Paige watched Mason walk out the door, and then she grabbed her cell-phone and charger out of her bag. She didn’t want to text her friend right now, but she knew it was the right thing to do, especially if Mason needed time away.

“Our cabin,” she agreed, “but that I didn’t know exactly where it was. She said Logan did, and they would come if I needed help.”
“Good,” he nodded again.
