Farseek - Lietenant's Mate: SFR Alien Mates: Bonus Surviving Zeus Mar (Farseek Mercenary Series Book 2) by T.J. Quinn, Clarissa Lake (15)

It wasn’t until I/ we came that I realized I had been so rough with Scarlet, though she seemed not to mind as she held me pressed tightly to her. She was still moaning and contracting around my cock as it pulsed inside her.

I cradled her face in my hands and coaxed her to look up at me. “Baby, are you okay? …I didn’t hurt you?”

She grinned up at me and said, “Only in a good way. That was awesome!” Then she moaned as another orgasmic contraction hit her. Gods, did that feel good! I pressed into her and kissed her lips and face and smoothing her hair back from her face as she shuddered again.

I had been disturbed and frustrated by everything I had seen at Tegliar Station that day, and I had let that emotional turmoil out by fucking Scarlet like an utter barbarian. She loved it! She was still in the throes of her pleasure. As I kissed and caressed her, my precious, beautiful solmatu.

I moved my hands to her breasts and flicked her taut nipples with my thumbs, pressing into her.  She groaned and shuddered yet again. Then I said the words that had been in my mind for weeks and kissed her tenderly. I loved her, and she loved me. There in the middle of everything happening around us we had found each other. But you get only one solmatu. The timing may never be just right for us to make a home and start a family, yet I still hope to find that in our future.

Although Scarlet’s orgasm was finished, I was reluctant to pull out of her. I loved the feel of her wrapped around me and my cock inside her. It was as close to endatu as I had ever been. I just looked into her eyes then leaned my forehead against hers and sighed. Slowly, she unfolded her legs from around my hips, and I let her down, so her feet touched the deck and withdrew my cock from her. We just stood there holding each other for a minute or two.

We decided to shower together before heading down to third meal. Uatu noses were very sensitive, and I didn’t want to arrive for the meal smelling of sex. It would be poor taste to flaunt the fact I had a mate while they did not. We picked up our clothes that were self-cleaning while we were sexing and took them into the bedroom. I made love to her again in the shower, slowly and tenderly then let the water wash away the evidence. By the time we had dressed again, it was time to go to third meal. After the Commander and Admiral held a meeting in the conference room for those of us who had gone out to reconnoiter in the station.

Every team reported numerous sightings of our people everywhere on the station. Estimates numbered them in the hundreds, possibly a couple thousand. I explained how an acquaintance who should have known me did not and that he seemed under mind control. All the eight teams reported similar experiences, whether they were people who should have known them or just seemed like they were being controlled by cybernetic implants.

“We have our AI team communicating with their systems to find out what kind of implants are being used and to find out just how many of our people are here,” said Commander Maktu.

“This means a change in our plan to raid the prison planet. We aren’t giving up on it, but we have a job right here. Once we procure that freighter from here, there is no coming back. We need to take our people with us.”

“How are we going to get our people to leave with us?” I asked when the commander nodded at me to speak.

“We’re waiting for the AI team to determine how the system works and then make it do what we want it to. They think they can gain control and have them board the ship once we have secured it,” Maktu told us. “We haven’t given up on the prison planet mission. The other Dreads are working on that instead. Depending on how many we liberate here, we should have room to evacuate from the prison planet as well. Then we will return them to Farseek.

“At some point, we will have to decide whether to continue looking for our people or to go back to rebuild our home world. Perhaps the stations AI system will be tied in with the Empire’s main system, and we can determine where to look for our people. As much as we want to, we will probably never find them all. There will come a time when we must stop looking and go on with our lives, build new homes and families.

“We don’t know how many may survive and where we can find more than a few thousand. We think the best course may be to simply rescue any others we may find when we go in for our people. No sentient being should be forced to live a life in slavery. Our people here are alive, but not really living when their every waking moment is controlled. So, they have become our priority now.”

Next, Admiral Degatu’s aid Mogen Brintu spoke.  “The freighter we found at the repair dock is more ship than we need, but it’s the only ship here that will do the job.  It’s Magnum Galaxy class passenger freighter set up for 10,000 passengers. It’s being prepped for a new colony transport. The ladies and I took a tour of the ship. It will be fully stocked, and ready go in two weeks. We have less than that to get control of our people enslaved here and get that ship out of here before the military escort arrives to take delivery.

“We could take it now, but it’s not fully stocked, and we need that, or we will have to acquire supplies on the run,” Brintu concluded and reseated himself.

The Commander nodded to Tahvo Yaktu our head of AI systems, and he stood to speak.  “We are into their system now under the guise of a system upgrade. Our AI is blazing through their files and pulling all information on the slaves here at the station. We’ve found a back door into the Sargus Central records system and sorting through the information about the Farseek raid. We are slowly retrieving the records on the people taken and where they were sent.

“So far we have accounted for about 70,000. Some of them are concentrated in places like this station. Then there are smaller groups spread out on many different worlds. We will be pulling data right up until we leave here. But we need to face the possibility that more of our people were killed in the raid than first estimated. We will know more when we finish assessing the data.”

After Yaktu took his seat, the Commander came back to the head of the table. “We are currently revising our plans on the rescue operations. We are going to make our way to the largest concentrations of our folks until we’ve filled the freighter, then we will head back to Farseek. We will continue revising our plan as necessary. Starting tomorrow, all available personnel will have orders to go out and work at partaking the pleasures of this station. I say work at it because they will all be doing reconnaissance.

“I want know exactly how this society works and where the security is strong and weak. Get to know the difference between the slaves and the ‘free’ minded people. Things could turn around fast with the ships coming into port every few hours. We’ve got two more Dreads coming,” he continued. “If we get a military ship in here before we get that transport out of here, we will have a fight.”

Commander didn’t say it to the group, but he’d told me he had a nagging feeling we had a fight coming. I’ve learned to heed the commander’s inklings.  He’s usually right.

We still had four days before the transport was ready to cut loose.  We could shave off a day if we had to.  The biggest hurdle was getting our people loaded onto the ship. The AI team had to get control of those implants, or the logistics would be mind-boggling.

The next day, we got the good news and the bad news. The AI team did get control of the slave implants, but we had an Empire battlecruiser on its way to Tegliar Station. We had about thirty hours to get our people loaded and break that transport loose before it arrived. The odds of us getting out before the battlecruiser arrived were not good. The odds were better they would arrive even sooner.
