Maple Spiced Omega (The Hollydale Omegas) by Susi Hawke (9)

Scott

While Justin ate his burger, my boss pulled me aside. “Okay, spill,” Rachael said with an interested gleam in her eye.

“That’s the father of my baby. Remember the Mountie that I told you I wanted to find? Yeah, that’s him.”

“Oh, honey, I’m so happy for you,” Rachael’s eyes filled with unshed tears. “Listen, you go get changed and take the rest of the day off—hell, take the rest of the weekend if you want. You go reconnect with your alpha, and have fun. Tell him the burger was on the house and you guys get out of here. That’s an order.”

I pulled Rachael in for a hug. In the two months that I’d been working here, she’d become a good friend to me.

“Thanks, Rach. I’ll shoot you a text and let you know about tomorrow, and if he’s not working—I’m totally going to take you up on your offer.”

“You’d better! Now get out of here, I mean it.” I jumped back with a laugh as she swatted my butt and went back to tell Justin the good news.

He pushed his nearly empty plate aside as I walked up and stood to his feet. He was pulling out his wallet but I motioned for him to put it back away.

“Sorry, your money’s no good here. My boss just gave me the rest of the day off and told me to get the hell out of here. Would you like to come back to my place?”

Justin’s face lit up with a broad smile. “You don’t have to ask me twice. Shall I follow you?” He asked as we walked out of the diner.

Shaking my head, I made a beeline for his Jeep as I grinned back at him over my shoulder. “No, I live within walking distance of here. I don’t have a car, so you’re driving.”

“You betcha I am,” he grinned as he rushed around to open the door for me. After he walked around and got behind the wheel, he looked over at me with eyes full of need. “So… your place, huh?”

My dick jerked in my pants as I pointed toward the driveway. “Get out of here, turn right, my apartment complex is half a mile down the road on the left-hand side. You can’t miss it.”

Five tense minutes later, I was closing the door of my apartment and ripping my shirt off. Justin’s shirt flew over his shoulder, as we both frantically pushed at our pants, shoving them over our hips.

I was faster, and had already kicked my shoes and pants aside before Justin even had his pants open while he fumbled with his belt. With a growl of frustration, he left his pants in place with his cock jutting out through the opening as he slammed me against the door and kissed me hard and fast.

Wrapping my arms around his neck, I kissed him harder – our teeth clashing together as our tongues battled. I felt his pants slip down a little while I climbed his body and wrapped my legs around his waist, desperate for more.

Breaking our kiss, he held me firmly against the door with one supporting hand on my butt while he fumbled in his pocket. I kissed his ear… his neck… any open flesh I came across was an open target.

“Yes, lube!” He said triumphantly a second later as he held up a packet.

I burst out laughing before I started attacking his lips again. Between kisses, I gasped out the first thought that crossed my mind.

“Open that sucker, dammit! Quit waving it around and put it to use.”

“Sorry,” he said automatically, sending me into another peal of laughter. I’d missed my polite Canadian.

I sucked in a breath as a lube-coated finger pressed into me and moaned against his lips from the pleasure of his touch. My hands roamed over his shoulders and back while I kissed him and he worked his fingers, getting me ready.

A few moments later, I groaned from the emptiness I felt as his fingers slipped out of me. Before I had a chance to process, that head of his cock was pushing in to replace them.

Holding me firmly against the door, Justin’s hands came up to brace over the top of my shoulders as he pulled me down onto his cock with each thrust of his hips. As I bounced up and down, my dick rubbed against his tight abs with every move. We were so close together, I couldn’t even get a hand in to grab myself.

Giving into the moment, I let his abs provide the friction I needed while I fisted both hands in his hair instead and plundered his mouth with my tongue.

I knew it wouldn’t take long, and it didn’t. Every time his cock pushed into my channel, the head brushed against that magical bundle of nerves inside there and made me see stars. My body felt like a live-wire that was ready to explode at any second as lightning zipped along my spine.

Grunting hard, Justin fucked me faster and pushed me over the edge. I screamed into his mouth and pulled his hair when my balls pulled tight and I shot cum all over both of our chests. My stomach and ass clenched as I came; Justin thrust harder, going deeper as my ass squeezed around his cock.

His cock seemed to grow even thicker right before I felt the hot liquid of his release filling me. Breaking our kiss, I bit down on his shoulder with a loud groan while his cock pulsed.

