One year later …

I sighed, bowing my head, covering his hand with my own. Life is filled with difficult choices, and my husband made the decision to leave his family on account of me.

But lo and behold, things turn out different than you expect. Because Tyler’s dad died recently, and left the entire outfit to him. That’s right. My husband is now CEO and sole owner of the Lazy Q, with absolute discretion to do what he likes.
