Filthy Rich Vampire Playboys by Gisele St. Claire (13)

Chapter Eighteen

Flynn

The doorbell rang at five pm precisely. I took a deep inhale because I honestly didn’t know what to expect. What had happened last night had meant me deliberating deep thoughts until the early hours.

I’d given the housekeeper the evening off and answered the door myself. “Hey.” I said to her. She was wearing a pale-blue top and white trousers, and was wheeling a suitcase. “I didn’t know what to wear, so I brought a selection.” She said.

I smiled. “What you have on is perfect. The blue and white complement your hair color and skin tone. Come on through. Do you want a drink?”

“Just a glass of water please. It’s a little hot out there. Thank goodness for air conditioning.” She said as she followed me through the house. “Shall I leave my shoes here, Flynn?”

I turned around to her. “No, keep them on. It’s a house, not a museum.”

Serena’s face relaxed slightly and she smiled. “Okay.”

“Are you nervous?” I asked her.

“Yeah. I told you, I hate having my photograph taken. I just can’t relax.”

“Hey, I’m sure you’ll not be that bad. You know me a little so it’ll make it easier.” I didn’t remind her I’d seen her having sex with Smith. How could she be nervous in front of me fully dressed when I’d seen her naked? She’d not been shy when we’d come out of the room then, she was more angry if anything.

“I sent the new brochures for printing. They are going to look amazing.”

“Good.”

“Mainly due to your awesome photography skills.”

“I was happy to help. Like I said, I’ve known Ted a long time.”

I pushed open the door of the studio and Serena looked around.

“Take a seat on the chair there and I’ll take a few snaps, then I’ll adjust the light etc.”

She wasn’t kidding. Serena could not pose for a photograph. Every one looked like she’d been electrocuted, and the more time went on the more fixed in a grimace her face became. It was like photographing a ventriloquist's dummy.

“Okay, let’s stop. Serena, you need wine. Lots and lots of wine.”

“I so do, this is very stressful. I told you I was hopeless.” She hopped off the chair. “All I’ve done is give myself a headache.”

“The wine’s not for the stress. It’s to help you relax. Come on, let's go through to the living room and have a break and a drink. We’ll come back when you’re more relaxed.”

In the living room I opened a bottle of red wine and passed her a glass.

“It’s red wine not blood, right?” She quipped.

“Yeah, this one’s wine.”

“So, just for tonight I’m going to go along with the whole ‘you’re vampires’ thing, okay?”

I huffed a laugh. “Okay.”

“So can I ask you questions about it? My mind’s been racing over the whole thing.”

“Sure, what do you want to know?”

“Well for a start, how did you all become vampires? Were you turned by some evil guy?”

“No. We were born this way. Forget what you see in movies, Serena. We eat, drink, sleep, just like you do. We just need regular drinks of blood to survive. We can compel which you learned about last night—though for some reason it doesn’t seem to work on you—and there are a few other differences. We’re stronger. We don’t physically age past thirty.”

“You don’t age? How on earth will you explain that in later life?”

“We can use glamors. Make people think they’re seeing something other than they are.”

“Could you do one now, or will that not work with me either?”

“Sit back a moment with your wine and we’ll see.”

She sat back, and I emptied my mind of all thoughts and then I imagined myself as looking older than I did now. I pictured wrinkles, dryer skin, salt and pepper hair. I knew it had worked when she lost her grip on her glass.

“Oh my God. You changed in front of my eyes.”

I opened my own, leaving the glamor in place. “So you can see this? Can see the look I’ve put on myself?”

“Yes. So why can I not see through glamor, yet you can’t compel me?”

I took a deep breath. “My mother said it could be because you are meant for us. Like a destiny thing. Either that or you have some vampire blood of your own.”

At this she guffawed. “Vampire blood? I was adopted. My mother was a whore and my father a blank name on a birth certificate, so who knows, but I seriously doubt it.”

“Why? Why is it so impossible? There’s not only us four vampires in the world.”

“I can assure you I’m fully human. I’ve been on the planet twenty-five years. So I think I’d have noticed if I wanted to drink blood or fly on a broomstick.”

It was time to change the subject. I got that it must be difficult for a human to suddenly try to believe something that had been make-believe for them for so many years before. I sat and worked the glamor off while Serena finished her drink, then lifted the bottle from the table and poured herself another.

“So, how’s the job going? Have you settled in a little more?”

She sighed. “It’s a great job. I don’t know if I’ll want to do it long term. It’s really hard sometimes to not punch people in the face.”

I spluttered some wine out. “Why do you want to punch people in the face?”

“Some of them treat me like the shit off their shoe. I get I’m not a millionaire or billionaire, but I still feel I deserve respect. They trust me enough to organize their event but don’t value me enough sometimes to look me in the eye. Some guys just speak to my chest the whole time.”

“You wouldn’t have to work at all if you chose to be our woman.” I told her.

Her face pinched. “I don’t want to be a kept woman. I’ll always want to work.”

“I’m just saying you’d have options.”

