Restrained: A Bad Boy MMA Fighter Romance (Warrior Zone Fighters Book 4) by Tia Lewis (15)

Benji

I drove like a bat out of hell toward my apartment, my hand still resting on Danielle’s thigh to make sure that this wasn’t a fucking dream. I had just had hot sex with the woman next to me in my office, and I was still hard as a rock, ready for the next go round.

I stole a glance at her, seeing the high color on her cheeks and grinned, knowing that she was still embarrassed by the round of applause we received. I wasn’t embarrassed at all, been caught in far worse compromising positions than that, but I knew this was probably all new and exciting for her. Hell, I was glad to be the person that was bringing it into her life.

Pulling into my parking spot, I shut off the engine and looked over at Danielle. She was watching me, quiet for the entire ride over. “You okay?” I asked.

“I’m fine,” she answered, giving me a smile. “I, um, is this crazy?”

I draped my arm over the back of her seat, my fingers trailing over her skin. “What do you think?”

She sighed, shaking her head. “I really don’t know what to think Benji. I just, I don’t want you to think of me as some wanton woman.”

I laughed, thinking that was far from what I was thinking. She had no idea what type of power she was holding over me right now. “Babe, I don’t think that at all. I’m far more worried that you are going to bolt at any moment.”

The surprise in her eyes as she looked at me caused my chest to tighten uncomfortably. Didn’t she know that I thought about her far more often and in the worst ways nearly every fucking second of the day? No other woman had ever caused me to do something like that, caused me to nearly lose control by just touching me. I didn’t want to disappoint her, my past was nothing to brag about. “I-I’m not going anywhere,” she finally said, something flickering in her eyes.

“Good,” I said, giving her a grin to hide my relief. “I won’t hurt you.”

“I know,” she answered. “You would never hurt me, Benji.”

Her faith in me made my chest tighten even more. Hell. I turned the car back on and pulled out of the parking spot, heading downtown. Maybe I was dragging her into the bed too much. Maybe I should show her that I was serious about this.

“Where are we going?” she asked as I pulled onto the highway.

I looked over at her. “We are going on a date.”

“A what?” she asked.

“A date, you know where people have a good time,” I answered, finding my exit. “We need to let loose a little.”

“And have fun?” she finished for me, arching her brow. “I thought what we were doing back at the gym was fun.”

I reached over and touched her thigh with my hand, giving it a squeeze. “You have no idea what kind of fun that was for me.”

She said nothing as I pulled into the parking lot, shutting off the engine. “Come on,” I said, opening the door.

We climbed out of the car, and she looked up at the sign. “Putt putt?”

I grabbed her hand and pulled her along. “It will be fun.”

* * *

An Hour Later…

She was kicking my ass. I watched as Danielle sunk another hole in one, doing a little dance as she pointed toward me. “Another one! It’s my lucky day.”

“It’s something,” I grumbled, lining up my putt. She was beating me by a wide margin, and I was starting to think that I should have just taken her to bed. Her hands slid around my waist, and she pressed her breasts into my back, causing my cock to jump at attention. “Don’t miss it,” she said, breathing into my ear. “Or I will win.”

“What did we bet again?” I asked, my voice coming out strained.

“I believe it was massages,” she answered, patting my butt before stepping back. “Full body massages.”

That was enough to make me miss this putt. I wanted to touch her all over, have her writhing under my hands. Sweat broke out on my forehead and I wacked the ball, watching as it hit a rock and bounced into the water.

“You did that on purpose,” she countered as I flipped the club onto the green, turning toward her.

I reached out, pulling Danielle against me, tipping her back slightly until she squealed with laughter. “I did do it on purpose madam. Now I get to kiss the winner.”

She laughed as I rained kisses on her face, wondering what the hell had gotten into me. With her, there was no winning over, no worrying about impressing her. I just wanted to enjoy the hell out of her. “Ready to go back?”

She threw her arms around my neck, an amused smile on her lips. “Are we about to do this massage thing?”

I kissed the tip of her nose. “I have the babysitter for another three hours so hell yes we are.”

