Wild Pride (The Kingson Pride Book 1) by Kristen Banet (22)

RILEY

Monday rolled around without any more incidents. She just wanted one day where nothing weird or wild was happening. She knew this was not that.

Brenton and Zachary waited for her patiently at one of the SUVs in garage. Andrew was already gone to get work done in the diner, while Troy and Gabe were locked in their workshop all day.

“So…” she rocked back and forth, letting her arms swing around her. She looked between the two of them. “What’s the plan?”

“We’re running some important errands to run. We’ve put them off too long,” Brenton pulled the backseat open for her and held it. She sighed and climbed in. She waited for them both to also get in. Zachary was driving today.

“Like?”

“You’ll see,” Brenton replied mildly. She gritted her teeth. She had been warned yesterday but she had hoped Zachary was just getting her riled up.

She looked out the window in town and groaned at the first stop. The health clinic. Wonderful.

“Let’s go,” Brenton jumped out and opened her door. “We got you on the pride’s insurance a week ago, but you never came. You needed to come for a physical, so we’re knocking every thing out of the way today. That is if you want that thing you’d been thinking about.” Birth control. They’d brought her here for a physical and to see if she would get birth control.

She followed him in side while Zachary just sat in the car. People whispered about them as they passed. She tried her best to never come in town with anyone but Andrew. They worked together, so it could be written off as professional but seeing her with Brenton let the town know she was in their little group now. Even if they didn’t know what role she had in it or why they befriended her, she was now a member of the group.

Brenton checked her in and because he was Brenton fucking Kingson, she was called back in minutes. She followed the nurse and was put in a room.

Two hours later, she strolled out with a pile of paperwork and her ass hurt. She got the damn shot since it was only once every three months but damn it hurt. She didn’t say anything to Brenton, only strolled past him, making him jump up to follow her. Zachary was still sitting in the driver’s seat, lounging back like he was taking a nap with the radio on.

Once they were on the road again, she sighed.

“I need to use ‘back up contraceptives’ for another week just to be safe.” She told them quietly. “I got the shot.”

“Cool,” Brenton smiled mildly back at her but she saw the glint of excitement in his eyes. “And your physical?”

“Doc said I was a-okay. Healthy as a horse. Said I could drop ten pounds though.” She shrugged.

“You don’t need to drop ten pounds,” Zachary growled at her and she laughed. Even Brenton was upset by that last thing she said.

“Did I say I did?” she kicked his seat. “Fucker, I know I’m hot.”

Both guys looked at each other and then shook their heads.

“So, where to next?”

“Denver,” Brenton told her and she spit the water she trying to drink.

“Denver is two hours away! It’s already ten in the morning! Why are we going to Denver?”

“Because we need to buy you more clothing, you don’t have enough.” Brenton was reading a book in the front seat now and she resisted the urge to kick his seat. She didn’t need him pissed off the entire ride to Denver.

“I don’t need more clothing, Brenton,” she tried to sound sweet.

“Yes, you do. You aren’t paying for it, so don’t try that excuse of not having the money to spend on it.”

She bit her bottom lip and glared at the back of Brenton’s head.

“So, you two decided to be the ones to take me shopping?” She actually hated shopping but they didn’t know that. “Not someone say… Troy?”

“No, not someone like Troy. We hired a personal shopper and stylist for the afternoon to help you.” Brenton flipped to the next page in his book. “Not that you need one, but I think it would help speed it up since we have a couple more stops after that.”

She held her hands out in exasperation. They got her a personal shopper? What the fuck?

“Do you like just throwing money at things?” She asked ten minutes later. Brenton closed his book and turned to look at her. She was sitting in the middle seat in the back so she could see the road. She got motion sickness when she couldn’t, it was weird.

“I have a lot of money and I’m not afraid to use it to make life more convenient.” He shrugged.

“I mean, you guys have already given me a lot, I’m not sure why you feel the need to do this.” She looked at him desperately.

