One Wild Night by Khardine Gray (6)

Chapter 6

Nothing seemed quite real from that point onwards, and Scott felt like the world had stopped around him and he was trapped in his need for her.

They’d just about managed to get themselves together and decent before the mechanic came. The time had gone by so fast -- too fast.

That second time left Scott weak from Abi’s touch and begging for more. On the whole ride to Lake Tahoe, he wanted her again.

He wanted Abi badly, to the point where he thought he’d go crazy with the need that he had for her. It was hard to sit next to her in the tow truck and not touch her, and, worse, to wait all that time at the garage to do the paperwork when all he wanted to do was devour her.

She wanted him too. He’d seen all the signs of her arousal, just like before.

The mechanic said the car could realistically be ready by tomorrow morning.

Since Scott knew that Margo would be safe for the night, that sounded like music to his ears. He could tell it was the same for Abi. Her face lit up as he took her hand and led her to the very best hotel they could find. It was about fifteen minutes from the garage, in a quiet area that overlooked the bright blue waters of the lake. I

t was definitely beautiful, but he had another beauty to enjoy.

He booked the best room they had and enjoyed the little girlie giggles Abi made when he picked her up and carried her to their room.

He imagined her beautiful, fantasy body wrapped in silk sheets and him all over her. The minute he opened the door, he smiled with satisfaction at the décor. Yes, this was perfect. The bed was perfect, with cream-colored silky sheets that would look great against the bronze sun-kissed tone of his Babydoll’s skin.

He put her down so she could look about the room.

“This is beautiful, Scott,” she beamed, rushing over to the long French window and gazing out at the scenic view that surrounded them.

He agreed. It was beautiful but was nothing in comparison to the woman before him who was like walking temptation. When she turned back, she smiled at him, seeing that his attention was fixed on her.

She giggled when he walked over to her and kissed her, loving the taste of her lips. As the kiss got hotter, he moved with her over to the wall. She rested her head against it when he placed his arms either side of her.

He moved slowly. He wanted to take his time with her and appreciate her. He wanted to savor this moment with her as if he were indulging in an exquisite meal in the finest restaurant in the world. So, Scott looked her over, taking in the way she looked and how turned on she was for him. He could see it all.

“You’re giving me that look again.” A tiny smile danced on her delicious lips.

“What look would that be, baby?”

“Like you know what I’m thinking even before I do,” she whispered softly.

“I do. I know you and everything about you, remember?”

The flame that used to glow within her eyes for him blazed. It was so different than the hurt he saw there earlier, and it made him feel good that he was making progress. The fire had melted away the ice queen she had been this morning, along with the fortress she’d built to keep him out.

“I remember,” she said.

“Good.” He lowered his head to capture her lips again and enjoyed the sound she made when he moved to nibble on her neck.

“This is so crazy, Scott,” she laughed.

“I know, and I want to enjoy you. Every little piece of you.”

She laughed again. “I want to enjoy you, too.”

It pleased him to hear that, and his already hard cock stirred against him at the memory of what she did to him earlier with her hot, wild mouth.

“You can, baby. All of me belongs to you. You’re Scott’s girl.” He fixed his gaze on hers. Maybe it sounded like sex talk, but he realized that it was actually how he felt. He’d been right to think the way he had about her -- to think that she was the only woman he’d ever met that he should have been serious about.

What an idiot he’d been. God, he was such a fool, and look at him now, desperate for her. So much more than he thought, or could have imagined.

“I’m Scott’s girl?” she giggled pointing to herself as if she didn’t know. He could easily get lost in her beauty.

“Always.” He smiled.

“Always?” Something that resembled that hurt flickered within her eyes, but only for a moment. It was gone before he could really take note of it, but it made him feel bad all the same. The same way he knew what she was thinking, he knew he was walking on dangerous ground, and he hoped she didn’t think he was toying with her emotions.

She looked down for a moment as said, “I lied earlier.”