Justin leaned his forehead on my shoulder, and chuckled before slipping free of my body and slowly lowering us both to the floor. I was sprawled over his body, feeling completely boneless as we panted and fought to catch our breath.

After a few minutes, I lifted my head and looked around us. “Gee, I’m glad I vacuumed this morning.”

“Like I’d care?” Justin answered as he lifted the back of his hand and stroked along my cheek with a look of awe in his eyes. “I can’t believe you’re really here. Maybe I’m dreaming…”

I smirked and pinched his side, laughing at the indignant look on his face. “What? I had to pinch you so you’d know you weren’t dreaming.”

Justin rolled us over so that he had me caged under his body as he tickled my ribs and kissed me through my giggles. When I couldn’t breathe from laughing, he broke the kiss and rolled off me.

He went to stand, then fell back onto his ass when he tripped over his pants that had somehow become stuck around his knees.

He looked back at me with a grin. “Did I really have my pants on during all of that? Sorry.”

When I heard him say sorry, I started laughing all over again while he shook his head and did a face palm. After he had his pants up and fastened, Justin stood and held a hand out.

Taking it, I let him help me to my feet and put my own pants on before pulling him over to my couch. We settled there, with me straddling his lap so we could talk.

“Should I get you a drink?” I offered as I wriggled around to get comfortable.

“No, I’m good. Shall we talk about this now?” He asked softly as he rubbed my little baby bump. It was more visible now that my shirt was off, I would have been worried if he hadn’t looked so happy. My heart was filled with joy by the way he was smiling down at it.

“I missed you so much, Justin. Hollydale didn’t feel like home anymore. When I found out I was pregnant and my friends urged me to come here, I couldn’t think of a good reason not to do it. I hope this doesn’t make me look like a stalker.”

Justin shook his head. “You just beat me to it. I was planning to come to Hollydale myself as soon as I could. I’m up for early retirement after the first. That’s Canada Day, and I can’t think of a better time to embark on my own freedom and start a new life than that. I’m marching in a parade that day, and I was thinking that would be my final day as a constable in the RCMP. After that, I was planning to come find you.”

I watched him thoughtfully for a moment. “Are you sure? I don’t want you to leave your career for me. I just want to be with you—wherever that could be.”

Justin smiled gently as he stroked my belly. “Even before I saw this little surprise, I was planning to ask you to marry me. I know it’s really soon, but I figured that way, either one of us could apply for residency in either of our countries. We can be Americans, or we can be Canadians. I don’t care where we live, as long as you’re living there with me.”

I ran a hand through his hair and leaned forward to kiss his forehead. “I’ve actually been tossing around an idea lately. I really liked it there in Côte-d’Érable. I was thinking of making an offer on Martha’s B&B so that I could live in your town without looking like a groupie. She really wants to sell the place and go live near her grandkids, but it seems like nobody is buying in that town right now. Besides, I think she’d prefer to sell it to somebody who would take it over and live there.”

Justin’s brows drew together in confusion. “How could you afford it though? I have some savings, but not nearly enough for something like that. I’m pretty sure that your tips as a waiter aren’t big enough to buy property with.”

Laughing, I trailed my fingers through the hair on his chest. “I’ve just been waiting tables to keep busy while I waited to come back to find you. Remember how I told you that my real job was my YouTube channel? I’ve made enough money online to buy that B&B several times over. Even if it’s awhile between my postings, the money still rolls in. And just think of all the videos that I could make in that area. I’d really like to try snowboarding, that could be fun—when I’m not pregnant, of course.”

“You’re really going to have to show me this channel now. You’re incredible, babe. I can’t believe that you’ve made enough money online to have the kind of cash you’re talking about,” Justin said with a hint of wonder in his voice.

“Yeah, I’ll be happy to show you,” I said as I automatically pulled out my phone.

Justin watched as I opened my browser. “But back to the B&B, what would you think about doing that venture together?”

Setting my phone aside, I went back to the conversation. “I would love that, but I’m worried about you leaving your job for me. What if you came to resent me one day?”

Justin shook his head. “I’d rather settle down with you. Besides, if I re-up with the Mounties, I’d probably get transferred. They tend to do that every few years and with my luck, I’d end up in some shithole. Hell, maybe even Toronto.”

I tilted my head curiously. “What’s wrong with Toronto?”

Justin smirked. “What isn’t? No, it’s just teasing. You’ll find that we Canadians like to poke fun at ourselves. For example, you know why we Canadians like to do it doggy style? So that we can both keep watching the hockey game. Trust me… I have lots of jokes.”

