CHAPTER TWENTY-EIGHT

Epilogue

Emma

Six Months Later

“Bad girl!” Chad yells.

Smack!

Smack!!

SMACK!!!

“I told you that you're not allowed to cum until I say you're allowed to cum. Do you understand?”

“Yes, sir. I couldn't help it!”

Chad's got me bent over his lap, spanking me for having an orgasm without his permission. I couldn't help it. He was fingering me really fast while holding a vibrator against my clit. But I broke the rule so I needed to be punished.

We're in Paris. It's the last city on our tour. The last six months have been filled with wondrous adventures. Each day is better than the one before it and it's been a blast since day one. I'm actually sad that our tour's almost over.

“Well now it's my turn to cum,” Chad says. “Get on your hands and knees.”

“Okay.”

Whack!

Yes, sir!”

“That's better. Now open that pretty little mouth of yours.”

I do what he says. Chad sticks his rock-hard cock in my mouth and starts fucking it ferociously. We've spent every free second of our time having sex – ridiculous, mind blowing sex. And we've explored the dom/sub thing quite a bit. I love everything about it.

When Chad's ordering me around, using me as his personal play thing, it's almost as if I don't have to think. All I have to do is feel. He takes control and I love it. I love every second of it.

“Fuck, that feels so fucking good!”

Chad grabs the side of my head. He thrusts his cock in and out of my mouth faster and faster. I'm still incredibly turned on, even though I just had an orgasm a minute ago.

“Put your fucking hands behind your back!” Chad demands.

I do what he says. With my hands behind my back, Chad uses my mouth as his own personal fuck toy. I love being used by him. Only him. The thought of doing this with any other guy on the planet disgusts me. With Chad, it turns me way on.

“Oh yeah, just like that. Don't you fucking move, baby.”

Chad thrusts his cock all the way down my throat and I feel it explode. His hot cum coats the walls of my throat and slowly slides down inside me. I love it when he feeds me.

“Fuuuuuuck!” he yells.

What a crazy few months it's been. Chad and I are now officially boyfriend and girlfriend. So far, everything's been magical. He's still the same alpha male, take-what-I-want guy that he's always been. But, with me, he's different. He's protective and caring. I love it. And I'm starting to realize that I love him.

“Stand up,” Chad demands.

I do what he says. Chad grabs me by the face and pulls it to his. He gives me a kiss on the lips, spins me around and slaps my ass.

“Good job, baby. Now go get cleaned up. We're going out to dinner.”

I get cleaned up and put on a nice dress. Chad's taking me to some fancy French restaurant. We get ready and take the metro there. Chad made reservations and we're seated at a beautiful outdoor table. We can see the Eiffel Tower from where we're sitting and our view is something out of a picture book.

“What an adventure it's been, huh baby?” Chad asks.

“It's been wild. I can't thank you enough. For everything. Really.”

“You thank me every day just by being you.”

“It doesn't feel like it's enough. You helped me get my book published. Then, you took me with you around the world and helped me set up a book tour in all the cities you were promoting your supplements in. Now my book's sold thousands of copies and it's all because of you. If I'd never met you, Chad, I still probably wouldn't have even started writing it. You've given me everything. And on top of all of that, you've swept me off my feet and made me feel like no other man's ever done before. I love you, Chad Taylor.”

He doesn't reply right away. Chad looks me in the eyes and leans over the table, pulling my hands to the middle so he can hold them. Without breaking eye contact, he smiles and finally answers.

“I fucking love you so much, Emma. You're unlike any other woman I've ever met. You came along and from the moment I met you, I haven't been able to get you off my mind. You're everything that I've ever wanted in a woman. Everything and more. Even after spending every day together for the past six months, I still can't get enough of you. Every day I discover something new about you and it makes me love you a little bit more. I love you.”