“Baby, you told many lies earlier.” He reached for her chin and lifted her gaze back to his. “I couldn’t keep up. Which lie are we talking about?”

She smiled at his joke. “I said ‘no’ when you asked me if I missed you.”

It was the first time all day that she let him in. Sure, he knew she’d been just as consumed as he was when the passion gripped them, but this was her. Her soul was speaking.

“Did you miss me, Babydoll?” he kept his hands to her chin, holding her there because he wanted to see her eyes.

“Yes.”

“I missed you, too.” He told her.

Now there was sadness in her eyes. He didn’t want her to feel sad. He didn’t want her to feel anything but happy and to feel the pleasure they felt earlier.

“And your fantasy body.” He thought he’d bring it back to the fun, so as not to open wounds that shouldn’t have been made.

The smile returned to her face, and he went back to his plan to indulge on her fine body. He ran his fingers over the soft fabric of her top, backward and forward over the hard peaks of her nipples, which were hard for him again. She pressed into the wall, enjoying the feel, just as he intended her to.

Enough waiting. It was time for action. He lifted the little top over her head and undid the pink clasp that held her bra together.

Those beautiful breasts spilled out, full and rounded, ready to suck.

“I missed burying my face between your tits.” He did miss this, and so bury his face he did between her large globes, nuzzling the soft skin there and inhaling her sweet scent.

She laughed as he rubbed his face between her again, but drew in a breath as he made his way over to suck on her nipples. He wanted to do it like earlier and tease the pleasure out of her. The little bead hardened between his lips, and he looked up to see that her eyes were closed and her mouth was open as she gasped for air. He sucked her harder and moved over to the next one while he rolled the other between his fingers.

“That’s so good,” she moaned.

“I’m about to make you feel better.”

He lifted her up once more and gently lowered her to the center of the bed. He was right; she did look good there. She gave him the pleasure of taking off her jeans, but he decided to leave her panties on for a little longer. They were a soft pink, lacy high-leg ones that look almost like a thong. It was a great color against the gold of her skin and that mass of long, wild, brown hair that curled at the edge of her elbows. It was also a shade darker than her nipples.

Calm. He needed to stay calm. If he didn’t, he’d finish right here just from the sight of her. How could he have been without her for the last six years?

And, worse, how had she been his once and he allowed her to leave him? Scott was known for his swift ability to think fast when he played football; his team relied on that talent of his.

But, he hadn’t used it when he needed it the most. What an idiot he’d been. He shouldn’t have needed anybody besides the perfect woman who sat before him now.

He shrugged out of his own clothes and enjoyed the hungry look she gave him when she saw his super hard cock. Scott moved to her just wanting to kiss her. He wanted to taste that sweetness of her that made him want her. Only she tasted like this. She kissed him back with reckless abandon, and his tired soul sank into it.

He traced kisses right down her body, from head to toe then back up to between her thighs where he parted her legs and ran his fingers right over her center and made a circling motion. He wished he could take a picture of how she looked right now. There is nothing more arousing for a man to see how turned on his woman is for him.

He didn’t stop circling, and the orgasm that shook her sent her reaching for him and shuddering against the sheets. Still, he held back on going beneath her panties because he wanted to see her do that again.

He stroked her again and again. Now, the strained look on her face was between pleasure and pain, but it was telling him that she wanted more -- so much more. And he was ready to give it to her.

Scott rolled the pink panties down her legs and tossed them with the rest of clothes on the ground. Then, before she could recover, he reached inside her with his fingers and stroked the jewel that would take him home, the spot that opened the doorway to pleasing her.

“Scott!” She cried out his name and grabbed onto the sheets.

A blast of pleasure and the same triumph he had felt earlier surged through him because she was all his now. All his, and he had to taste her.

He went down between her legs and relished the sweet taste of her. She was sweet like fruit, like the most delicious fruit he had ever tasted, and never had until now. He stayed there, greedily, as orgasm after orgasm shook her, and until the need to be inside her completely overwhelmed him.

