Glory Hole (A Book Club Novella 1) by Christy Anderson (7)

Glory

After my solo performance at The Hole In The Wall last night, I looked in on Beck again. I watched him jerk himself to climax one more time, as he lay in perfect view on his bed. He was magnificent. He seemed way more into it than his first performance. He stroked more feverishly than he had before, he was more vocal, and he said my name more than once, to my absolute delight.

I couldn’t tear my eye away from him, no matter how much my clit ached in protest. Finally, he was sated, totally spent, and fell asleep, fully naked. He didn’t have the energy to cover up. I watched him at rest for a few moments, the light from the street filtered through the window casting him in dim light and shadows before placing the painting back over the hole.

I know I should feel bad for spying on him, and a small part of me does, but a bigger part is just really horny for his cock. That part of me seems to override my sane part. I have to say, I’m okay with that. Really, who am I hurting? Beck doesn’t ever have to find out. No one does. It’s just my own little secret. Mine and Wookie’s.

Wookie looks at me this morning, the disgust of my actions written all over his furry face as I hook him up on his leash.

“Don’t judge me. You have no idea how hard he makes it to stop.”

He turns his head to the side, clearly not pleased with my answer. I grab my coffee and make my way toward the door to go to work. We make it to the elevator before I hear my new obsession calling my name. The sound of my name coming from that mouth sends me back to a few hours ago when he was saying it on repeat, as he clutched his massive cock between his fingers. My nipples harden, and instantly, my panties feel confining, hot. Damn, I am so horny for him. Fuck.

“Good morning, Beck.” My words come out needy, even to my own ears.

I turn and take him in.

A black beanie rests snuggly against his brow. That smile is encased in a few days’ worth of stubble, the site of which shocks my libido into over drive. Jesus, a beard. I want to bite it. Rub myself all over it. I follow the strong column of his throat down to the black Henley stretched taut across his chest and over the gorgeous muscles of his arms. The buttons undone at his neck showcase the tanned, muscled skin there, slightly dusted with hair. The shirt clings to every ridge of his abdomen, the muscles deliciously stacked on top of one another. My eyes skim further down, past that impressive as hell bulge in his pants, to the massive tree trunk sized thighs encased in tattered and strategically torn dark jeans. Definitely the legs of a drummer. Dark, expensive looking combat boots complete his look. He’s like a sexy lumberjack rock star.

He makes his way toward Wookie and me as we wait for the elevator, and his swagger doesn't go unnoticed. He flashes me that mega smirk, and my knees turn to jelly. God, I want to rub his stubble all over my body. I want to be his beard lube. I would wax that fucker just like Stacy does to Dax in Verlene Landon's Irrevocably Mine. How is this man so fucking hot? It’s almost unnatural. It’s definitely unfair for other men. They don’t even come close in comparison. Not to mention that monster in his pants. Poor men. They don’t stand a chance.

“Good morning, Glory. What did you get up to last night?” I feel my cheeks flame as I recall, with great detail, exactly what I got up to last night. My lewd thoughts are probably written all over my face.

“Nothing much. Just some reading then bed.” I avert my gaze from his too beautiful face as Wookie and I enter the elevator.

“Yeah? You just read and went to bed, huh? Did you sleep well? Any dreams?”

I turn to look at him, and he presses the button for the lobby, and the doors of the elevator close. His slight smile causes small lines to appear at the corner of his eye. I want to lick them.

“No dreams, just slept.” What an odd set of questions. I feel almost scrutinized as he turns to me, that smile toying with the edges of those kissable lips.

“How about you? Sleep good?”

“I slept really, really well, Glory. Thanks for asking.”

His gaze is intense, like it’s stripping me bare, ready to devour all my secrets.