“Tell me another,” I urged.

Justin thought for moment. “How do you get fifty Canadians out of a swimming pool? Ask them politely to please get out.”

I laughed. “Okay, another.”

“There’s this guy who has a map of Canada tattooed on his ass. Every time he sits down, Quebec separates.”

Justin reverently rubbed my belly as he relaxed and joked with me. I thought for a second while until I came up with one of my own.

“Let me guess, if I want to become a Canadian citizen the first question will probably be something about the ingredients for poutine?” I asked with my best poker face.

He shook his head quite seriously. “No, obviously the first question will be asking something like What’s a Timbit. Although I wouldn’t rule out needing to know the ingredients for poutine. Oh, and if there’s anything on there about Newfoundland, you’ll need to know about screeching in.”

“Screeching in? I’m afraid to ask.”

Justin grinned. “When I was a cadet, I spent some time there. The Newfies are an interesting people, let me tell you. Screech is a Newfoundland rum that will take the hair off your chest—or put it on. When you take part in a screeching in ceremony, you become an honorary Newfie for life by taking a shot of that swill, repeating a short recitation, and you top it off by kissing a cod. Don’t look at me like that either because I’m not even joking.”

I cracked up at that one. “Wait. You seriously kissed a cod? As in the fish?”

“You betcha I did.” He smiled proudly at the memory.

“And you actually let me kiss your fish lips? I’m not sure if I’ll ever look at you seriously again,” I teased.

“Well, it happened about nineteen years ago. I’m pretty sure that any fish lips I may have had are long gone by now.”

“Wow, I guess I can’t hold something against you that you did when I was seven years old.”

Justin pounded the back of his head against the couch with a groan. “Thanks for making me feel old, kid. Although, in my defense—I was only eighteen at the time.”

I thought about it for a second while I did the math. “Oh, you’re only eleven years older than me? There goes any hope of me calling you daddy,” I winked.

Justin rolled his eyes. “So back to our original conversation, what would you think about us getting married and being partners in the B&B? Or, moving to your Hollydale and doing something together there. Like I said, I don’t care where we go as long as we’re together.”

“Even Toronto?” I laughed, because I couldn’t resist teasing him with that one more time.

Justin’s eyes narrowed. “You know, you Americans like to think that we Canadians don’t have guns, but if you’re not careful—I’ll totally squirt you with one of mine.”

“Seriously though, is there really something wrong with Toronto? I’ve heard that it’s completely lovely,” I said after I laughed at his joke.

After he finished shuddering dramatically, Justin put his hands up to my cheeks to frame my face. “Spoken like an American. But really, Scotty—if you want to move to Canada with me you’ll need to learn a few things. Poutine is God’s gift to the planet, hockey is everything, snow happens, and Toronto is a pit stain on our otherwise glorious country.”

“Wow, you really don’t like Toronto do you?” I said seriously.

Justin chuckled as he booped my nose. “I shouldn’t tease you, I’m sorry. Toronto is actually a great city. For crying out loud, it’s the home of the Maple Leafs. Joking about Toronto is just a Canadian thing to do. It’s right up there with laughing at the other parts of the country who are getting loads more snow than we are—but, of course, Winterpeg usually wins that award so we can’t laugh.”

Wrapping my arms around his neck, I leaned forward and rested my cheek on Justin’s shoulder. “I already gave up the lease on my apartment to my brother and said my goodbyes to Hollydale. I’ll go back to visit, but I think I have my heart set on raising this baby in that beautiful B&B. Even if it is cold as balls there.”

“So does that mean we’re getting married, babe?” Justin asked softly against my ear. “How long do we need to wait?”

“Yeah, we’re getting married. And as for waiting? Well, that’s not really our thing, is it? Gimme a minute to cuddle here, and I’ll start looking on my phone for information about how soon we can promise to love each other forever.”

“That’s easy. I promise I will love you forever. There, done.” Justin punctuated his words with a loud kiss to the top of my head.

I sat up with a laugh as I reached for my phone. “Ditto. Now let’s see about doing it legally.”

Justin put a hand to his chest. “I say I will love you forever, and all I get back is ditto?”

Dropping my phone, I leaned forward to kiss him. Just before our lips touched, I looked up at him through my lashes.

“I love you too—and I promise to keep on loving you forever.”

Then I let my lips do the talking.