Earlier, his knees nearly buckled when he first thrust in. It was the very same feeling of pleasure that rippled through him now as he made his way inside her, and he was glad for the bed.

The look on her face got him going, pumping deeper and faster into her.

The mindless sounds of pleasure that escaped her lips send him overboard, and he couldn’t control his pace. He’d wanted to go slow here, too, but his mind was way past that thought, and his body took over. He hammered into her, sending her into more orgasmic fits. This fiery possession that took hold of him scorched his soul, and he lost all awareness he had on reality. It all felt like a dream.

At least he could rely on his ability to last, and he did last for what seemed like eons. Just like that, they were joined as one in the intimacy that bounded them.

He felt his own release starting to build, and he held back, trying his best to go on for even longer, but her orgasm weakened him, and they came as one in a shuddering cry that he was sure shook the room.

He practically collapsed next to her on the bed, breathing hard and unable to steady his racing heart. He turned and looked at her next to him, her hair damp with sweat and her skin glowing. It made him want her again, and he was shocked to find himself going hard again. They had already gone three times in a matter of hours, and he wanted her again. It had to be his punishment for letting her go. Now he was cursed to always want her.

She snuggled against him and he held her close to his chest.

Scott looked ahead at the beautiful scenery outside. She looked on, too.

“We should check it out,” she suggested, seeming to read his thoughts. “It’s not like we’re in a rush anymore.”

She smiled when he looked down at her. “No, and I have another idea.”

She laughed. “We’ve already had seriously wild sex three times, Scott.”

“I know, but how about we go out and have a great time.”

Down the road, there was a casino and a club. It was still quite early, so they could have time to explore the place then head for more fun, and then come back here for even more fun.

“Yes, it’s like we’re here on holiday,” she giggled.

“Come on, let’s go.”

The walk by the lake was great. No one would have been able to guess that they weren’t really there on holiday, or that they hadn’t always walked together as a couple. They walked arm in arm and enjoyed the beauty.

As night fell, and they made their way to the casino, Scott felt he should call Margo to see if she was okay. She was; she was tucked away safely in the staff room at the bus station.

That ticked the checkbox in their minds, and all that lay ahead for them was a night of fun.

The trip to the casino began with some tequila shots at the bar which sent them into a wild frenzy. He remembered more drinking with her, dancing, winning three thousand dollars at the roulette table which he gave to her, and more sex in the alleyway behind the club, and

then even more when they got back to the hotel in the elevator, and then much more when they got back to their room. They were out of control and had pushed past the boundaries of mere fun.

All night, they devoured each other until they both passed out.

* * *

She thought she’d have a pounding headache the next day but was surprised that she felt fine. Actually, she felt more than fine. Abi had woken up with a buzz. She felt light like she could just float away, and her skin tingled with excitement she knew she should restrain.

God, that was one wild night. One wild day, with all the crazy things that had happened. Although, in a twisted way, she could say it was like the universe had worked overtime to get her and Scott together and keep them like it.

She knew that the buzz she felt now and the excitement that rippled through her was only temporary, and she knew she was treading on dangerous ground, but she didn’t want to think about that.

Yesterday and today were days she would treat as separate from the past, so she would enjoy them.

She could hear Scott’s voice in the bathroom, and then he came out in nothing but his boxers and sat on the chair opposite their bed. He had his phone pressed to his ear and seemed to be talking to the garage. She pulled the sheets over her breasts and sat up.

“Okay, thanks. We’ll see you soon.” He said into the phone then rested it on the bedside table. “Babydoll.”

“Hi.” She smiled at him.

“Come here.” He reached out his hands for her.

She slid off the bed with the sheet wrapped around her and walked over to sit in his lap.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and enjoyed the soft kiss he placed on her lips.

“The car’s going to be ready in an hour.” She smiled against her lips.

“My gosh, what will we do for an hour?” she teased.