They had. They had begun paying her rent, paid off her debt and made sure whatever she earned was hers, She had some money now, she didn’t need them buying stuff for her. She didn’t even factor in the health insurance, which was a life saver and she hadn’t had any since her dad left her.

They both laughed and Brenton’s laughter shocked her the most. He was using the book to cover his face and she could swear he had tears in his eyes.

“We’ve barely done anything for you. Yesterday, we decided we were done trying to keep you comfortable with our spending,” Brenton grinned at her.

“Yeah, baby, you haven’t seen shit yet. But you will.” Zachary was smirking into the rear view mirror at her. “We’re not pulling punches on this anymore. We want you to have everything we think you need. And there is nothing you can do to stop us. This is pride business now.”

She fell back into her seat, eyes wide as they kept laughing about what she’d said. She was stuck in this car and on this trip. Well, she might as well try to enjoy it. No reason to make it worse then it already would be.

She stayed fairly silent for the rest of the drive except to control the radio station. She was happy to learn they were all rock fans and they turned the music up loud for her jam out to some of her favorite songs. Even Brenton got into it at one point, surprising her with his knowledge of lyrics. Zachary spent the trip tapping the steering wheel, mouthing the words of each song that came on.

They pulled into the mall and Brenton helped her out. Her damn legs were asleep from the long drive.

She was immediately handed over to a woman she didn’t know.

“I’m Clare! I’m going to be going shopping with you today!”

Riley wanted to gag as Brenton and Zachary followed her and Clare. Clare didn’t tell her but Riley could smell she was lynx shifter. This was the first shifter she met outside of the guys and she was proud that she could tell. She’d done it, she’d identified another shifter and recognized the instincts to figure out what she was.

The next three hours were the longest of her life. Clare put her in everything of every color and style. Riley fought hard to keep her own look as Clare nearly ran her over with ideas. But when Clare got it right after forty-five minutes, she got it very right. Riley was looking at herself in tight leather pants, heeled boots, a sexy and skimpy red top with a slick leather jacket. Oh damn, she looked good. It was the first outfit she genuinely wanted to show the group waiting on her.

She stepped out in front of Brenton and Zachary, who both dropped what they were doing. Brenton’s book made a thump on the floor between his feet while Zachary’s phone fell on his chest. That was exactly the reaction she had hoped for.

“Yeah?” She grinned at them. Zachary nodded slowly and Brenton swallowed visibly. “Good. The pants are like six hundred dollars.” She sauntered back into the changing room and held back laughter.

“We fucked up, Brenton,” she heard Zachary groan.

“I see that,” Brenton hissed back. “We can kidnap her, throw her on the jet. Andrew, Troy, and Gabe never need to know.”

“Yeah, I like that idea, Screw sharing.”

“Who said I was letting you get on my plane, asshole?” Brenton growled.

“I thought we were friends,” Zachary moaned. “Don’t do that to me.”

She wanted to laugh until she cried. She thumbs upped to Clare, who was grinning.

After that, even though it was long, it was bearable. Her legs hurt and she refused to think about how much of Brenton’s money she had just spent. Even the guys looked exhausted, but Brenton quickly made it quite clear, they were not done in Denver.

“We won’t be getting home until very late, probably after midnight,” he pointed at her. “And you shouldn’t fight about this next part either.”

Zachary turned them into a car dealership. Riley felt all the blood leave her head.

“We already picked it out, we’re showing it to you and then it’s being driven back to the mansion by the seller. We’re here to finalize it and put your name on it.” Brenton was still pointing at her. “It will be all yours though we’re paying for the insurance.”

“You… you’re buying me a car?” She screamed, making both guys wince.

“No, we’re buying you a 2017 Porsche Cayenne Turbo in Jet Black Metallic, with literally everything we could put on it.” Zachary growled back her. “It’s an SUV, not a car.”

“How- How much?” She kicked Brenton’s seat.