“A paid for woman, that sounds remarkably like a prostitute from where I’m sitting.”

“No.” I shot to my feet and started pacing. “Not at all. We are clear on this. Our woman will be worshiped not treated as some kind of sex toy or plaything. Our whole existence will center around keeping our girl happy.”

“You’re really serious about this sharing a woman thing, aren’t you?”

I could feel the strength of my gaze trying to penetrate her soul, to get her to understand. “Yes. Love, sex, and blood are what make a vampire who they are. Makes us whole. We are all missing that, all four of us. That connection to a woman, of the love shared between lovers.”

“How long have you been looking for a woman to share?”

"Just over a year."

“I gather it’s not been successful.”

“No. Well you can imagine, can’t you? Everyone has different tastes, and we found that for every woman one of us liked, another would find them lacking. To be honest we had about given up before you arrived.”

“Why don’t you choose another vampire? A female one?”

“We have dated our own. It hasn’t worked out either.” I stared at her again. “Why haven’t you run, Serena? Four vampire males have said they want to share you and whether you believe we are supernatural or not, that’s four virile men who want you to be theirs and to have their babies some day. How are you still sitting there calmly? How come the thought of a photograph scares you rigid but the thought of four men at once has your legs parting?”

She looked down at her thighs, unaware that as I’d spoken they’d slipped open wider.

And then I got it. I’d been taking her photograph all wrong.

I stood and walked over to her and held out a hand. “Come with me.” She took my hand, and I led her back into the studio.

“Strip down to your bra and panties, Serena.” I commanded.

Her cheeks pinked up, her lips plumped and turned cherry red. She stripped off until she was in front of me in nothing but a lacy black bra and thong.

“Okay. Now sit in the chair again.”

As she took her seat, I walked over to her and slipped off a bra strap. I captured a nipple in my mouth and sucked and laved it. Serena’s head tilted back, and she groaned.

This had not been my intention, but she was blossoming in front of my eyes. The way to Serena was through her passion. I undid her bra and flung it to the ground. My hands cupped her breasts as my lips captured hers.

Then I broke away from her. “Stay there.” I told her, and I picked up my camera.

“Pose for me, Serena.”

The snaps were entirely different. Even when I had her dress in different clothes she didn't lose that flush. Her face had come alive on camera due to her arousal. She glowed on my tiny screen but only I would know it was because of the lust pulsing through her body. I finished by encouraging her to strip off down to her bra and panties again. Then I slung the strap holding the camera around the back of my neck and stalked back over to her. Rather than be nervous she looked at me like I was a tub of Ben and Jerry’s and she was holding a spoon.

I moved her thighs apart and stroked my thumb under her panties, pressing slightly on her nub. She bit her lip, moaned and raised her pelvis.

“You like that?”

“I love it.”

I ripped her panties from her body and placing three fingers together I worked them in and out of her heat. Her moisture ran, dripping over my fingers as her breathing became ever more labored and she attempted to clench her thighs together. I’d had enough of teasing. I lifted her out of the chair and carried her up the stairs to my bedroom.

She padded over to my bed, but I shook my head. “No, Serena, up against the window. You like to be watched, don’t you? Carbon Beach is a public beach, you might be seen, you might not.”

She smiled and walked right over to the window, gazing at the ocean while I shed my clothes.

“What a view. I still can’t get over this being what I get to look at daily.”

“The view is stunning.” I said. “Carbon Beach is okay too.”

I pushed her against the cold of the window and she gasped. Then I held her arms up, palms against the pane. I parted her thighs with my knee, grabbed hold of my cock and teased around her entrance before pushing deep inside her. Her breasts flattened against the window pane.

“Oh fuck, yes.” She gasped.

I pulled out slowly until I was almost completely out of her, and then I slammed back into her hard. She screamed in pleasure.

“More, I want more.”

I slipped my hand around the front of her pussy and strummed her clit while I continued to tease her with my slow thrusts. She pushed back against my cock trying to impale herself on it, too desperate to wait for me to fill her again.

“Please. I can’t take it. I need to come.” She begged.

So I gave her what she asked for. I pumped into her hard over and over again, so hard I thought we might break through the window. There was no one watching but we wouldn’t have cared anyway, we were completely given over to the sensations of fucking and pleasure.

I wrapped my hand in her hair and tugged her head back hard as I bit into the side of her neck. It was like fireworks went off. I came so hard I saw stars and her pussy milked my cock for everything I had. I sealed the wound, picked her up and placed her under my comforter. Sliding in alongside her, I placed my camera on the bed, and gathered her into my arms.

Her eyes flickered open. “There are no words for how good it is, Flynn. No words.”

But there could be pictures. I snapped photos of her lying in bed looking thoroughly fucked and sated. They were for my eyes only and I’d make sure they were kept someplace safe. I’d learned my lesson on that one in the past. On private personal photos becoming public property.

As she closed her eyes to succumb to sleep I couldn’t get over how beautiful she was.

She was captivating us all. If she said no, she’d destroy us—I was sure of it.
