WULF: Elementals MC by Alexi Ferreira (23)

“Oh fuck!” Celmund ran towards her as she fainted, she was so pale. “Jas? Come on sweetheart wake up.” He called, patting her face. They had been sitting in the recreational area for the last hour, chatting when she had got up, stating that she was going to lie down, as she wasn’t feeling well and suddenly she just collapsed. He placed her on the couch they had against the far wall. He could see a bruise appearing on her temple and cheek where she had hit the ground. Damn Wulf was going to flip his mind.

“Hey Sweetheart. What the hell happened? You want your man to kill me when he sees how banged up you are?” he teased when she started waking up, helping her to sit up.

“How is your head? You have quite a bruise starting to show,” he asked, prodding her forehead to make sure she was fine, she flinched away.

“Ow, I’m fine!” she cried pulling back from his probing. Helping her up and steadying her as she swayed a little

“You okay?” he asked with concern. She nodded, she had been feeling dizzy the entire morning but as she got up she had lost her battle to stay conscious. She heard bikes and knew that the men were back. She was hoping to be feeling better by the time Wulf got back, but now that she had fainted and her cheek felt like it was exploding, there was no way out of telling him.

Draco and Ceric were the first to walk into the compound. He turned from answering Ceric and looked at her. “What the hell happened to you?” he asked, with surprise, walking towards her. He turned her face so he could see the bruising. “Celmund?” he queried with a raised eyebrow at him.

Celmund put his arms in the air. “Not my fault, she had fainted by the time that I got to her, she hit the floor.”

“Here Babe. Sit down before you fall, you’re not looking too hot.” Brandr had also come in behind the two men and was now guiding her down into a chair.

He squatted in front of her. “You’re very pale? Are you okay or are you going to faint again?” he asked, concern in his eyes.

“I’m fine,” she assured him. He nodded but didn’t get up straight away, she could see the concern on his face as he assured himself that she was fine. Her face was throbbing and she was so tired, she just wanted Wulf to return and take her in his arms.

“So, did Celmund get a track on his car? Or did he get away again?” she heard Wulf asking, as he entered the compound. Brandr got up from his squat in front of her and moved away to give Wulf a clear view of her.

“I don’t know, haven’t had a chance to ask him yet,” Bion responded.

Lifting her head, she looked at Wulf just as he spotted her. “Hey Angel, you … What the fuck!” He started gently, but when he saw her face, his voice deepened to a growl and his eyes flashed that beautiful deep amethyst. He stroked a finger over her head and down her cheek; flinching in pain, she could feel that her cheek was slightly swollen. “What happened to you?” he asked angrily. “Where’s Celmund?”

Jas placed a hand on his cheek. “Wulf please, it’s not his fault, I fainted and hit the floor. He couldn’t get to me in time.” She pleaded in a quiet voice.

He looked at her still breathing raggedly, he could see how pale and strained she looked, her beautiful face was swollen and already a bruise was appearing on one side. He lifted his hand, placing it on the back of her head, bringing her closer to him, he kissed her face so gently it felt like butterfly wings. He needed to give her blood, so she could heal quickly, she was also still so pale.

He wasn’t going to do it here though with an audience. He knew she would be embarrassed. He would take her back to their room to give her blood and make her rest for a while. She had probably been worrying about him. Once she was resting, he would go meet with the other. They needed to find out what the Keres MC knew about them. They had found a few other things at the house before burning it down, it looked like the guy they had caught hadn’t only been playing one side, but had been taking photos of the Keres MC guys too, and keeping notes.

Picking her up, he carried her towards their room close to his heart. He hated knowing she wasn’t feeling well and that she was hurting. The feeling of not being able to take the hurt away made him want to tear things apart. Jas was still looking pale by the time they reached the room; she was telling him it was just her blood pressure that was low, he hoped so, and she shouldn’t be getting sick anymore with his blood in her system. “Bion needs to give you a check-up. I’m not comfortable with you not feeling well still. You shouldn’t be getting sick anymore, with my blood running through your veins.”

Wulf had placed her on the bed and was looking down at her as he spoke, he could see that she was agitated and that was making him even more nervous. Was she sick and didn’t want to tell him? He could feel there was something she wasn’t telling him. For a few days now she hadn’t been herself, she had constantly told him that she was tired when he had asked.

Well, that was coming to an end he was going to get Bion to check and make sure that she was okay. No more excuses. “After you have rested Bion will look at you, no more excuses Jas.”

She could see the worry in his face and how his body was stiff with agitation, his arms were crossed, his muscles bulging with tension. She would have to tell him. She was so nervous she didn’t know how to tell him.

“Wulf, I already went to see Bion. You’re right I haven’t been feeling great. He did some tests but I didn’t know how to tell you what he found.” she didn’t know how to tell him, she was so nervous and, she was feeling nauseous. What if he got upset with everything that was going on? He lifted her chin, looking into her eyes, she could see the worry in them.

“I made Bion promise not to say anything to you until I thought I should. Just so you know he wasn’t happy about it.” Wulf could feel his heart pounding. How could anything be wrong with her? She had his blood now, nothing should make her sick anymore. What if it was his blood that made her sick? Just the thought of being responsible for her being sick, made him feel a loss of control. If anything happened to her he would be lost.

“Wulf, I’m not sick. I’m pregnant!” she whispered, worried that he was going to be upset. She saw his eyes register shock. After a minute, he sat on the bed, next to her taking her into his arms. She could feel a tremor coursing through his body as he held her.