“Don’t ask questions you don’t want answers to.” Brenton coughed.

“BRENTON!” She roared.

“One hundred, fifty-seven thousand dollars and some change,” he mumbled. “It’s really not that bad…”

She didn’t move. She couldn’t process it. She felt Zachary park them and both guys got out of the car. Brenton didn’t try to move her for nearly thirty minutes, only took her wallet and driver’s license. When he finally came back, he sighed at her.

“Come see it, then we’re doing our couple of last stops.” She let him grab her arm and lead her to the car. Other customers and the salesmen were all watching. She tried to maintain her composure.

It was pretty and very black. It wasn’t as big as the guys’ SUVs and she sighed a little happily. She would have bought something like it if she had the money.

“I like it,” she mumbled. “But you didn’t need to buy it.”

“We wanted to,” Brenton told her frankly, leading her back to their ride. “It will be at the house by tomorrow afternoon. You needed your own vehicle.”

“What’s next?” She groaned. It was nearly six in the evening. They pulled up to a condo building and Brenton grinned at her.

“Your promised dinner,” Brenton took her arm as they walked in. “We have a condo here, you are going to change in something nice and we’re taking you out.”

“Please wear those pants,” Zachary growled in her ear once they entered the elevator.

They entered the condo and she immediately found a couch and fell on it. It was colder then the mansion. Very modern and slick. They had no personal items here like they did at home.

“Have ya’ll ever lived here?” She asked them.

“No, we only stay here when we have extended business here in Denver.” Brenton smiled down at her. “Go get ready for dinner. And you don’t want to wear the leather pants. Here’s a couple things I think would work for the restaurant.” He handed her a bag of clothing that had bought earlier in the day. She took it and walked to the main bedroom. Zachary had pointed it out for it after she got a little lost.

She showered and found her normal shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These guys. She could only shake her head.

After she dried off, she reapplied her make up, did her hair, and looked at her options for dinner.

A black mini dress with an intricate strappy pattern on the back. Zachary’s choice most likely.

A black mini dress with pinstripes. Definitely Brenton for this one.

A blue mini dress with a corseted top. She picked that one.

Once it was on and she grabbed the four-inch high knee high boots she like the most, she was ready to leave. She stepped into the living and both of them were in the living room waiting. Brenton looked normal in his suit since it was his style but Zachary? She had never seen him in a suit and it was nice. They both opted for fully black looks, and matched each other. They looked very good next to each other.

When they turned to her, she listened to their growls of appreciation. She blushed a little, holding her arms up and turning to show them the dress. Brenton pulled her close as soon as she was within his reach.

“Very good,” he growled softly into her neck.

“We can’t take her into public,” Zachary growled. “Can’t we just eat dinner here?”

“No,” Brenton smiled back at Zachary. “I promised her dinner and she’s going to get it. Plus, this gets yours out of the way too. Don’t complain.”

“Alright, guys,” she patted both their arms. “Let’s just go to dinner and then get home.”

“At least she’s not fighting about this one,” Zachary chuckled, looking her over again. He leaned in her ear with Brenton still on her other side. “Baby, if only you knew what we had planned for you…”

They barely made it the entire elevator ride without incident. Riley tried very hard to not let them feel her up while they were leaving the building. Once in the car, Brenton sat in the back with her, making Zachary mad. On the drive, he kept teasing her and she didn’t know how they were going to make it through the meal.

At the restaurant, they were point in the dark circular booth in the back. It was a fancy place and Riley had never felt more out of place but both the men seemed to have no problem.

“Why do I have to sit in the middle?” She whispered harshly at them.

“So we can do this,” Zachary growled, his hand roaming up her thigh and beneath her dress.

“Oh God guys, you can’t do that here,” she slapped Zachary’s hand away, making him laugh.

“Why do you think we asked for this booth?” Brenton smiled mildly at her. She saw the twinkle in his eyes. He lived for this. The high end restaurants and getting his way when he walked through the door. She looked to Zachary and realized that they had done this before. Or at least something like it.

