CAIN (Hell's Lovers MC, #4) by Crimson Syn (3)

CHAPTER TWO
CAIN

I couldn’t take my eyes off her as the spotlight shone on her glittering sun kissed skin. She strolled across the stage like she owned it. Suggestively swaying her hips and using the damn pole like it was an extension of her delicious body, all while wearing five inch black stilettos.

The music was playing a sexy grinding flow. I could hear the men shouting obscenities and watched as dollar bills fluttered on the stage, but my eyes never left hers. It’s as if she was dancing just for me. Everyone else disappeared, and her voluptuous body was like a blank canvas solely for my eyes to enjoy. I gripped the arms of the leather chair. I felt like I was on the edge of my seat, waiting for my time to arrive.

Where did she come from? How did she get here? Who the hell was she?

I looked around the club, but the members were busy somewhere else. None of them were paying attention to the dream girl on the stage.

My cock was begging me to take her. Just to get close enough to touch her. Shit, she was perfect. This was a real, full on woman with a capital “W”. She was the sexiest piece of ass I’d ever seen. Two luscious mounds stood out, nicely perked up on her chest. She had a nice curved in waistline, and those hips that molded a nicely round and thick ass. Shit, her ass alone made me wanna cry. I wanted to tie her up to my bed and spend hours torturing her with pleasure, making her cry out my name as I spanked those beautiful globes red.

But what I really wanted, was for those gorgeous chocolate brown eyes to look at me, to find me in an empty room, begging me to take her. Fuck, she was so fucking gorgeous! Where the fuck did she come from?

I continued to watch as her body wrap around the metal dance pole, and I imagined her tied to it as I rammed my cock into her. Her hair was long with soft curls that swayed along her waistline as she bent her body back. I rubbed my beard as her tits came into view. Two succulent mounds, larger than what my hands could hold, creamy and tempting as fuck.

As the lights came on I dragged a hand down my face. One more minute of her swiveling that body before me and I was going to storm onto the stage, rip that sinful outfit right off her, and have at her body, not giving a fuck who watched. I wanted them to watch. I wanted them to know what was mine and what they could never touch.

I was supposed to be focusing on more urgent matters. We had Tuco Moreno roaming the Hell’s Lovers. If we were distracted, even for a moment, it was over for us.

She turned as she walked off the stage and I sat up as her eyes met mine. She was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen, and I needed to know who she was.

I got up and headed back to Grayson’s office. Riggs was swiveling around in his chair while Luna giggled on his lap.

“What the fuck are you doing?”

“Awe, come on man. I haven’t seen my girl all day. Gimme a break.”

“You’re supposed to be watching the cameras.”

Riggs grimaced. “I’m tired of watching the cameras. Fuck, I’m tired of watching my back.”

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. “Just, tell me who the fuck that girl is?”

I pointed to one of the cameras that had a clear view into the hallway. My perfect woman was sashaying down the hallway with Jade by her side.

Riggs glanced up and shrugged. “No clue,” he nuzzled Luna and she broke out in giggles.

I slammed my hand down on the desk finally gaining Riggs attention. His eyes were furious, but I didn’t give a shit. He was supposed to be working. “Who the fuck let her in?”

“She’s with Jade. She must be the new dancer Rahyne was going to rehearse.”

“What’s her name?”

“Who the fuck knows?”

Luna laced a hand on Riggs’ chest and shook her head. “Her name’s Sophia, Cain. Rahyne told me she was a friend of Jade’s and needed a job.”

I looked at Luna and grimaced. “You got your girl doin’ your job for you, bro?”

“Watch it Cain,” his voice was low and threatening.

I grunted. “Make sure you at least get a full background check on her before we let her in the club.” I pointed at Luna. “You! Get back to work!”

I heard Riggs growl as I turned and walked away, feeling angry and on edge. We were all fucking tired and snapping at each other. Wolf and Grayson still weren’t back from Seattle and Gunner had been a no show as usual. If we could count on him for something, it was for not showing the fuck up when asked.

