Brick: A Wolf's Hunger Alpha Shifter Romance by Elaine Barris, AK Michaels (2)

Oh, yeah!” Duke groaned down to the blonde kneeling on all fours between his legs, polishing him off. “Keep it up!”

Using the mental link to communicate with his alpha, he asked, “What’s her name?”

The first in command rammed into her from behind, flicked his eyes to his beta, and shrugged with a cocky smile.

“Does it matter?” Brick asked through the connection, as he continued pumping inside her. “Let’s finish rutting, get off, and get rid of her. She’s too needy. Watch what she does next.”

The female mewled, pressing back and widening her knees. Lifting one of her hands, she swept her hair back, baring her neck.

“See? I told you. This is another one who thinks I’m gonna mark her. Hurry up, Duke.”

“You told her you were considering it.”

“That was my dick talking to her tits.”

The beta grasped her by the sides of her head, moving her up and down his length.

Brick slapped his thighs against hers harder, as his muscles tensed and his jaw clenched, while he fought his cock that was screaming for release.

A second later, Duke shouted, as he kept moving her on him. She didn’t shy away and swallowed everything he had to give her. As she licked his throbbing veins and then dropped to suck on his balls, he fell back onto the mattress.

The woman they’d picked up at the hybrid bar—the place a mix of humans and shifters frequented—bent down low, pressing her breasts to the carpet. She twisted her head around to look back at Brick and smiled with come-glazed lips.

Taking her long hair in her grip, she yanked it up to completely uncover all of the spots a shifter would choose to either mark or mate his partner.

Scrunching his eyes closed, Brick ignored her and chased the urges of his pulsing cock, slamming into her pussy until fully seated a final time.

“Fuck!” he shouted, as his thighs seized, and his come shot out.

He gripped her ass, digging his fingers into her cheeks, jerking her back to finish milking his dick.

The tremors in his muscles eased, and he pulled out of her and slicked his hair back from his face.

“That was amazing!” she moaned, arching her ass in the air higher, stretching her arms out in front of her.

Duke hopped off the bed and walked to her, as Brick stood, crossing to the bathroom. He closed and locked the door, and the sound of the falling water of the shower filtered through the room.

“Come on, honey. Time to get dressed and go home. I called you a cab when we got here. Told him to be downstairs in an hour.” He picked up his boxers, slid them over his hips, and snapped the waistband. “Your driver should be waiting.”

“What?”

Duke handed her the dress that had been thrown over the bedside lamp, along with her bra and panties that he had picked up off the floor, all of which she’d shed in mere moments upon entering the hotel room with the two men.

“But… I thought he was going to claim me as his. He’s an alpha. He said he was looking for a mate.”

“Nah. All that at the club…. That was shifter foreplay. Brick’s never gonna settle down.”

The truth of her seduction crossed over her face, while she threw her clothes on, preparing for her walk of shame. Then the bathroom door opened, steam pouring out, and Brick emerged and leaned against the jamb, with a towel wrapped around his waist. Water dripped down his chest from his black hair. She paused, as she pulled her garment over her stomach, leaving her breasts exposed, while Brick looked her over. Then he returned to the sink, wiping his hand across the mirror to clear it, before picking up his toothbrush.

“You’ve been dismissed,” Duke said. “Time to go.”

“Assholes!” she screeched, yanking the cloth up and shoving her arms through. “Both of you! What was I thinking?”

After pushing her feet into her heels, she lurched across the room. The door clicked closed again, and she banged her fists on it. Brick’s response was a gurgle and a splash, as he spat out mouthwash.

Duke took her by the arm and guided her to the exit. He opened the door, while she continued yelling.

“Hey!” He held out two twenties he’d removed from his wallet. “We’re nice guys. Look, here’s your fare to get home.”

Her attention was on her phone, which she’d taken out of her purse, and her fingers flew over the letters while she texted in agitation. Glancing up, she ripped the bills from his hands, almost tearing them in half.

“I cannot believe this happened to me again! This is the fifth time in a month!”

As she stormed off, Duke yelled, “Thanks for blowing me! Had a great time! Maybe you should try a different bar!”

He turned to go back into the room, and Brick came out, stomping ahead of him.

“She’s got a set of lungs.”

Duke chuckled and said, “Yeah, but I prefer her tongue.”

“What’s with all these females, thinking we’re gonna mate with them?”

Duke flitted his lashes, lifted the tone of his voice, and threw his arms in the air, faking a swoon.

“Oooo! It’s the big, bad alpha!”

Brick huffed a laugh at Duke’s impression.

“My wolf’s not interested.”

His best friend chuckled.

“As if, man. But that’s what they want. All the women that go to Crescent, they’re on a hunt, just like we are. But they’re looking for power and pack prestige, and we just want the pussy.” He sighed. “Maybe we should find a new club to hang out at, so we don’t have to deal with that shit.”

“Negative. There’re a few of the regulars we haven’t fucked yet. We gotta finish the rounds before we move on. Did you see the ass on the one hanging onto Max?” He moved his hand through the air, like he was smacking a woman’s ass. “Besides, it isn’t my fault they get caught up in shifter mystique. I’ve never shown any of them fang. Women talk. Word should’ve gotten around about us.”

“Yeah, but they think they’ll be different, that they’re the one. I think that’s part of the draw.”

“Again… not my problem.”

Just then, Brick’s phone rang.

“We’re supposed to be on R & R,” he growled at the irritant on the nightstand.

“They wouldn’t’ve dared to contact you unless it was important.”

Stalking over to where it lay, Brick slid the button to take the call and barked, “What?”

As the conversation went on, Brick nodded to Duke in confirmation that they were leaving. Duke tossed some clean clothes to Brick and looked at the empty duffle bags by the sliding glass window.

“Party’s over, huh? I guess I’ll get everything bundled up.”

“Yeah, we’ve gotta go,” Brick said.

He tossed the phone onto the bed and started getting dressed in a hurry.

“Well?” Duke asked, as he shoved his commander’s things into the bag. “What’s going on?”

“We got a hit on Braxton’s book.”