“Are you fucking kidding me?” She hissed softly back at Brenton. “Do you regularly pick a girl and try to double team her at this dinner table?”

“No,” he chuckled. “Not regularly. It’s been a couple of years.” He pulled her in by the chin for a kiss. “And never here. We just knew this restaurant was good and that this booth back here was perfect for dinner with you.”

She gaped at him and then turned to gaped at Zachary.

“Riley,” Zachary growled softly. “Not that Troy and Gabe are bad, we are just playing the game differently, a better way in my opinion. Brenton and I like the slow game where those two don’t.”

“You had fun with them and you knew they had done it with other women,” Brenton whispered in her ear. “Why not us?” He motioned with his wine glass to Zachary, who’s hand was back on her bare thigh. He had smoother hands then she would have thought.

She nodded slowly. Brenton just called her out. She knew the leopard brothers nearly always shared and she’d been fine with it. She couldn’t hold it against Brenton and Zachary, even if they were like Troy and Gabe on fucking steroids. She could see how the two pairs were different. Troy and Gabe were chill. Brenton and Zachary didn’t know the fucking meaning of the word.

“Good,” Brenton bit her ear, harder then she had expected. She could barely soften her moan.

The waiter walked up and Brenton did all the ordering for the table. Zachary’s hand was still creeping up and down her thigh like a shark waiting to take a bite.

The second the waiter was gone, Brenton pulled her in for a long, sensual kiss, his hand at the back of her neck. Zachary found his chance, his hand sliding under her dress and he gave a quick rub to her pussy through her panties. She moaned into Brenton’s mouth and tried to pulled back. He held her in the kiss so Zachary could continue rubbing her softly through the thin cotton. She couldn’t remember what state she was in much less remember she was in public.

When Brenton finally pulled back, he was grinning. Zachary’s hand retreated and rested on her knee. She was dazed as the waiter refilled Brenton’s wine glass and poured her one as well.

“Well?” Brenton looked as if nothing happened.

Oh.” She needed to remember the English language before it became a problem. “Oh. That was nice.” That worked.

“Nice?” Zachary growled in her ear, unhappy with her choice of adjective.

“Wonderful?” She offered, making Zachary smile. “Wonderful is a good word.”

“It’s amazing what people learn they are into when they are showed the reality of it,” Brenton noted casually. “Most people think that sex should stay behind closed doors but then find it erotic to have sex in public or outdoors. Some people don’t think they like a little pain until a lover is a just a little rougher with them then previous lovers. You, beautiful,” he pointed at her, “are one of those people.”

She blushed but couldn’t deny it. The reality was she liked every thing they had done to her body. She could say all day that she was sex positive and wanted to try new things but she had convinced herself that she didn’t like stuff without considering it.

“That’s not to say you don’t still have hard no’s,” Brenton waved his glass around a little. He seemed relaxed here and it was a little weird. “Everyone had certain hard no’s that should be respected. But a good lover helps their partner find the limits and explores those limits.” He sipped his drink. “In my opinion.”

Zachary handed her the glass the waiter poured for her. She took a sip and looked down at it. It wasn’t half bad.

“Don’t drink too much,” Zachary warned her. “We aren’t here for sloppy drunk Riley.”

She glared at him and took another sip of her wine.

“One time, in two years and you all had to be there for it,” she rolled her eyes at the both of them.

The waiter finally came back with appetizers and Riley found herself eating out of Brenton’s hand. The food was good and once the appetizers were done, Zachary pulled her into a kiss, Brenton pushing her dress up a little to finger her slowly.

“Oh God,” she whimpered into Zachary’s mouth, making him chuckle.

The entire dinner was a well played game. They would take turns feeding her or kissing her while the other played her body like a master musician. Her body was singing in response to the attention, to the game they played. By dessert, she had a small buzz but she wasn’t sure if it was the wine or the affections from her… dates. They never even brought her to a climax. She was strung out and needy, desperate for a finish.