“I’m glad you’re settling in so well. New places can sometimes take a bit of time to feel comfortable in,” I say before stepping out of the elevator with Wookie and Beck on my heels. Beck’s hand slides to my lower back, and my stomach fills with butterflies as my heart spins in my chest. His touch brands me, and his fingers drum across my jacket before settling. I memorize the sensation of having his fingers on me. I want to tear my clothes off, and his, and have him slam my back into a wall as he pushes that magical unicorn cock into the deepest parts of me. Neighbors be damned.

“Nope, I’m totally comfortable with myself. Moving here is the best decision I’ve ever made.” I peer up to find him smiling down at me. It’s like I’ve been blind my entire life and finally, for the first time, can see the light. The air seems to crackle with our sexual energy. It feels like a living, breathing thing. We pause in the hall, held prisoner within our heated stare. Beck’s tongue slides out slowly, just barely stroking along his bottom lip before it disappears again. I watch it like a master assassin sizing up their target.

God, I want that little pink pointed devil all over my body. The lights along the corridor make his lips sparkle. And all I can think about is Edward Fucking Cullen and his hot, pasty, sparkling vampire ass. I wonder if Beck is a biter? God, I fucking hope so.

Beck begins to move his sparkly Edward-esque lips toward mine. My eyes flutter closed. His breath fans against my mouth. The anticipation of what’s to come is killing me as he hovers his mouth over mine. The slight touch of his lips finally reaches me. My body starts to melt and…”Oh shit!” is all I manage to shout as Wookie yanks me from Beck and tries to drag me toward the front door.

“Okay, boy. Slow down. We’re almost there,” I say to the little, furry cock-blocker.

Beck moves around us while Wookie tries to pull me like a sled. Beck holds the door and then follows us down the steps after we pass. Sniffing around, Wookie finally finds his spot, and we wait. I can feel Beck’s eyes on me. All over me. So intense, it's like he's touching me.

“What’s on the agenda today, Miss Greystone?” His eyes light up from his smile. I shouldn’t say him, should I?

“I’m heading in to work. I’m stopping off to grab some breakfast and coffee for Christina and myself. How about you?”

“I umm, would you mind if I tagged along? I’m pretty hungry and coffee sounds good.” His hand finds its way to the back of his neck and rubs back and forth. He seems a bit nervous. Thank God! I thought I was the only one.

“I’d be okay with that.”

More than okay…if the butterflies performing aerial acrobatics in my stomach are any indicator.

A large electric truck pulls up as we wait. The men get out and set up under the streetlight that’s burned out.

“I can’t believe they’re finally going to fix that light and on a Saturday.” I watch the man hop into the lift and press a few buttons before he begins his skyward climb.

“Looks like your persistence paid off.” Beck shoots me that sexy smirk, and damn, it’s pretty.

“Yeah, I only had to call a million times. No big deal.”

We wait for Wookie to finish, and I start heading down the sidewalk with Beck in tow.

“Wookie going to work with you today?”

“Yeah, I usually take him on Saturdays. I feel bad leaving him alone so many hours during the week when I work. I sneak by on my lunch and feed him and let him out.”

“If I’m at home, I can always let him out for you. I wouldn’t mind.”

My heart just melted. He is so kind and hot and sweet and hot. I said hot already, didn’t I?

“Thanks. That'd be great, actually.” Oh hell. I forgot about the damn hole. I'll have to hide it better somehow if I give him access to my apartment. Maybe, I'll just never actually take him up on his offer. I can't chance it. If he saw that hole and knew I didn't tell him about it, I can't even imagine how he'd feel. Pissed wouldn't begin to cover it. I'm violating this man's most private moments and enjoying the hell out of it. What's wrong with me?

“Yeah, anytime. Just ask.” He smiles at me so sweetly, it causes all the guilt to churn in my belly. Why am I spying on him? I need to stop. I need to fix the hole before I mess up what could be a good friendship or maybe more. Okay. That's it. I'm not spying on him anymore, and I'll call someone on Monday to come fix the hole.

 Problem solved.
