I’d been a little worried that things would be awkward between us after I brought Cami to screaming bliss twice. Yeah, I was proud of myself. I should also have been extremely sated. Instead, that one taste left me craving more.

As we finished making waffles and ate our late lunch, we were still completely at ease with each other.

“These taste just as good as when you used the fresh batter,” I remarked.

“You can do this when you want to make waffles to impress a lady friend, but you don’t want her to see you go through all the steps,” she teased.

I frowned. “Even though we just have a friends-with-benefits arrangement, let’s avoid talking about me with other women. It makes me feel like a dick.”

“Don’t tell me that you’re secretly one of those guys who romanticizes sex,” she said.

I shrugged. “In some ways, I am. When it’s a one-night-stand, I don’t consider it anything more than a means to achieving mutual satisfaction, but affairs that last longer mean something to me. I don’t fuck around during those.”

She nodded her understanding. “Neither do I. I just didn’t expect you to be bothered by talking about it.”

“I guess I wouldn’t be if you wanted to talk about us with another woman,” I admitted.

“Us with another woman? Are you saying you want to have a threesome with me and another woman?”

“Or another man,” I replied.

She looked intrigued. “Have you had a threesome?”

“I’ve had threesomes,” I told her. “They can be fun.”

Her expression turned thoughtful.

“Is that something you want to try?” I asked.

“Maybe,” she admitted. “I’ve fantasized about it, but it was always something I expected to remain a fantasy.”

I nearly groaned at her admission. It was a huge turn on. At the same time, I felt a twinge of jealousy at the thought of sharing her—a strange reaction for me.

“I was worried I’d feel awkward around you after we had sex,” she said, voicing my earlier concerns.

“Me too,” I admitted. “I’m glad we were both wrong. We’re good friends, and I don’t want to lose that. We’re also really good together in bed. You are incredible.”

“I didn’t do very much,” she replied with a laugh. “Next time, I want more control. In fact, next time, I want to ride you.”

Cami was either teasing me or trying to seduce me. “Any time you want to take a ride, let me know,” I uttered. “My body is at your disposal.”

Her voice was breathy when she replied. “That’s good to know. I’ve had quite a few dreams about you.”

I stood and moved around to her side of the table. I held out a hand and met her gaze. She just stared at me for several moments.

“I think we should call it a day,” she finally said.

Letting my hand drop to my side, I sighed. “I guess you’re right. If we go back into your bedroom, I’ll let you ride me until we’re both exhausted. After that, we’ll have to deal with the uncomfortable moment when I wonder if you want me to stay.”

“I’m not sure I’m ready for that,” she admitted. “You spending the night, not more sex. I’m definitely ready for more sex.”

“You aren’t making this easy,” I said with a humorless bark of laughter. “Instead of you riding me until we’re both exhausted, we’ll talk later, when we're both naked and in our own beds.”

“What will we talk about?” she asked in a breathy voice.

“All the dirty things we want to do to each other,” I replied.

“Oh my,” she breathed out.
