Kelly was standing with her back against a tree, completely helpless to Darren’s advances. She had never been with anybody stronger in her life. He was an incredible creature, and part of her could, somehow sense the bear within him taking control of his impulses.
It was the most thrilling thing she had ever experienced, and soon, his strong hands were roaming up and down her body, sending a jolt of pleasure and anticipation soaring throughout her. She shuddered in pleasure as Darren sank his lips against the tender nape of her neck, feeling her shirt open so he could place his hand upon her breast and hold it tenderly as he began to press himself against her. She wanted this man badly, and he wasn’t going to relent in his advances. Soon, she found herself losing all control of her impulses. Even though she knew it was probably not a good idea. She could potentially regret this decision for the rest of her life. She would have a memory with a man who never really cared for her. All of this would be a mistake. She shouldn’t try to go outside the lines and rebel against the type of society she lived in within the small town where her adoptive family had taken her.
And yet, when she looked into Darren’s eyes again, she realized, suddenly, that perhaps everything she thought was so important and impossible was actually a way for her to deny the truth about herself. Maybe he was right. Maybe she really was descended from bear shifters. Another bear shifter would be able to tell something like that, wouldn’t he? Unless he was just telling her lines to try and get her to surrender to his advances. But, somehow, she doubted this was the case. Something about her own personality made her question the likelihood of this. She knew she was different. She had always known she was different. It was wrong to lie to herself. Especially now that she was finally receiving the validation she needed.
She let out a low groan of desire as Darren pressed his body closer to her, overwhelming her with delicate sensations. Ecstasy washed over her again and again as he ran his hands all over her body, massaging a breast in one hand and dipping his fingers between her legs with the other. He massaged it gently, finding the most sensitive bundle of nerve endings that she possessed, and bringing about a slow and methodical sense of pleasure crashing through her body.
She wanted him more than she wanted to admit that she wanted him. She had never wanted anything like this before in her life. She was past the point of no return. She had been deeply attracted to him from the moment she had laid eyes on his picture. Something about the way they had met felt like kismet. Everything seemed fated in their favor, and she wasn’t going to give that up. She wanted to be with him. Even if it didn’t seem right or easy. Even if it was hard, this was what she wanted. Nothing else.
They kissed again, their bodies gentle and passionate against the tree. At least, until she reached her arms around his waist and looked into his eyes. A dark flash chilled her and excited her at the same time, and she cried out in surprise when he made contact with her eyes. There was something dark and sinister about this. All of it was scary and strange. She suddenly had a jolt of panic. She didn’t want this anymore. She wanted something safe.
But soon, the flash was gone, and Darren was looking at her, his eyes kind and soft just as they had been when she was in his house. She sighed deeply and held him close, and he kissed the top of her head.
“Are you afraid of me?” he asked quietly.
“Sometimes,” she replied.
He sighed, then cupped her face in his hands. “I’m sorry. I’m really not a bad person. I know I have a bad reputation but that doesn’t mean I am not going to be able to take care of you or care about you.”
“I don’t know anything about your reputation,” Kelly said softly. “It’s your eyes.”
Darren looked at her quietly. “The bear in me recognizes something in you and it is trying to come out to claim you. I know that must be off-putting, but I will never hurt you. I can promise you that.”
Kelly sighed and nuzzled into Darren’s broad chest. He held her gently and then tipped her chin up, so they were kissing deeply. A hot, fiery need consumed Kelly and she closed her eyes against the kiss, holding Darren close as she shuddered beneath the weight of his strong arms.
Darren pushed her legs apart with his own and she moaned softly as it gave way to her fiery heat. She trembled a little as he pushed his hands against the waistline of her pants and dropped them to the ground, leaving her bare and exposed as he kissed her deeply. She reached forward to release Darren’s muscle from its denim prison. They locked eyes, each of them lost in their own desires as Darren pressed another firm kiss against her lips and soon they were pressed against each other, their bodies hot with need.
