Forbidden Omega: A Non-Shifter Omegaverse M/M Mpreg Romance (Road To Forgiveness) by Alice Shaw (16)

Cole

Dylan and Kinnat drove the rest of the way home, while my handsome fiancé and I slept comfortably against one another. There was no worry in those moments because we knew that our destination was safe. When we arrived in the city, we both smiled and said our goodbyes to the two omegas who helped Piper escape.

“We’ll see you soon,” I said to both of them. “Thank you for everything.”

Piper nearly pounced into both of their arms. He felt so much gratitude toward them. I honestly couldn’t imagine the emotions he was feeling at that moment, but I knew that they were strong. With tears in his eyes, he hugged them goodbye.

“Now what?” Piper asked as we walked toward my once empty flat. The crowds on the street at first alarmed Piper, but I took his hand and calmed his nerves.

“Now, we have the whole world to look forward to,” I said.

In all actuality, I was planning something more significant for Piper. The city was great and all, but it wasn’t everything. I wanted to take him somewhere special, where we could relax together, somewhere secluded and beautiful. I was planning our wedding.

But before we could do any of that, we had the baby to think about. “Let’s fall asleep together,” I said. “And next week, we can get you to a doctor.”

Piper’s hands slowly closed around his belly. He sighed, looking worried. The fact was that I was worried too, but I didn’t want to show it. Jacob caused a lot of stress on the pregnancy. I guess I did also in a way. It wasn’t the best time to get pregnant, but our passions were so powerful.

“I hope he’s okay,” Piper said.

“You’re both okay now,” I whispered optimistically. “Humans throughout history have gone through so much. I have so much faith in this, Piper.”

If somehow the pregnancy was compromised, I don’t know what I’d do. It would shatter me, but I would always stick by Piper’s side. Of course, Jacob wouldn’t exist after that. Every ounce of alpha in my body would come at him until he’d vanish from the earth.

I wasn’t used to this protective side of me, but Piper definitely brought it out of me. It was much more than that, however. The defensive and caring side came from my biology. Ever since Piper became pregnant, I felt it grow.

I wondered what I would turn into. Mainly, I hoped that I would be a better father than my own.

“Three weeks,” I sighed. “I’m so sorry, Piper. I thought it would take less time than that.”

“Cole.” Piper looked at me with those loving and empathetic eyes. His smile curled against his mouth. “It’s okay, really. You don’t need to apologize to me. You’ve done everything you can, including yelling at the receptionist last week.”

I blushed and let out a quick laugh while scratching the back of my head. I felt embarrassed for that backlash. “Oh, yeah. Um, sorry about that one. I went kind of overboard.”

“Well, I wouldn’t be too happy if you did that all of the time, but it was kind of a turn on seeing how much you want to protect me,” Piper said.

I parked the car in front of the doctor’s office. “I’d do anything for you Piper,” I said.

“I know that, my love,” Piper said, running his smooth hands down my back and up my shoulders.

We walked into the doctor’s office and sat down next to the stereotypical fish tank. Piper eagerly tapped his feet against the carpet. The receptionist couldn’t help but stare at me with annoyance as we waited.

After about thirty minutes, the nurse came out with his clipboard. He took all of Piper’s vitals, which appeared to be normal. The whole time, my heart was beating incredibly fast. It was Piper that had to deal with most of the burden, but I was still so worried about everything.

The doctor eventually came in with smiles. He introduced himself before sitting down. “I’m doctor Frederickson,” he said. He took the clipboard in hand but squinted his eyes with confusion. “I see your name, but you don’t seem to have any medical history. Who have you been seeing?”

Piper anxiously cleared his throat. He was unsure as to what to say. I took his hand and helped him answer. “It’s a long story, but we weren’t in such a good situation,” I said. “We haven’t seen anyone yet, actually, but I’ve heard good things about you. Our friends Dylan and Kinnat highly recommended you.

Doctor Frederickson understood immediately. From what I heard, he saw a lot of omegas that underwent similar situations. It was unbelievably cathartic to have clinics that understood the needs of patients with a unique history.

“No need to discuss that any further. I’m just glad you’re on the right path,” he said.

“I just hope my baby is okay,” Piper said. “I’ve been worried sick for months.”

It was my instinct to throw my arms around Piper. Doctor Frederickson was a bit more practical than me. “It’s never good to worry before you know exactly what’s going on. Have you been experiencing any symptoms?” he asked.

Piper and I both blushed. “Well, no,” Piper said.

“Then, why are you worrying?” The doctor gave a goofy smile, which somehow relaxed us both.

The doctor examined Piper, but the whole time he was easygoing and calm. I imagined what it might be like going to a doctor back home. The pressure to conform would be insurmountable. The subtle manipulation tactics would be enough to make an omega give up on themselves.

“I’m assuming this is the first?” The doctor asked. Piper nodded his head, and the doctor laughed. “This is the easy part. Just wait until he hits puberty. That’s when the fun stuff starts to happen.”

Piper and I shared a glance with each other. Yep. That was about the time we first fell in love. We were utterly rebellious, but we had to be. “He’s going to be so privileged,” I said. “I think the worst thing he’ll have to deal with is not getting enough toys on Christmas.”

Doctor Frederickson took off his gloves after the examination and bent forward with a smile. “I’m going to be honest with you. You look pretty damn healthy, Piper,” he said. A flood of relief entered my body.

“I do?” Piper asked innocently.

“You do. But I want to do an ultrasound to rule anything out, of course,” he said.