“Are you happy?” she asked, worried that he didn’t want children, not now when all this was going on. Wulf framed her face, wonder in his face. “Happy. How can you doubt that I would want our baby? I love you Jas, this is the fruit of our bond.” He said, lowering his head and passionately kissing her. Tears started streaking down her cheeks.

“I was worried you wouldn’t want children. We haven’t really spoken about it.”

“Don’t cry Angel. I’m very happy about our baby,” he promised. “I do think that you should have told me immediately when you found out. Do you know how worried I’ve been? You shouldn’t have told Bion not to say anything to me. And he should know that when it comes to the wellbeing of a man’s woman there shouldn’t be secrets,” he berated her.

“Don’t be angry with him. He told me if I didn’t tell you soon that he would,” she assured him.

“What did he say? Are you okay? Is the baby okay?” he asked, worry replacing his look of pleasure, he looked down, placing his hand across her flat stomach.

“He said that now that I’m pregnant I have to take your blood more often;  that he needs to check what element the baby will be born in because I will have to take as much of that element in as possible for the baby. I must be honest, I don’t know what he meant about that,” she said with a curious look at him. Wulf shrugged, he needed to talk to Bion. He had to make sure he knew how to help his woman and his child. His child? He had never dreamt this would come true. Him a father; he felt his heart fill with such love for this woman that was bringing so much into his life.

“How many times must we share blood, Angel?” Wulf asked, wanting to make sure that he would always be here when she needed him.

“I’m not sure we didn’t get that far, Ceric came in and I left. Bion has warned me that we need to finish our conversation,” she revealed.

“No time like the present. Are you okay to go speak to him, or should I go and call him?” he stroked her body, assuring himself that she was fine.

“I’m fine, we can go and see him now if you like.”

They found Bion in the training facility. “Shouldn’t you be resting?” Bion asked, when they walked towards him.

“Should she?” Wulf asked looking at him with a raised eyebrow. Bion looked at her, then at Wulf.

“Yeah, I think she should rest as much as possible,” he suggested.

“What else should she be doing in her condition?” Wulf asked in a sarcastic tone.

“You know? You told him?” he asked, looking at her nod. A grin broke across his face. “It was about time. I didn’t know how much longer I could keep this quiet. Congratulations Dad.” Bion had approached Wulf and was giving him one of those man hugs with one arm. He moved back and grinned at Wulf’s look of happiness.

“You see you were worried for nothing. Your man is so full of himself his bursting at the seams.” He laughed at his own joke.

“Okay, okay you Clown. Tell me what I need to know to keep her and the baby safe,” Wulf said, smiling at Bion’s pleasure.

“You must know I have never monitored a pregnant woman before but I have been reading up on what we have and on the human side of things, from her blood, I would say everything is fine but the baby, being Elemental she will need blood at shorter intervals. So instead of giving her blood once a month we will start by every two weeks. I have also been looking at what element the baby will be; everything points to water, so she will have to surround herself with as much water as possible.”

Looking at the two parents he smiled at the protective way Wulf was holding her across her waist with his hand splayed across her stomach holding her against him. His hand was flush with her stomach already as if he was protecting his woman and his child. “I suggest that you take her to the spring every day and just swim there for a while. She should also try to rest and not overdo stuff. No straining, so no picking up of heavy stuff, no running.”

He could see the overwhelmed look on their faces. He was happy for them, they would be great parents. He slapped Wulf on the back laughing. “Don’t worry my man, she will be fine.” Wulf grunted in response.

“You said no straining. Do you mean no more sex?” Wulf asked with a dejected look on his face. She blushed. Bion laughed. “Making love to your woman is fine, unless it starts to hurt her.” Bion reassured him. At that moment Draco and Ceric walked into the training facility. “I thought Jas was going to rest, did you have another vision?” Draco asked, approaching them.

“Our man here is going to be a father,” Bion answered, before Wulf or Jas had a chance to say anything with a big smile on his face.

“Well, well now we all know why you guys were always in your room. Here we thought you were reading to her,” Ceric teased, laughing at her blush. Wulf grinned at him.

“Congratulations you two,” Draco said, slapping Wulf on the back. “Be strong My Brother.”

Both men looked at each other; Jas could see the love and respect the two had for each other. She knew that they would always be there for one another.

“Well Guys now that I know what is going on I’m going to take my woman back to our room and celebrate. Don’t interrupt us unless you want to die!” Wulf grunted picking, Jas up against his chest.

“Wulf, I can walk, I’m fine,” she said pushing away from him.

“Keep still, you’re still looking too pale, besides I want you close to me,” he assured her.

In their room, he placed her on the bed gently, kissing her lips before he stood up. “Relax for a while, you heard what Bion said, you must rest, no straining. We will lie here for a little while so I can hold you close.”

“I’m not tired Wulf, besides you said something about us celebrating?” she teased, already sitting up and disposing of her shirt as he looked at her. She had noticed that in the last days she had wanted sex more often than before. Already she could feel the wetness between her legs, stretching, she took hold of his hand, pulling him towards her.

“Are you sure Angel?” he asked, with a cocky smile on his face. She could feel his hard-on against her thighs, as he lowered his head to kiss her neck.

“Yes, I’m sure Wulf, I’m so hot for you. I need you inside of me, I love you Wulf. You have given me a family, safety and finally a feeling of belonging,” she whispered, hugging him close to her as his lips reached her nipple.

Looking up, Wulf pierced her with his gaze. “You have given me a reason to live, you have made my heart beat with a purpose, you and our baby are mine, and I will protect you and our baby with my life. I love you more than life, forever.”
