rebecca has returned. Come to Momma.” She laughed and took a sip of her drink while patting the chair next to her.
Rebecca chuckled and headed over.
Sitting down she looked at the girls. “It's beautiful out here huh?”
She noticed with delight that there was a fresh drink waiting for her.
Jill closed her eyes and laid her head back onto the lounge chair. She nodded in agreement.
“Hey Rebecca did you get anything at the shop?” Deb asked with that wide-eyed look that she seemed to always have.
“I did, actually.” Boy did I ever get SOMETHING at the shop. Rebecca nodded and took a sip of her drink. “Mmmm...that's good. It's an adorable white short blouse combo. They're actually connected, and there is a cute little tan belt. I can wear it with heels or flats.”
Smiling Jill asked, “Can it get yah laid? That's the question.”
Shaking her head Rebecca took off her shorts and T-shirt. She started applying sunscreen and answered Jill. “You know...I don't think I need the outfit to get laid...”
She set her sunscreen bottle down and laid back onto her chair. “But if it helps...that's not a bad thing.”
They all three laughed and sat enjoying the sun for a minute.
“Who's first?” Jill asked breaking the silence.
Rebecca looked over at Jill, and she could feel a little crimson flashing in her cheeks. Deb had also turned to look in Jill's direction.
“First for what?” Rebecca asked.
Jill sat up and looked at Rebecca. “Don't play coy Rebecca...”
Then she looked at Deb. “Maybe it will be you...”
Now it was Deb's turn to look surprised. “You lost me...”
Deb looked at Rebecca over Jill's shoulder. “What’s she talking about? First in getting...laid?”
Bursting out laughing Jill shook her head. “Well yeah that too...No silly...who is gonna be the first to take off their top here on the beach? You old hags gotta start casting a net if you wanna catch a fish...and nothing makes the boys come a-running like boobies.”
Both Rebecca and Deb started to make their objections at the same time, but Jill would have none of it.
“Nope...nope... One of you has to go first. I mean we're all gonna do it anyway. Fuck it. I’m always the one doing shit like this. So I thought one of you bitties would show off your titties...”
Rebecca sat staring for a minute, thinking. Yeah...she IS always going first...why not me? I can be adventurous and fun too...She had a flash of the fitting room in her mind, and she instantly got wet. Taking a sip of her drink she stood up. Undoing her string to her top she looked at her friends. Smiling she whisked off the top to the claps and cheers of her friends.
She was also thrilled to notice a few people on the beach clapping as well, and smiling. “YEAH!!! Go ahead babe!”
Jill was laughing and held her hand up. Rebecca smacked it a high five and sat down on the chair.
“I think I like resort Rebecca.” She said and closed her eyes to bask in the warmth of the beach sun.
“Come on Deb! Do ittt, Do ittt.” Jill sang.
Rebecca opened her eyes and looked over at Deb. She was laughing and shaking her head.
“I can't.” She laughed.
“Take a drink Deb.” Rebecca said. “It's just boobs...”
Jill turned and looked at Rebecca with a stunned look. “What has gotten into you?!”
Laughing Rebecca shrugged. Oh I know what's gotten into me...a healthy dose of cock. Mr. Jefferson Hughes' to be exact.
“I don't know...maybe I'm gonna try and be more adventurous.”
Jill nodded and smiled. “Alright!!!”
Turning she looked at Deb. “Take that top off bitty!”
Laughing Deb shrugged and untied her top, letting her breasts free. “Wooohooo!”
Jill cried as she undid the strings of her little bikini top. In a flash all three women were topless. Three nice racks in a row...Smiling Rebecca looked at the others. Jill's boobs were perfect, of course. They had to be D's, but they didn't sag. Her bronze skin was a little lighter than the rest of her body, but still a nice color. Dark surprisingly small nipples sat atop her breasts.
Deb's were as pale as Rebecca would have imagined. Pretty, but with a little weight to them. They didn't sit as high as Jill's, but they were certainly equal in size. Bright pink nipples stood at attention and Rebecca thought that Deb must have been excited over this new courage she was experiencing. Sitting back and taking a sip of her drink Rebecca smiled. You're not alone Deb. I'm excited about this new courage I have as well.
4 CHAPTER FOUR
The ladies sat topless for a few minutes in silence, listening to the music coming from the cabana bar. Taking sips of their drinks they would sigh, basking in the relaxation of the resort. Rebecca's mind was in a blur, however. Thoughts of Jefferson Hughes and their sexual exploits crashed around in her mind. Was this a fling for him, or was there a chance of something bigger? I don't know why, but I just want him...
Casually Rebecca asked the air, “So ...spit or swallow? That is the question.”
Jill's reaction was one that Rebecca expected...quick and boisterous. She sat up and looked at Rebecca. Taking off her sunglasses, her ample bosom jiggling, she stared at her friend.
“Who are you...and WHAT have you done with the old maid formerly known as Rebecca Hollis?”
Turning to Deb who was seemingly unfazed by this question, or Jill's reaction she asked. “What do you make of this Deb?”
Smiling Deb sat for a moment as if realizing that for once her answer may hold some weight.
“I always swallow.” She said in a matter of fact tone.
Jill looked at Rebecca with a shocked face and Rebecca returned the look. Wouldn't have guessed that... As if sensing that the girls were shocked, Deb turned her head to look at her friends.
“Sure...I like the power. When you have a guy in your mouth...and he's that vulnerable, well...there's something erotic and awesome about it.”
She let the statement hang in the air for a moment, and then added. “Plus it's an easier cleanup than a towel or napkin.”
“You fucking closet slut!” Jill exasperated, “I knew you were a dirty tramp!”