“I have a few ideas.” He returned her smile, but then a look of concern washed over his handsome face. “What will we do after?”

“Get Margo and go back to San Francisco.”

“Yeah.” He nodded. “Where’s your room at the hotel?”

“It’s the furthest from everyone. I confirmed my booking late.”

“Come stay with me.” He held her gaze and took her hand into his. “Abi, please. Come and stay with me. It’ll be fun. I promise.”

She didn’t doubt that. What she feared was what she was getting herself into. But the fear wasn’t enough for her to say no.

“Yes.” She smiled.

“Yes?” the excitement on his face to be with her was also something she wanted to remember. Again, she’d never seen it before.

Her view of their breakup was bad enough as it was, but, since yesterday, she’d seen several things she had never seen when they were together. It was fine.

She was seeing it now, and she liked it.

They indulged in each other one last time before leaving.

After they got to the garage, it took next to no time to get out on the road and off on their mission to collect Margo. From the route they traveled, it took less than eight hours, and that was with a short stop for lunch and a quickie in the car.

On their journey to Phoenix, between kissing whenever they could, they listened to their favorite songs on the radio and talked about everything that was going on in their lives.

They got to Phoenix at around 3:00 pm.

Margo flew out of the station’s entrance before they could even park. They got out to greet her, and she hugged them both hard.

Abi felt bad as she looked her friend over. Poor Margo looked completely drained as if she’d been through a lifetime of wandering around in the wilderness.

“You guys are the best!” she said, crying. “Thank you so much for coming to get me.”

Scott hugged her and kissed the top of her forehead. “No thanks needed.”

Abi sat in the backseat while Margo rode in the front. It would have been kind of weird if it was the reverse because, according to everyone, Abi and Scott weren’t together, and there was no way on God’s green earth that anyone would guess the sort of wild time they were having.

The whole journey back to San Francisco, they listened to Margo tell her tale of her encounters at the bus station. She was always a big talker, and never bored you because of the excitable way in which she spoke. She was one of those people who could see the funny side to a bad situation. Like now, she was laughing at how foolish she’d been for running away the way she had and turning back, then falling asleep and getting robbed. She joked about how it was only her that something so bizarre could happen to.

She told them how she spoke to some Buddhist monks for an hour while they waited for their bus and how she learned how to truly meditate. Then, Margo being Margo, had to elaborate on the technique, and she told them how to do it, too. She continued to tell them how she learned a little bit of sign language so she could communicate with two deaf children and that she’d seen a dog with three legs, and an African grey parrot. She told them all sorts of things, and Abi had to wonder how all of that could have happened in the time that she was at the station. If it had been Abi, she was certain she would have found something to read and kept to herself.

The talking made the journey go fast. It was weird being so close to Scott, yet not being close. From time to time, she’d catch him looking at her in the rearview mirror. Seeing him gave her that tingle and warmed her cheeks. At one point, the look he gave her was so obvious and sexual that she could almost read his thoughts.

She couldn’t wait to get back and go to his room.

By the time they got to San Francisco, it was just after midnight. The journey had taken a little bit less time than they had thought because the roads were quite clear, unlike yesterday. That was brilliant for Margo because the wedding was in fourteen hours and she had a lot to sort out.

As late as it was, they could see Gale waiting in the foyer for Margo. Margo didn’t really elaborate on what she told Gale, but Scott and Abi hung back in the corridor to avoid any suspicion. As far as everyone knew, Margo was still just delayed at the hospital.

When Gale saw Margo walk in, he rushed straight over and hugged her, picking her up and spinning around with her.

The two hugged each other as if they hadn’t seen the other in years, and love emanated from them, filling the room, filling the entire surroundings with its force.

Abi took a moment to appreciate the sight.

“Gale, I’m so sorry,” Margo was saying into Gale’s thick mass of dark hair.

“Don’t. Don’t. I’m so glad you’re here, Margo.”