“Oh jeez,” Piper whispered.

I clutched his hand tightly and looked into his eyes. “Piper, if is wrong, I’ll be here for you. We can do anything as long as we’re together,” I said.

Piper gulped down his fears and nodded blankly. He was terrified, but I meant what I said. The doctor took both of our hands and calmly stated, “Don’t worry before anything is said and done. It’s a total waste of energy.”

That was easier said than done, but we tried our best. Doctor Frederickson applied the jelly to Piper’s belly. He put the bizarre tool against the tight skin. When the image of our baby came on the screen, I couldn’t help but burst into joyful tears.

“There he is,” Doctor Frederickson said in a light tone. “And you see that movement there? That’s your baby’s heartbeat.”

Piper gripped my hand as hard as he could. I swear, he was trying to break my fingers. “It’s our baby boy!” he exclaimed with pure happiness. “I’ve felt him lately, but seeing him is incredible.”

“And your placenta looks to be in the right area,” the doctor said. “And… yep. It is just as I suspected. Your baby is a happy, healthy boy. Congratulations, you two. You’re pregnant and good to go.”

I fell off my seat with shock. “Oh, thank God!” I screamed.

“Cole, you’re going to scare the other patients off if you yell that loud,” Piper warned me.

Doctor Frederickson laughed. “Everyone does it. Trust me,” he said.

Piper nodded. “I do trust you, doctor. I was so nervous coming into this office. It’s been a rollercoaster these past four months,” Piper said. “I feel like a weight has been lifted from my body. It’s like I can just… live! Fucking finally.”

“You’re damn right you can,” Doctor Frederickson said, holding his hand up for a high five. Both of us went for it.

It was the best doctor experience I had ever gone through. When you have a doctor that you can trust, it means everything.

“I’ll be here all season, so don’t worry about me going out of town or anything. I’ll want to see you again periodically, but I have complete faith that this will turn out perfectly,” Doctor Frederickson said.

Both of us shook his hand before walking out of the room and running out of the building. On the way to the car, we held our breath. Inside, we both screamed with joy. “He’s okay!” I yelled.

“He’s more than okay! He’s perfect!” Piper bawled.

Piper threw his arms around me and kissed my cheeks without pausing. “Thank you for helping me through this so far,” he said. “I know you’ll always be there for me. I know it more than anything in the entire world. You’ve always been there for me, Cole. How can I repay you?”

“You’ve already repaid me just by loving me,” I admitted. But Piper had ways of showing his love other than words. He placed his soft hand against the middle of my jeans and gently started caressing me. I felt my cock grow against my thigh, finally popping up against the center.

“You deserve this,” Piper said, smiling deviously. “Right now, I want to please you.”

“But we have to get home to order baby clothes online,” I said.

“Just sit back, alpha. Close your eyes. Let me do all the work,” Piper said.

“Fuck,” I whispered, feeling the desire creep into me.

I closed my eyes and tilted my head back against the seat. I pushed the position back and laid down, getting as comfortable as I could. As the sun shined brightly in the parking lot of our OBGYN, Piper unzipped my pants, soon revealing my rock hard cock.

“You’ve wanted this. Haven’t you?” Piper asked as he clutched my cock in his hands.

I nodded my head with a loud gulp. The knot in my throat tightened as I tried to swallow. “I have,” I said. “So fucking bad.”

Piper’s smile faded from his face as he lowered his head down. His lips parted open, and within a few seconds, I disappeared inside of his mouth. The warm pleasure that his tongue gave me calmed every nerve in my body.

“Fuck, Piper. That feels so good,” I moaned.

He moved his hand alongside his mouth, eagerly ready to please me. His eyes were wide open, staring upward as if to say, “Is this everything that you wanted?”

Of course, it was. Even though we had been close, we hadn’t much time to do this lately. The pregnancy was the main thing on our mind, and there didn’t appear to be that many hours in the day as there used to be.

“That’s it,” I grunted, placing my hand against his soft hair. I pushed lightly, but he grabbed my hand and made me push harder. “Nice and deep,” I said, working myself up to a frenzy.

I felt every nerve in my body tighten and expand. I closed my eyes again and focused on feeling him. I imagined his tight hole around my cock, thrusting into him deep and deliberate. Then, I ran my hand down his body to touch him.

Merely running my fingers against his rim was enough to push me over the edge. I had been saving every ounce for him. Piper slowly extended backward, saliva dripping from his chin. “I can feel you getting harder and harder,” he whispered. “Are you going to cum for me, my alpha?” Piper didn’t stop moving his hands.

I let out a deep grunt, unable to respond with any known language. This was too much for me right now, and I knew I was about to blow.

Soft and sweet, subtle and pure, Piper slowly took in every inch until, finally, I was longer able to control my body’s movements.

I trembled against the leather interior of the car, latching onto his shoulders. I wanted to say, “Pull back,” but I was unable to speak. Instead, a loud and deep groan escaped from my mouth.

I began pumping upward, shooting warm cum onto his tongue. Piper moaned with absolute pleasure as he swallowed every last ounce of me. “Jesus,” I said with a mild whimper. “Who are you, and what have you done with my Piper?”

My body started to relax. Piper sat next to me, laughing while wiping his lips clean. “I’m a new omega,” he said, proudly.

“I think I like this side of you,” I said.

In fact, I liked every side of Piper. He was my best friend in the whole world. More so, he was the love of my life. We weren’t scared anymore. Finally, we were learning how to let go of the past.