They laughed for a second and settled back in their lounge chairs. Each took a drink of their beverages, as if savoring the latest Q&A with deep thought.
Jill broke the silence. “Why are you asking that question...? Seeing as you are not in any position to have a cock in your presence...let alone your mouth.”
Rebecca shrugged nonchalantly. “I don't know...just wondering. What about you Jill? You swallow don't you?”
Laughing Jill nodded. “Yeah...but not always like this one.” She pointed her thumb in Deb's direction. “It depends on the guy.”
Rebecca nodded. “What determines if he is “swallow worthy” in your opinion?”
Taking a sip of her drink, Jill thought for a minute. “Well...obviously the more I like the guy the more likely I am to swallow.”
No problem there.
“Also cleanliness is key...as in how clean he is. I won't touch, let alone blow and swallow, a stink bag.”
Definitely no problem there. Jefferson smelled delicious.
“Oh gross...” Deb chimed.
“AAAAnnnnd...I also like the power. So if I really dig a guy, and maybe he's a little harder to get to...I definitely swallow. Give 'em something to think about.” Jill smiled widely.
“I see.” Rebecca nodded and leaned back in her chair.
She sat thinking for a minute, when she realized that Jill was staring at her. Turning she looked at her.
“What?” she asked.
“You tell me...” Jill challenged.
Laughing Rebecca shrugged. “Tell you what? There's nothing to tell. I was just making conversation.”
Jill gave her a sideways smile. “Really? You sure? You can tell us.”
Laughing harder Rebecca took a sip of her drink. Does she have a guess...or is she trying to get me to slip.
“I was just curious about it.”
Jill acquiesced. “Okay...”
She sat back for a minute, then asked. “What about you? You ever swallow?”
Rebecca nodded smiling. “Yeah...once.”
******
After relaxing on the beach all day, the girls decided they would go to the book signing.
“Maybe one of us will make an impression on him...and get laid!” Jill exclaimed.
They had all laughed, but internally Rebecca was grinning like an ape. She quickly showered to rinse off, and then laid out the new white outfit. Thinking about it hanging on the wall of the fitting room while she and Jefferson had sex got Rebecca wet again. She shook her head as if to clear the thoughts and began to get dressed. She decided on a pair of sandals to go with the outfit, and checked herself out in the mirror. Not bad Hollis... Not bad at all.
She reached into her luggage and pulled out a book. Looking over the well-worn cover she smiled. “Romance and Rage” was Jefferson Hughes' first romance novel. Rebecca had bought it when she was fifteen. She bought it at the time because she knew the author, but she had read and re-read it so many times because she actually liked his writing. It was about a love triangle where the female had to choose between two men. As far as a premise goes it was a cliché, but Jefferson had made the characters so relate-able that the premise didn't matter. That ability to create characters and dialogue that real people related to was what made him such a popular author.
She placed the book into her shoulder bag, and headed into the bathroom to brush her teeth and finish getting ready. She was excited to see him again, even though they had seen each other just a few hours earlier. You need to get a grip. After this week is over he's going to California and you're going back to Boston. So just stop. Stop falling. You are going to get SO HURT. She looked at herself in the mirror and suddenly felt sad. For a minute she debated about not going to the book signing. Then she walked out of the bathroom, picked up her bag and went out the door.
******
The girls met up in the lobby. They were all dressed to impress, but Rebecca's new outfit was met with exclamations of approval.
“That is so adorable!” Jill gushed.
“I like that!” Deb exclaimed.
Smiling Rebecca did a quick 360 so they could take in the whole outfit. “I like how it makes my ass look too.” She smiled.
“No doubt.” Jill had agreed. “Now let's go! We're already late and I bet the line will be hella-long.”
Jill was right. The book signing was being held at the resort check-in building, and clearly it was open to more than just the resort guests. Rebecca noticed that the long line was overwhelmingly female. Unable to help herself she looked at each woman, judging them. Inspecting them. Rating them. There are a few that he would be interested in ... I'm sure. JUST STOP!! He ISN'T YOURS!!!
Jill and Deb were having a conversation, talking about several of his books, but Rebecca was too distracted to join in. Her mind kept wondering. Was he flirting with them? He had to be... The line moved achingly slow. An hour passed, the girls had moved only about twenty feet. And they were still standing outside... Fortunately the guests were allowed to purchase drinks, and Jill kept fresh ones coming. After her second Malibu rum and pineapple Rebecca felt her anxiety starting to diminish. I mean he has his pick of the litter...and he chose ME. At least for a bit...right?
“Hey...where the fuck is that head of yours?” Jill asked.
Rebecca startled out of her thoughts and stared directly at Jill. She tried on a smile, but it felt fake. Jill and Deb clearly noticed, something was off about Rebecca.
“Why are you so distracted?” Jill asked with concern.
Rebecca shrugged and shook her head. “I don't know...” Yes you do... “Maybe because I knew him before.” No... that's not it.
Deb took her hand and looked at her with those wide, innocent, blue eyes. “Don't be nervous Rebecca.” she said.
Rebecca waited to see if Deb was going to add more, but she didn't.
Laughing Rebecca nodded. “Okay Deb. Since you put it that way what choice do I have?”
They all laughed at Rebecca's sarcasm, and ordered another round of drinks. They were now close to the entrance of the signing room. The signing table was about ten feet away and off to the left of the main reception desk. The doors were still blocking Rebecca's view. The ladies in front of her got their first look at Jefferson as he sat at the table. They were both in their 60's Rebecca guessed.
“Oh my. He is so handsome!” One of them gushed.
Rebecca took a sip of her drink and felt her jitters and anxiety return.