Abi focused on him and was in awe of the love she saw in his eyes for her friend. At the same time, she could feel Scott’s eyes on her. The pull of his stare was so compelling that she turned to face him.

He was looking at her indeed, his eyes speaking a million things. But there was one thing that stood out -- a hint of sadness sparked in his eyes. She wondered if he was thinking the same thing as her, the thing she’d been putting off thinking about since this morning: t

hat time was catching up with them. Catching up and slipping away, and all they really had was one more night together.

He placed his arm around her shoulders, pulling her close. She rested her head on his chest as they turned around to head to his room.

Scott opened the door and watched her as she walked inside.

She walked over to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooked the large garden. When she turned around, she saw that he was still watching her, but it was the way he looked at her that held her attention.

His eyes were filled with adoration. No one had ever looked at her like that before. No one. The stare undressed her right down to her soul. There was something different about the atmosphere around them.

It was not because they were back here, in a different room and in San Francisco.

No, it was something else, something she couldn’t quite describe. Whatever it was, it enhanced the mood, the passion, and the desire that rippled in waves around them.

She continued to watch him as he moved towards her, her eyes traveling over the powerful build of his muscular body.

They didn’t speak. He just kissed her, and she fell into the sweetness of him, savoring the moment, savoring the time that they had. There was a dreamy intimacy to their kiss and to the way he touched her now.

He touched her as if he wanted to store the memory of how she felt in his arms.

He undressed her and scooped her up so he could settle her down on the bed. Desire burned inside her as she watched him undress, too. She wanted to remember him, the way he looked, the gorgeous masterpiece he was that rivaled the Greek gods, and the firm, thick, length of his hard cock. The soft moonlight mingled with the amber glow that filled the room, bathing him in it.

When he slid into her, a shock wave coursed through her entire body, tantalizing her with soldering heat. But there was something else that amplified it which she hadn’t been able to describe. She knew what it was now, and it almost terrified her.

It was love.

This was supposed to be fun, but she’d opened the door and let love out -- the love she’d worked so hard to rid from her system for all those years. It washed over her, but it wasn’t just her. Scott touched her in a way he never had before. It was like his hands were all over her, and he couldn’t get enough -- like he couldn’t touch her enough. Was she imagining it?

She couldn’t tell because her own feelings were getting in the way. What she did know, though, was that some force took over them, bounding their bodies together. When they came, it was as one, with a release that fueled her to new heights.

And, still, they didn’t talk. He just held her against him, as if she were his.

* * *

He made love to her all night. Each time, the feeling she felt was reaffirmed.

As the first hint of twilight broke through the sky before sunrise and the diffused pinkish light scattered across the scene that lay before her, a tear ran down her cheek.

She wiped it away but failed to keep the rest from falling. Reality was setting in full force with the truth of the situation. It struck out at her, striking her heart, and going deep into her soul.

She was nineteen when she first met Scott. She’d done everything with him.

Everything. He was the first man she ever slept with, the first person she gave her heart to, and these few short days showed her that he probably was the only person who would have it.

But she couldn’t be with him.

The horror of how she felt when they were last together filled her and made her anxious.

There was no use trying to sugarcoat how she felt. The truth of the matter was that she loved him. She had never stopped. All she had done over the last six years was suppress her feelings.

But he would never love her.

When she thought of his lifestyle, it made her feel worse. She could never hope for more because he was a famous football player, part of an extremely prestigious team, and, with that fame, came all the women.

Women in droves -- the fans and groupies she’d have to compete with.

Abi didn’t have the strength for it. Her heart didn’t have the energy, and if she allowed him to break he heart once more, she didn’t think she’d be able to repair it.

She looked at him, still asleep. His arms were around her, holding her close to his heart. He was just as beautiful to look at asleep as awake, and that was all it would be with him -- physical.

Careful not to wake him, she slipped out of his arms and off the bed. She got dressed and left, making it to her room before the tears truly came.
