Melt Me Miles: Rakes vs. Wallflowers by S Cinders (26)

EPILOUGE

“Harry ate all of my cookies!” Martha cried out holding the offending empty platter.

Miles turned to see his youngest daughter, at the tender age of six, glaring at her older brother.

Harry, a man in his own mind—just turned eight, smirked at his little sister, “Perhaps you shouldn’t have left them there all day where anyone could have come along and taken them.”

Martha stomped her foot, “It wasn’t all day, Harry, it can’t have been more than half an hour!”

“Maybe it wasn’t me?” he grinned, the crumbs still lingering on his shirtfront.

Miles shook his head. This boy would undoubtedly be the death of him. “Harry, did you eat Martha’s cookies?” He could tell that his son was trying to come up with a reasonable excuse or worse a grand lie. “And let me remind you, that your mother will be home soon from her ladies group. I should hate for her to hear of you taking things from little Martha.”

Martha beamed at her father. She turned and stuck her tongue out at her brother.

“I may know where they went to,” Harry conceded.

“Your belly!” Martha cried out, “I know full well where they went to!”

“What is the commotion in here?” Hetty called out from the doorway, just back from her Bluebell’s meeting.

Martha produced mammoth tears on the spot, “Harry ate all of my special cookies that we made.”

Hetty scooped up her daughter, “I am sure that your brother wouldn’t…”

Miles cleared his throat loudly.

“Oh, Buttercup,” Hetty paused, and then smiled. “I am sure that your brother wanted to make you fresh new ones. He was only helping, weren’t you Harry?”

Harry looked to his father in horror. Surely, his mother wouldn’t make him do something so—domestic.

Miles smiled, loving the fitting punishment, “That’s precisely it, wasn’t it Harry?”

Harry scowled, “Fine.”

Martha grinned, wiggling to get down. “I will come and help you, Harry!”

Harry groaned loudly, and then in his most sarcastic voice added, “Won’t that be perfect.”

Miles coughed, “Harry, you will be sure that Martha has a lovely time, won’t you?”

Hetty had to turn her head away when she saw the incredulous look on her son’s face. It wouldn’t do for him to see her laughing.

“Come along, Martha,” Harry grumbled.

And Martha being her adorable self, reached up and grabbed his hand, “You really are the best brother, Harry.”

Harry smiled at her, “I’m your only brother, Toad.”

“I am not a Toad!”

Their bickering continued until they were out of sight. But Harry’s had taken a positive turn towards kindness that hadn’t been present before.

Hetty looked over at Miles. He was every bit as handsome and debonair as he had been when they wed. Besides a slight graying at his temples, he looked exactly the same.

She knew that her form had filled out some. Her stomach was now gently rounded instead of concave. There were fine lines from her pregnancies on her lower abdomen, and she felt that her breasts were not as high as they once had been.

Motherhood and life could do that to one.

But by the look in Miles’ eye should could tell that he saw the same girl that she had been all those years ago. He walked briskly to the door and turned the key.

Hetty’s eyes widened, “It’s the middle of the afternoon!”

“That has never stopped us before,” Miles pulled her tight against his chest.

Hetty wrapped her hands around his neck, “What if the children return?”

“They will be in the kitchen for at least an hour, possibly more.”

She could feel his length pressed against her. Lifting herself to his lips she whispered, “Well, then, what are you waiting for?”

In a flurry of movement, she found herself tossed onto the settee. Miles’ look was predatory as he lifted her skirts. “Damn, you are always so wet for me.”

Hetty moaned and he stroked her through her plantlets, “Some things never change.”

He pulled them down and parted her curls to reveal her pink glistening folds. Her arousal was evident.

“You are so lovely,” his head disappearing between her thighs.

Hetty tried to control her voice has Miles licked and sucked and ravaged her core. He inserted his long, thick fingers inside of her. Hetty began thrashing against him. He had to hold her hips down with his other arm.

“Miles, oh, Miles, don’t stop,” and then with a keening cry she tumbled over the edge, her body convulsing with the waves of pleasure.

Before she could gather her wits, he had taken his cock out and thrust it inside of her.

The feeling of fullness overwhelming her. Squeezing her inner muscles, Miles cursed under his breath. “You aren’t playing fair.”

Hetty laughed, “When have I ever cared about being fair?”

Miles grinned at her before thrusting again. His eyes darkened and he began to pound into her. Their bodies slapping together, she met him thrust for thrust. This was heaven on earth and she wanted everything that he promised with each hard plunge.

“Harder,” she called out, grasping his buttock in her hands.

Miles aimed to please, the movements were losing its fluidity. The pinnacle was within reach, and then he felt it. The beginning of her orgasm, tightening with such immense pleasure that he spilled his seed deep within her.

It took them both a moment to catch their breath.

Hetty brushed his black locks out of his eyes, “That was amazing.”

Miles kissed her gently, “You are amazing.”

Hetty smiled, “Even though I am not the young supple thing you married all those years ago.”

He kissed her hard, “I didn’t think that I could love you more than I did when I married you. But life has a way of showing me just how wrong I can be. I love every inch of you, Hetty. Every line, every curve, every minute detail from the tiny scar on your ankle to the flash of amusement in your eyes, you are my heart, and my world. Never doubt what you mean to me.”

“Never!” Hetty hugged him close, “I love you, Miles—always.”

It was quite some time before the key was turned in the latch to open the drawing room door.