His words make me melt. I can't help but show my happiness with a full-faced smile. It wasn't my plan to tell Chad that I love him tonight: it just slipped out. I can't even put into words how happy it makes me to hear him say that he loves me, too. His actions certainly have showed it, but actually hearing it is different. I'm sure it wasn't easy for him. Guys like Chad don't go around falling in love with women all the time.

“Thank you for everything, Chad. Sincerely.”

“And thank you, Emma, for the same.”

Our food arrives and we dig in. I've tried so many new things over the past few months, things I never would've had the chance to try if I'd declined Chad's offer to come with him. I can't even imagine what I'd be doing if I didn't. I'd probably still be at Fit World, living with Claire, single and lonely, stuck in the rut of routine daily life. There's no question in my mind: I made the right choice. In fact, I haven't questioned it once the entire trip.

“Have you heard from that first client of yours you're so fond of? Megan, right?” Chad asks, in between massive bites of the blanquette de veau he's eating.

I finish chewing my bite of sole meuniere, take a sip of Sancerre, and reply, “I have! We Skyped earlier today.”

“How's she doing?”

“Megan's doing fantastic! I'm so freaking proud of her. She's lost more than sixty pounds over the past six months. I wish I could give her a big hug!”

“That's fucking awesome. There's nothing more satisfying than giving someone all the tools that they need to succeed and then actually watching them do it. I've trained hundreds of clients but only a fraction of them have taken what I taught them and used it to transform their bodies.”

“Yeah, I really couldn't be prouder of Megan. Believe me, I know how hard it is to stick to a meal plan. But I did it and now she's doing it.”

“And so are thousands of other people. Your book really is amazing, Emma. I really love how you use your personal story to get the reader motivated to change and then you lay out exactly how to do it.”

“Come on. You read it?”

Chad shrugs his shoulders and replies, “I may have skimmed through it a little bit.”

“You read my book. You never cease to amaze me, Chad Taylor.”

“And I never will,” he says and smiles.

We finish our delicious meals and the waiter takes our plates. The sun is setting over the Eiffel Tower and the view is breathtaking. It's yet another perfect night with my amazing boyfriend. He's always full of surprises. It really means the world to me that Chad read my book. I've never seen him read anything but fitness magazines. And even then, he only reads the ones that he's in so he can check himself out.

The waiter returns a few minutes later. He's carrying a small silver tray with a lid hiding whatever's underneath it. Standing in front of me, the waiter looks over at Chad, then back to me.

“Dessert for the lady,” he says.

“I didn't order any dessert,” I reply.

“The gentleman ordered it for you, Mademoiselle.”

I look over at Chad. He gives me a smile and a nod.

“Okay, now I'm curious. What is it?”

The waiter lifts the cover, revealing a small box. For a quick moment, I wonder what kind of dessert could possibly fit into such a little box. I think that maybe it could be some kind of chocolate or something. But then, I realize what it is. My mind wouldn't let me believe it right away. It's a jewelry box. And I have a feeling I know what might be inside.

“Open it,” Chad says.

I take the box off the tray and the waiter smiles. He slowly takes a few steps backward and disappears into the restaurant, leaving Chad and I alone. Slowly, I open the box. The second my eyes get a glimpse of what's inside, my heart starts racing. The tingling feeling I get when Chad kisses me or looks deeply into my eyes, well, I'm feeling it all throughout every inch of my body. I don't know what to say. I don't know what to do. I'm so overcome with emotion that I literally can't move.

In the box is the most beautiful diamond ring I've ever seen in my life. I don't know much about expensive jewelry, but I know that this ring is gorgeous and must've cost a fortune. I'm frozen. I don't know what to say or what to do. My eyes are glued to this magnificent ring. Millions of thoughts are running through my head. Billions of emotions are stirring in my heart. And when I look up, it feels like there are a trillion eyes looking at me.

Chad takes the box out of my hand. He gets down on one knee right in front of me. Suddenly, the entire restaurant goes quiet. Everyone's watching us. I'm still frozen in my seat, trying to process all the thoughts and feelings running through me. Behind Chad I can see the Eiffel Tower with the sun setting behind it. If I had to describe the perfect way to get proposed to, this would be it. Once again, Chad nails it.

