Chapter 6

Michael

I promised Delila that I’d go slow for her, but my cock was aching. I moaned as I felt her wash over my finger and stared into her shocked face. “Oh God.” She seemed embarrassed, and I drew my finger to my mouth and sucked on it. Her eyes darkened and I let my eyes roam down the length of her body.

“I have to taste you,” I told her before moving down her body and spreading her legs wider. She gasped as I licked her slowly, memorizing her sweet, musky taste. I had no idea how I was supposed to tear myself away from this woman, but I focused on the task at hand. I tongued her clit and sucked it into my mouth as she cried out. I stroked inside of her as I gazed up at her to see her pretty pink nipples and mouth open with lust.

Fuck, she was beautiful.

I ate her like she was my last meal, making her come again so she filled my mouth with her honey. I loved the honest reaction to this she had. I didn’t doubt my skills in the bedroom, but women had a way of sounding all the same sometimes. Delila was guttural in her moans and cries, making me realize that I rocked her world.

I never wanted to stop.

I dropped onto her, sucking in gulps of air as I rested my head on her thigh. My heart was racing, and I told myself to calm down and assess this situation. I felt her hand in my hair and smiled as she stroked my damp waves. I relaxed, enjoying the touch for a change. I normally left or kicked them out once the orgasms were over. Delila was different.

“I haven’t done anything like that in a while. It was… exquisite.” I smiled at her words and reached up to stroke her damp skin.

“I am assuming there’s no boyfriend?” I asked as she barked weakly in answer.

“No. None of that would have happened if there was. There hasn’t been in some time. I have just been trying to focus on my career.” She sighed.

“Anything serious?” I pressed as she looked down at me.

“Not for anyone else. I thought it might be a couple times for me but looking back, I was young.” She pushed my hair up and smiled as I felt my heart jump. “How old are you?”

“Thirty,” I replied as she nodded. I knew that she was twenty-seven, but I didn’t say that.

“I’m just a bit younger. I just turned twenty-seven before I got the job.” I smiled as our eyes locked. “You’re doing so well for being so young.”

“Family business. I was lucky.” We talked about that at dinner, so I didn’t elaborate. I worked hard there and knew it. I moved slowly beside her and pulled her against me as she sighed. “Stay with me. I’ll get you to work.”

“The gossip,” she murmured as I kissed her hair. I moved slowly, wanting to claim her as mine but forcing myself to remain still.

“I don’t care what they say. This is where I want to be, Delila. You’re different from any woman I’ve been with before, at the office or otherwise.” I felt her tense and stroked her stomach gently. I moved up to her nipple, passing my fingertip over it as she sucked in her breath. Fuck. I was hard again. “I haven’t always been disciplined at work. I was young when I started learning the ropes and women were everywhere. I couldn’t resist.”

“I get that. For me, it’s intimidating but for a man, it’s like a candy store.” I chuckled at her statement, thinking how I disliked a lot of the candy.

“For a younger man, it is. Most of the girls are empty shells or full of themselves. They don’t know how to respect or treat other woman and I notice that. I don’t want any part of it. That’s why I stay in the background.” I offered, and she nodded. “You shine in that building. You’re genuine. You have an ethereal vibe about you. I think they’re all jealous.” I loved when she blushed at my comments. “Now that will be tenfold with being with me. I’ll make sure they don’t get nasty.”

“Am I with you?” She asked softly, turning in my arms to gaze into my eyes.

“You are.” I kissed her until she started yawning. I held her in my arms and listened to her fall asleep before nodding off myself. I’d never slept so good before.

I noted the people that glared at her the hardest the following morning. We got up in time for me to get ready before taking her home to do the same. I walked her up to her apartment and met her sister, who seemed stunned by my presence. The place was dingy and small, and I hated it. I didn’t tell the girls that and talked to Priscilla, seeing the protective look on her face as she sized me up. The sisters were close, and I’d need to get on both of their good sides to make something of this. I would never tear them apart to have Delila in my life.

She came out wearing another pair of gray leggings and loose business t-shirt with boots. She was getting the hang of things. I smiled at her as she walked over to hug her sister, kissing her cheek. When she walked over to me, I told Priscilla that it was a pleasure meeting her. I suggested dinner soon, and she smiled and nodded, assuring me that she would speak to her fiancé.

I led Delila from the apartment, relieved to be out of there. I wanted her to move, whether it be on my time schedule or otherwise. I sensed that she was independent and wanted to make it on her own. How many women in my life made it clear that they’d let me take care of them in the past? We drove to the office, and she stared over at me, looking both worried and happy. I took her hand, and she settled back into the seat as I stopped at a light. “Is this happening?”

“Yes.” I confirmed as I squeezed. I wasn’t sure what my family would think about this arrangement after some of my mistakes in the past, but I pushed that concern away. Delila didn’t need the agency for long to get a name for herself and I suspected that she could freelance again just fine after a few months.

She looked at me after I parked, licking her lips. I had a private space and could get into the building a separate way, thanks to my grandfather’s need for personal space in his life. “We can go in together,” I assured her as she drew her lip between her teeth, making me reach out to pull her towards me for a kiss. She protested weakly before I silenced her, and we stayed that way for ten minutes.

“I am going in first.” She told me as she pulled away slowly. I nodded and watched as she left the car, walking through a door to enter the building the way everyone else did. I only started that myself recently since most people wanted to meet in the lobby and seeing Delila made it worth it. I walked in my own way today, greeting the staff near my office as I went to make some coffee in the break room. Delila was there as well, and we shared a slow smile as we worked side-by-side. As new as this was, it felt right to me.

