“The Christmas Eve dinner was fantastic! It couldn’t have been more delicious,” I gushed as I hung a round, gold frosted bulb on the small potted Christmas tree at Josh’s house. Christmas music was playing softly in the background and I hummed along as I put another pretty bulb on the tree.
“The men loved it—they were just wolfing down the taters, gravy and turkey like there was no tomorrow. And the pumpkin pie…” Josh grinned as he rubbed his stomach. “It was so good. You’re a miracle worker. I can’t believe you were able to get all of that food for sixty-nine dollars!”
“It was sixty nine dollars and twenty three cents, to be exact,” I informed him proudly.
“It was great! You saved the day.”
“That’s the magic of coupons,” I said, smiling. Fortunately, the turkeys and ham at the shelter had been in the fridge, so they were fine, but we’d had to replace all of the sides. And replace them we did. It had been quite a day of organizing and sorting coupons, studying the specials at the store, and grocery shopping. Somehow, I’d managed to buy enough jars of gravy, cranberry sauce, marshmallow salad, green beans and bags of potatoes to feed a small army. Plus, I’d bought pumpkin pie, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream for dessert. I’d really put Foodies through their paces, but for some reason, Merv Paine, the manager, didn’t crab about it, though he watched like a hawk as one coupon after another went through the register. Most likely he didn’t make a fuss because the local TV station did a story on the attempted fire at the shelter. They filmed Josh and me at the grocery store as we worked to replace all of the food with a tiny budget. It worked out great, as when the news story ran, it generated a ton of donations for the shelter—blankets, pillows, soap and toothpaste, food, money, and more.
“Karina called me yesterday to see how we’re doing,” I said.
“I can’t thank her enough for choosing me as your match when you won the lottery, Amy. We need to send her a Christmas gift.”
“I already did. I sent her a card and a gift basket of fancy Belgium chocolates. It was pricey, but I found a good coupon.”
“Good. I think she’ll love that.”
“Who doesn’t love chocolate? And I bought a little something for my old roommates, too.” I pointed under the tree to the small silver foil wrapped boxes that held the wolf pendants.
“I’m sure they’ll love them,” Josh grinned.
I walked over to the box of ornaments and carefully selected another one. The decorations were dirt chip at the thrift store and while I was there I’d even picked up a set of cute holiday mugs with matching plates for the milk and cookies we would be enjoying later tonight. “This cucumber ornament is so cute,” I giggled as I hooked it onto a branch. “I’m not sure why people put glass fruit ornaments on trees, but I like them.”
“And I like that you’re decorating the tree. It seems like not that long ago you were telling me that Christmas was not your thing.”
“Well, how could I not decorate this tree?”
After much thought and consideration, Josh and I had selected the smallest potted tree from a large Christmas tree lot. The lot was filled with a huge variety of trees that were grown in Florida: red cedar, sand, Virginia pine, spruce, and Leyland cypress. Some of the trees were massive—impressive in their size, but in the end, we’d decided we wanted a little tree that we could replant outside later.
“I still think you should have let me get that big one,” he said, spreading his arms out wide.
“Ha! That tree probably wouldn’t have even fit into this house. Besides, it will be fun to watch this small one grow.”
Josh came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. His hot breath tickled my ear lobe. “Just like we’ll enjoy watching our little ones grow.”
“Are you trying to make babies again?” I teased. Since moving in with Josh, life had been nothing but sex, sex and more sex. I loved it!
“Uh huh…do you want to finish decorating the tree later?” His voice was low and throaty. I knew what that meant.
I turned to him. “What! Why? It’s such a little tree.”
But the hungry, sex glazed look in his eyes was all it took for my body to start to quiver in anticipation. “How about putting on your Santa suit?” I asked in my sexiest voice. “Come to think about it…skip the jacket, belt and pants and just put on that cute furry cap and a smile. Then come to Mrs. Claus.”
Josh nodded his head mischievously and winked. “I can do that. Let me go grab the cap. I’ll be right back.” As he headed down the hallway, he paused. “Oh, and by the way, I love your Christmas spirit!”
“Me—Christmas spirit?” I was the girl who didn’t do Christmas…but he was right. Here I was, dishing up Christmas Eve dinner to the homeless, hunting for a tree and decorating it, baking cookies, buying Christmas gifts, and demanding that my mate dress up like Santa.
The strains of another tune came on the radio. Ugh! It was the little boy singing about his momma kissing Santa again. Ok, I had to admit that I was not only in the Christmas spirit and I actually liked—no loved—Christmas now…but I still didn’t like that song!
“What say you?” Josh’s deep voice echoed from the doorway. He was standing there, his hands behind his back, wearing nothing but a devilish grin and the plush faux fur Santa cap. His muscular chest was puffed out, his biceps were flexing, and as my eyes trailed down his body I could see his cock was very, very hard. I felt my pussy clench and go moist instantly.
I put down the angel ornament I had just been about to hang on the tree and walked over to him. “You look so delicious, honey.” I couldn’t help it as my hand found its greedy way down to his thick cock.
“Not so fast, babe,” he laughed.
“Oh…” I pouted.
“I have a little something for you.”
“That’s more than a little something,” I said, eyeing his too good to be true—but it was—rock hard erection.
“For you, love.” He pulled his hands out from behind his back and showed me a tiny candy cane.
I did a double take as I stared at the pink and white peppermint confection. “Oh my God!” I exclaimed. On the cane was a gorgeous, sparkling diamond ring.
“Amy, I love you with all of my heart and soul. I know we are mated for life, but I wanted to give you a symbol of my love.”
“Josh!” I squealed.
He slipped the ring off of the cane and onto my finger. It was perfect!
I grabbed him, hugged him and kissed his face over and over. “It’s so beautiful,” I said, tears of joy forming in my eyes.
“A beautiful ring for my beautiful babe,” he said, smiling. His eyes were shining with love.
I put my hand out and admired the ring. “Thank you so much. I absolutely love it! …And I have a little something for you too.” I walked over to a drawer and pulled out a little stocking I had hidden inside. “This is for you,” I said, handing it to him.
“Wow, thank you. You didn’t have to get me anything.”
I loved the way his face lit up, just like a kid in a candy store. Josh was so appreciative of everything. It was just one of the many things I loved about him. He grinned as he pulled out the little items I had put in the stocking, holding each one up and oohing and aahing over it. There were a few chocolate kiss candies, a tube of SPF 20 peppermint lip balm, a tiny bottle of cinnamon massage oil…and finally, he found the box with the ring.
“What’s this?” He asked, turning the box every which way.
“Open it and see.”
He snapped open the lid, revealing the gorgeous wolf ring.
I held my breath. “Do you like it?”
“I love it!” he said, sliding it onto his finger. He gave me a deep kiss and growled. “Mmmm, I just love kissing you…have I told you that before?”
“Many, many times,” I said, laughing. “But I need more than that right now!”
He arched his brows.
“I think Mrs. Claus is ready to have her stocking stuffed.”
“Yeah, I think so, baby…”
As we joined hands and went into the bedroom, my heart was singing with joy, filled with the holiday spirit. Christmas—it truly was the most wonderful time of the year—especially when Santa Claus was deliciously hot and horny!