Taking care of the club and the brotherhood was a twenty-four-seven job. I was stressed out and needed a night off. I hadn’t felt like this since my last tour in Afghanistan three years ago. Lack of sleep, always on edge, always keeping an eye on my back, shit, more like everyone’s back. I don’t know how Wolf does this shit day in and day out. I should be used to this, especially since I’ve been trained for the deadliest of situations for nearly half my life, but I was fucking pissed that I was pushed to feel like this in my own damn home. I stroked the back of my stiff neck as I came up to the bar. We had one of the prospects, Rex, helping Luna out while Rahyne was out. The guy did a good job and it was good to have a male bartender in the back for once.

I nodded over at him and he set down a glass of whiskey in front of me. “Rough night, Cain?”

“Rough fucking month.”

“Heard Wolf is coming back. He’ll be here in two days.”

I nodded. “Yeah. Word got around, huh?”

Rex shrugged. “You know how it is. Gotta keep all ears and eyes open...”

“You, Cain?” A man’s deep voice interrupted us, and I swiveled around slowly.

“Who’s askin’?” I eyed the man up, taking in his expensive shoes and the slick black tie he was wearing. The fucker definitely did not belong in these waters.

“Simon. Ryan Simon. I was told you were in charge.”

I recalled the name immediately. He was the President of the Death Row Shooters, and word on the street was that he was one evil fucker. He was also a fellow member who hadn’t turned his back on us.

I continued to eye him as I took the remaining swig of the burning liquid. “I’m Cain. What can I do for you Mr. Simon?”

He chuckled. “Guess I should’ve worn my patches. I stick out like a sore thumb,” he straightened out his suit jacket and looked around.

“You have a place we could talk?”

I nodded and lead the way to the back office where Riggs was now looking through footage.

“Riggs, this is Ryan Simon,” I gestured at Riggs. “This is our Road Captain, Jason Riggs.”

“Nice to meet you.”

Riggs nodded and made room for Ryan to sit down.

“So what can we do for you tonight, Mr. Simon?”

Ryan sat down on the leather couch, both his men taking guard at the door. “I came with information. Something you all need to know.

Riggs looked at me, scrunching his eyebrow. “Sounds like you’re about to give us bad news.”

Ryan nodded. “Looks like Tuco is trying to infiltrate your club. Word has it he’s out for blood. Hell’s Lovers blood. He’s pissed the fuck off.”

I smirked. “Who wouldn’t be? We killed his brother.”

Ryan nodded. I could see he was choosing his words carefully. “I suggest you guys watch your backs when you’re out on the streets. Don’t leave your bikes out in the open, you know, the usual.”

“I’ve got cameras everywhere,” Riggs stated.

“That’s good, but you’ll need a lot more than cameras when Tuco Moreno comes knocking. He’s involved in some bad shit. Cartel shit. They’re practically running his gang, and there’s a bigger operation brewing.”

“Where’s this Cartel from?”

“Colombia. The leader came to talk to me a couple nights ago. Motherfuckers are looking for the big dogs to help them smuggle in their shipments. Tuco was their lapdog, asking around, but when he couldn’t convince one of the most profitable establishments in this area to submit, he became a target. They wanted Ravenous, and they want the Hell’s Lovers. They asked me to help convince you.”

“Fuck! What did you tell them?”

“I told them it was a bad idea to involve me since I was already being watched by the FBI. It’s a total bullshit lie, but there’s no other way out of it. I thought I’d warn you.”

“Tuco has already asked. Wolf said no, that was it.”

Ryan nodded. “These fuckers are fed up with Los Perdidos. They’re not bringing them any results. Instead of using their lap dogs their coming in themselves. They’re coming after anyone who owns a bar. They’ve found a way to smuggle the drugs in pallets of alcohol, but they need establishments to order the liquor to make their front look legit.”

Shit!”

“Look guys, I wouldn’t do this, but I owe Wolf a lot and we need to stand together on this. I don’t want this shit on my streets any more than you do. These guys are serious. They’re the type to kill your mother, your wife, and your kid, before they get to you.”

I stared at Riggs and we knew we were in for a visit. We needed to place the club on lockdown as soon as Wolf and Diesel got back.
