Player in a Suit (Cockiest Suits Book 3) by Alex Wolf (12)

Jenna

I’ve been in Jax’s bed all morning. It all seems too good to be true. I know I should probably get my phone out of my purse and charge it. I’m sure someone has contacted Leonard about the fire.

I can’t move, though.

Right now, I’m in the arms of the man I’ve always loved, and I just don’t care. Maybe it’s because I know when I get up I have to get back to the real world. To my real problems.

Jaxson wants to build a life with me. He looks dead serious every time he talks about it.

The life we were meant to have.

I want nothing more than for that to happen. I mean, the man is determined to put a baby in me. We’ve made love twice today. At first, I thought he was being silly, but he really is adamant about making it happen.

I can’t tell if we’re both still crazy in love, or just crazy. Maybe both.

His phone rings and wakes him up from a nap.

I sit back against the headboard and ogle his back and ass as he bends down to answer it.

I want to pinch myself, because this is all too good to be true.

Sitting on the edge of the bed he swipes his finger across the screen.

“Shit,” he mutters under his breath.

“Everything okay?”

“No. I mean, umm, yeah. I gotta go to the hospital. My friend, one of the partners at the firm—they’re having a baby.”

“So go. I’ll be here when you get back.” I try to hide my disappointment that he has to leave. I keep forgetting that he has a life I know nothing about.

“I’m not going without you.”

“I don’t have anything to wear.” I drop the sheet revealing my naked torso.

He moves toward me. “Don’t tease me like that.”

“I’m being serious. My clothes are in the washer at the other apartment.”

Jaxson doesn’t say anything else. He puts his phone to his ear and starts barking orders at someone and says something about half an hour.

I sit there and stare at him, partially in shock. He must have more money than I thought. Not that it matters. It doesn’t. I just want him.

Twenty minutes later there’s a knock on the door and a man wearing a suit enters. He’s armed with several bags of clothes.

I shake my head at Jax. “What’d you do? This is too much. Way too much.”

He grabs one of my forearms and pulls me close to him. “I told you. I will take care of you.”

I know he will do what he says. I just want him to be mine.

My man.

I go over to the other apartment to grab my makeup from my purse, so I don’t look like crap the first time I meet his friends. What will they think of me? Will they accept me? Will they think I’m a terrible person or a whore because I’m technically still married?

It was a marriage I never wanted. That has to count for something.

I plug my phone in to charge while we’re gone. With my makeup on I feel more human and not so washed out.

I want to make a good impression, so I wear a green dress and a pair of black heels.

The green looks great against my hair color. Jax has always loved me in green.

“You ready?” He pokes his head through the bathroom door.

“Yeah.” I let out a breath and pray this goes well.

His friends sound important to him so that makes them important to me. The man who brought my clothes drives us to the hospital.

Jaxson’s hand grips my thigh possessively, and his fingers inch up under the hem of my dress. When he realizes I’m not wearing panties a low growl catches in his throat. “Jenna….” His tone is a warning as he slips a finger inside me.

I gasp.

“Do you know how crazy you make me? Then you pull some shit like this?”

“I didn’t have any.”

He pumps his finger faster and my breath hitches. I’m sore from earlier but it’s a good ache to have. One I’ve missed.

“We’ll have to talk about your punishment, later.” He has a devilish grin on his face.

My nipples go hard, and he stares down at them.

“No bra either?”

I shake my head.

The car comes to a stop and Jax rolls down the dividing window between us and the driver. “Get out.” He practically barks it at the guy.

The driver exits the car without even glancing back at us.

My eyes widen at Jax. “That was rude.”

“I don’t give a flying fuck. I need to be inside you right now.”

I can’t help but chuckle at what must be a joke. “Here? Are you crazy?”

“Crazy about you.” He pulls his finger from my pussy and takes it to his mouth, licking it clean. “Tastes like someone is a little crazy about me too.” He pushes the skirt of my dress up over my hips and undoes his zipper, then yanks me onto his lap. “Put that cock inside you and ride it.”

He’s so much more demanding than I remember, and there’s something insanely hot about it.

Straddling his thighs, I sink down and grind on his cock, loving the way it fills me. As hard as I’m rocking against him the car has to be visibly shaking from the outside.

“That’s it. Ride that dick.” His hand snakes up the front of my dress to palm my breast.

I whimper a little when he tweaks my nipple. He grins at my reaction and follows suit on my other breast. His lips sear the skin on my neck as he trails kiss after kiss until he reaches my mouth.

His tongue brushes against mine and I moan into his mouth.

He knows he owns me. He has to. I’m banging him in the parking lot of the hospital and I’m so lost in him I don’t even care.

It doesn’t take long for me to find my release. Right when I do it must be too much for Jax to bear. His cock kicks inside me and hot spurts of come fill me to the brim. He grunts a few times and then holds me in place, refusing to let me move an inch until he finishes.

His lips brush over mine once more. “I love you.”
