The Gundersons had set up their tiny house containers in a circle at the end of one of Magic’s streets. Margreth had already planted flowers and trees, recreating the garden they’d left behind.
They gifted the house that looked like the land and sky to Black and Kady upon their triumphant return.
A permanent rainbow shined in the sky above where Black stood, and he couldn’t care less about any of it.