Kelly moaned softly when she felt Darren’s body envelope her, pressing delicately against her hot middle. She felt an urgent rush of desire consume her, and soon, Darren’s lips were tugging against hers and his hot tongue was snaking inside as she felt him against her heat.
She cried out when Darren suddenly gripped her tightly and began to ease the head of his manhood inside of her. She shuddered as a deep wave of desire consumed her. It did not take long before they were panting together as delicious ecstasy began to grip them both.
Kelly shuddered in delight as her body was engulfed by Darren’s strength, and he held her firmly in place as he began to unleash his true power upon her. She closed her eyes and gasped in pleasure as he slid himself fully inside, letting out a low growl of appreciation when his member was fully engulfed by her folds.
He began to rock his hips, slow and steady at first, but soon, his pace began to reach a fevered pitch. Kelly was soon trying to bite her lip to keep from crying out in her satisfaction lest somebody see or hear them. But Darren didn’t seem too worried about it and continued his relentless assault on her senses until she had nearly lost all function. All she could think about was the enjoyment that consumed her, and that was all he needed from her.
Darren was consumed in administering sweet delight to her senses, and Kelly closed her eyes, completely enrapt by the gentle actions of her lover. He was attentive and gentle, but assertive and powerful with his deliberate actions. When he finally pressed a passionate kiss onto her lips, his eyes flashing with need, Kelly’s body tensed up. Wave after wave of deep pleasure consumed her as she was filled by Darren’s body, and soon, there were no other thoughts on her mind besides her pressing need for release.
Darren let out a deep growl of anticipation as he drew nearer to his climax, and Kelly shuddered. His body knew exactly what she needed to be swept up into her own euphoria, and they were on the way together, their bodies becoming one as they faced the edge of their orgasm together.
A sudden flash of heat snaked its way through Kelly’s body and she cried out as a deep contraction tightened around the muscle inside of her, gripping it tightly as she began to give in to the ceiling of her ecstasy. Darren seemed to sense instinctively that this was Kelly’s climax and let out another deep growl into the nape of her neck. She writhed against him as her body took in the length of his muscle, and soon, he was rocking his hips at a fevered pitch, extending her pleasure to the height of its peak, until suddenly, she felt him hesitate, and then roar into the open air as he gave a final determinate thrust inside her.
As soon as he did, a jolt of electricity electrified Kelly and she gazed up at the sky where the portal to the other dimensions was lying in wait. She saw a vision of a bear shifter briefly there, one that looked surprisingly similar to Kelly. She frowned and looked again, but it was gone.
She shuddered in shock and pleasure as Darren erupted inside her, his body unleashing the fury of his anticipation within her with startling swiftness. The hot explosion left her trembling in his arms, trying to brace for more. He let out another burst of heavy thrusts that brought her bliss back to the forefront of her mind, and then, finally pulled away, gathering her into a tight hug.
“I do not want to do anything to jeopardize what we are trying to build,” Darren said quietly, dropping a kiss into her hair. “I want to be with someone I can have a family with. Who will understand that, despite my harsh ways, I am trying my best to be a good man. Do you think you can be that person for me?”
Kelly swallowed hard. “I can try to be,” she said quietly.
Darren smiled. “Good. It is getting late, we should be getting back home. I would like to make sure you have dinner before you get too tired. Is that all right?”
Kelly nodded, and they dressed quickly. When they were done, the sun was beginning to set, and Darren pointed up at the sky.
“That is where our kind belong,” Darren said quietly. “Up there, in our own dimension. You may love the human side of yourself, but trust me. When you get in touch with the bear, you will love it so much more.”
Kelly gazed at Darren in disbelief, unsure of whether or not to let him in on what she had experienced during their lovemaking. But she decided against it and allowed him to lead her back to the car. He opened the door, waiting for her to get inside before shutting himself into the car and turning the engine. They headed off down the mountain in a comfortable silence.
Kelly stared out the window thoughtfully. She had seen something very strange. Something that, in her normal waking life, would have seemed impossible for her to see. And yet, it had happened, and she knew it. She hadn’t been imagining things. She wasn’t just being impressionable. That was real. And now, she didn’t know what to do about it.