“Emma,” he starts, looking up at me with his beautiful blue eyes, “I love you. You're the most amazing woman I've ever met in my entire life. We both know that I've enjoyed the company of a lot of women in the past. Believe it or not, it's that past that makes me appreciate you all that much more. I know what's out there. And I've never met a woman as smart, funny, sexy, and all-around fucking awesome as you. You're the real diamond, Emma. You're a rare, precious jewel to be cherished and loved. I consider myself to be incredibly lucky to have found you. You make me a better man. Most importantly, you make me happy, Emma. Really, truly happy. And I want that happiness to last forever.

“I know we've only been together for less than a year, but what a year it's been. We've spent more time together over the past six months than most couples spend in their first five years. This whole trip, when I wake up in the morning, I thank my lucky stars that I get to spend another day with you. Each day has been like a dream. We're both chasing our passions, helping people achieve their goals around the world, and having a blast doing it. I don't want our adventure to stop, Emma. Ever. I'm ready for the ultimate adventure. Emma Robinson, will you marry me?”

I never in a million years would've thought that tonight would be the night I get asked the question. For a split second, my mind returns to my childhood. I think about all the fantasies I had as a kid, all the ways I imagined being proposed to. Of all the little girl fantasies I had, none of them can compare to the reality I'm living right now. If I could go back in time and tell little Emma that she's gonna get proposed to in Paris by a handsome, wealthy, and famous fitness model with the Eiffel Tower in the background... well, I have to imagine that it would've put a big ol' smile on little Emma's face.

Time stops. I know that everyone is looking at me, anxiously awaiting my answer. None of those people exist right now, though: It's only me and Chad. That's the way it's felt for the past six months. When we're together, nothing else matters. The troubles of the world melt away when it's just me and him. He makes me feel better than I ever thought was possible. Chad satisfies me in every way. And the sex! Well, that's just the icing on the cake. The sex we have is unreal. He brings out a side of me that no one else on the planet's ever been able to. Chad completes me. He makes me a better woman and I like to think that I make him a better man.

I need to say something. I've waited long enough. Time's not actually standing still – it just feels that way. This is the most important decision of my entire life. But it's really no decision at all. My mind's made up. It's been made up the whole time. I want to spend the rest of my life with my handsome fitness hero.

“Yes,” I finally answer.

The entire restaurant erupts. Clapping, cheering, and random French congratulations come from all around. A few months ago, all this attention would have me curling up in a ball under the table. But after having Chad coaching me to be a better public speaker these past few months, I'm actually okay with it. I'm not anxious. My heart's still beating like a hummingbird's, but I'm not nervous. I'm happy. Really, truly happy.

Chad takes the ring out of the box. I'm still blown away by how big and beautiful the diamond is. I can't wait to show it off to my mom, Claire, and everyone else when we get back to the States. He takes my hand into his and slides the ring gently up my finger. Again, the whole restaurant claps and cheers. Chad stands up and pulls me up with him. He wraps my hands around his body and pulls mine up against his.

“I love you, Emma Robinson.”

“I love you, Chad Taylor.”

Our lips meet and we stand here kissing for what could be five seconds or five minutes – I have no idea. When I'm with this amazing man, time stands still. I hear cheering and clapping from all around. It's all so surreal. I never in a million years could've dreamed up such a perfect night with such a perfect man. Our lips separate, but we remain standing and in each others' arms. Chad's gorgeous eyes open right after mine and they immediately meet. Though my eyes are focused on Chad's, I can still see the Eiffel Tower behind him. Everything is perfect.

As he's staring into my eyes, a smile slowly starts to appear on Chad's face. Between the look in his sapphire eyes and his brilliant smile, Chad tells me everything I could ever want to know without saying a single word: He loves me with all his heart and wants to be with me forever. Still looking into his eyes, I smile back, sending him the same message.