We went our separate ways, and I started looking over some new potential clients, making appointments for lunches and dinners. Delila was always on my mind and I pulled up her number on my phone.

M: Dinner tonight?

D: Sure. I’ll be done at seven tonight.

M: I’ll be waiting by the car.

We went to dinner that night and many after. Priscilla moved out of the apartment a couple of weeks after I met her, leaving Delila lonely and in tears. I held her on my couch as she cried, soothing her gently. I knew that they would see each other, and we made plans to have dinner together soon. When I met Jake, we clicked together and actually knew of one another through friends. I knew that it would be a common part of our lives.

I made a late dinner of stir fry and she drank her third glass of wine as we ate. The sad look in her eyes broke me and I pulled her into my arms to comfort her after she’d pushed food around her plate. I kissed her, and she clung to me, seemingly not wanting to let go.

We’d done a lot together over the last few weeks. We came close to sex but always stopped when she got scared. Tonight, I didn’t feel that in her, but I didn’t want to take advantage. She wrapped her arms around my neck and sucked on my tongue as I cupped her ass to pull her against me. I walked us to my room and squeezed her before pressing Delila against the wall. I was this close to ripping her clothes off and taking her.

“Baby, I don’t want you to do this because you’re upset.” I held back on pressing my cock into her to hear her moan.

“I want you. I’m tired of pretending that I don’t.” She insisted before kissing me again. “I’m not here because she’s gone. I’m here because I want you.”

I carried her to the bed and dropped her, covering her with my body. She raked her hands over my back, and I moved to rip my shirt over my head.

People still talked about us, but it seemed to drop off. I talked to the people that were the worst, making strong threats against their jobs if it continued. Sadly, since it was a modeling agency, there were a lot of catty women here. Delila seemed to be rising above it and was learning everything she could from Robert and some of the other photographers.

I pulled my worn jeans down and stroked my free cock as she looked down at me. I watched as Delila pulled her tunic style shirt off and opened her bra for me, cupping herself as I moved my hand up and down. I thought back to the night we both got off and came while watching one another. I came on her chest and stomach and it was hot as hell. She slipped her own jeans off and removed her black lace thong as I took in her glistening pussy. I bent down to kiss her stomach, and she gripped my hair, raising her body to meet my mouth. When I was between her legs, I feasted and tasted every fold that I could reach. She writhed under me and I slid my tongue inside of her, feeling her rock against me.

I felt her heels dig into me as she came, washing over my tongue and into my mouth. I sucked her in, needing her like I needed breath. I pulled away, breathing slowly as I stared into her face. “I want you.”

“I’m yours,” she told me as I reached for the drawer full of condoms that had been mocking me. She touched my hand, and I looked at her. “Are you clean?”

“I am always safe,” I stressed as she breathed slowly.

“I’m on the pill. I want you bare.” My eyes widened as I moved closer to her, brushing my lips against hers. I eased her legs apart and positioned my cock at her entrance. I felt her brush her fingers against me and jerked, thinking back to the nights that she touched me and wrapped her mouth around me. I slid inside of her and we both moaned as I stilled, allowing her time to adjust to me. She felt like a glove around me and I felt every part of her slick skin, closing my eyes as I memorized it. “Delila. You feel so fucking good.”

She clawed at my back, asking for more. I slid deeper and felt her legs wrap around me. She gripped me as I moved, first slow and then faster. I moved harder and faster and she was crying out my name as she tightened and came around me. I groaned as I felt it, following as I filled her. I dropped against her forehead and breathed in slowly. Emotions rushed through me as I held myself above her enough to not crush her and I allowed them to develop.

Her nipples pressed against me and I kissed her full lips before rolling to my side. I looked at her in the dim light from the moon outside the window and realized that she was beautiful. Her eyes met mine and held them as she licked her lower lip. “You felt amazing.”

“You did.” I assured her, leaning in to kiss her.

She returned it and I pulled her against me. Her skin was hot, and I wrapped my arm tighter around her waist. She moved closer, and I rolled her on top of me as I hardened under her. I cupped her breast and felt her rock over me, wet for me all over again.

She ended up sinking over me and I gripped her hips. Delila moved slowly up and down, then back and forth as I dug my fingers into her skin. I came first, and she followed, arching her back as she flooded my cock with heat. I slid a hand up her body, stroking her nipple as she met my gaze.

“I’m falling for you,” I whispered as we lay still in bed. I’d cleaned her up and made her comfortable. I waited in silence for her response.

“I was falling for you the day I saw you in that lobby.” She admitted as I looked down at her. “It was before you interviewed me. I saw a woman looking at you and followed her gaze. I saw you and thought that I’d never get a man like you.”

“You were wrong.” I assured her, kissing her hair. “I saw you sitting there waiting for me and it was like lightning hit me.” She giggled softly. “I followed you to the park that night when I heard you were helping out there.” I had never told her that before.

“I assumed as much. It just seemed too convenient, and it scared me at the time. You were like this force of a man that I’d never seen before. Part of me wanted to run, and another part wanted to drag you into my bed. I was so worried about work and my future.”

“Now?” I pressed as she turned her head to look at me.

“I wouldn’t change a thing. I know you’re here for me and not to better my career. You’re letting me do it my way.” She smiled, and I kissed her nose.

“You have the talent. I’m just here to watch you succeed.” I told her as I breathed the scent of us in.

“I’d love for you to stay.”