She didn’t remember if the food was good. She didn’t remember what she ate at all, her entire focus at dinner had been on the two men who had their focus on her. It was the wildest thing she had ever experienced.

She had never expected Zachary to enjoy this and she noticed that he was just as comfortable in the suit as Brenton. He stood up at the end of the meal and straightened himself out, looking like he stepped out of an advertisement. He helped her out of the booth and held her close while Brenton paid, throwing down a wad of cash on the table. They left together and the valet brought the vehicle forward. Brenton helped her into the back seat and sat with her, pulling her close for a long kiss.

“I hate you, Brenton,” Zachary growled, making Brenton chuckle.

“The guys will be asleep when we get back, if Riley here wants to keep going,” he kissed into her neck and she moaned. She was already a bit sleepy from the long day and they all knew she wouldn’t make.

Zachary started the long trip home and Brenton pulled Riley onto his lap to straddle him like in the hot tub. It was stupid and dangerous, she knew it, but nothing mattered in that moment excepted Brenton’s mouth on her. She rubbed against him, needy from the three hours of torture at dinner. He growled into her mouth and she ran her hands through his perfectly styled hair, ruining it. She rubbed against him harder, causing him to grab her hips and hold her.

“Riley, slow down,” he growled in her ear.

“No,” she moaned, desperate for more. “I ne-I need you. Please, Brenton.”

She tried to rub again and he held her still, gripping hard. She felt him pull her forward at the speed he wanted and rubbed himself against her at an excruciatingly slow speed. She tried to moved faster, but he was strong enough to keep slow as he devoured her mouth.

He slipped a hand between her legs and she moaned at his touch through her panties. She was so ready for him to drive into her and considered begging more.

“Fuck, Riley, you are soaked,” he groaned in her ear. “And it’s all our fault isn’t it?”

“Brenton,” she whined, rubbing her chest to his, making him growl. “Please…”

“If you can stay quiet, I’ll finish you,” his chest rumbled as he spoke. She loved the sensation. “For every moan, whimper, or scream, I’ll spank you once. Nothing hard. How’s that sound?”

“Why?” She moaned into his shoulder.

“Because Zachary has to drive and he needs to pay attention.”

“Fine, I can be quiet,” she kissed him and felt him smile.

“That’s cheating,” he growled softly. “But I’ll allow it.”

He immediately pushed her panties aside and slide two fingers in her. She gasped and his other hand delivered a quick smack to her right ass cheek. She squeaked and he did it again to the left.

“Riley,” he chuckled, “my fingers aren’t even moving yet. Bite on to my shoulder.”

She held on to him and bit down, as he began to finger her slowly, using his thumb to play with her clit. When he picked up the pace, she moaned into his shoulder and she felt a sharp slap on her ass, reminding her of the deal. She almost wanted to get louder.

Finally, he went hard and fast, pushing her higher and higher. She couldn’t hold back anymore, and Brenton finally just pulled her into for a kiss that wouldn’t end until she climaxed.

When she did finally explode, she felt her juices go down her thighs. Brenton was growling and licked his fingers and palm, all wet because of her.

“Riley,” he moaned in her ear, “such a bad girl.” He ended it in a snarl, pulling her in for another kiss. It was aggressive and forceful and she melted into it. “Zachary, how are you doing up there?” He broke the kiss, looking around her to check on him. She tried to turn and see Zachary too, but Brenton held her in position.

“We should have stayed at the fucking condo, you fucking prick.” Zachary snarled back to them.

“Why didn’t we?” Riley mumbled into Brenton.

“I didn’t want you to feel obligated to fuck one or both of us after dinner,” Brenton told her, looking into her eyes “We already shoved you out of your comfort zone. Now I want you to lay down back here and get some sleep. Put you head in my lap.”

She got off him and laid down. He played with her head and her eyelids drooped in the dark interior.