“Good,” she said, pressing against me. I growled and kissed her hard on the lips, allowing her to feel what she did to me. I wanted her again and again.

Our trip home was fast, me flinging the car into the parking lot and climbing out, a tent in my damn jeans. She giggled as she saw me, grabbing my hand and pulling me into the building, the elevator waiting on us. As soon as the doors closed, I pressed her up against the wall, and ground against her, watching as her eyes darkened with passion. “I want you so fucking bad,” I growled, running my hands over her arms.

“Benji,” she breathed as I kissed the side of her neck, nipping at the sensitive skin. “I-I want you too.”

My body kicked into overdrive as the doors opened and we stepped out, walking to my apartment together. I was glad I had dropped Amelia off with Marcella today, intending on picking her up later on just in case I needed to get in some practice. But fighting was the last thing on my mind right now.

I opened the door and let her in first before walking in, shutting the door behind me. She looked around as I kicked off my shoes. “You want a drink?”

“Um no,” she answered, dropping her purse on the chair. I nodded, walking toward her until she was in my arms and I was kissing her again, my tongue playing the dangerous tango with hers. Danielle moaned into my mouth as her hands gripped the front of my shirt. Without breaking the kiss, I grabbed the back of the shirt and pulled it up over my head, forced to break it so I could work it the rest of the way off. She placed her hands on my bare chest, clearly her favorite place to touch as I started working on her shirt too, successfully pulling it over her head with some difficulty. She laughed and helped it off the rest of the way, throwing it on the floor near my shirt. I drew in a breath as I looked at her, overwhelmed by the sparkle in her eyes. This was Danielle, yet I was seeing her in an entirely different light, one that I wasn’t so sure what I was going to do about.

“What?”

My gaze snapped back to her face. “What?”

“You first,” she breathed, a blush stealing across her cheeks. “Why are you looking at me in that way?”

I shook my head, closing the distance between us. Now was not the time for talk. She moaned as I touched her breasts, my fingers roaming over her nipples insistently. “Yes,” she moaned. “Touch me, Benji.”

I growled, my hands touching every part of her upper body, from her collarbone to her stomach, my fingers learning her dips and curves. “You’re gorgeous.”

“More,” she said, reaching for my jeans. “More Benji.”

“Yes ma’am,” I answered, reaching for her pants. The sound of bells filled the air, and she pushed on my shoulders until I was forced to break the kiss. “The doorbell.”

Sure enough, the doorbell was ringing incessantly in the background. “They will go away,” I muttered, leaning down to kiss her again.

Danielle laughed and pushed at my shoulders. “Make them go away.”

Are you fucking serious? Someone was really against me getting more action tonight. I growled and stepped away from her, watching as she grabbed her shirt and hurried off in the direction of my bedroom. I willed my cock to ease down as I walked over to the door, my thoughts on Danielle in my bed. Whoever was on the other side of that door was about the get their asses handed to them.

Flinging open the door, the words died on my tongue as I saw Marcella standing there, holding Amelia in her arms. She looked frantic, and I immediately became concerned. “I’m so sorry Mr. Lomns, but she’s running a fever. I tried to call your cell phone, but when you didn’t answer, I didn’t know what to do.”

All the blood drained from my body as I immediately held out my hands to take my daughter from her, feeling her forehead myself and confirming the worst. “Thanks, Marcella,” I said, my voice thick with worry and emotion. Shit. “Do you need a ride or something?”

She shook her head, her eyes on my daughter. “I just hope she feels better. There’s been a virus going around, and I hope she hasn’t gotten it.”

I found my wallet on the floor and gave her some bills, not caring how much. My daughter was sick. She said goodbye and shut the door behind her as I looked at Amelia. Sure enough, she looked pale, her eyes looking not as bright as normal. Her cheeks were reddened from the fever, and she laid her head on my chest as if it was too heavy to hold up. “My poor baby,” I said, holding her close to me, worry racing through my veins. I didn’t know the first thing to do with a sick kid. “You don’t feel so good, huh?”

She rewarded me by vomiting all over my chest.
