Watercolor Kisses by Needa Warrant (11)

Chapter Eleven

It was almost nine o’clock before Aries woke up alone and naked in the big bed. She smelled pot smoke and heard voices laughing in the apartment. She rolled over and wondered what Lucifer had planned for today. It was getting easier to call him Lucifer or as Jewel did Luc.  It was sweet of him to have let her sleep late. He was considerate of her in most things. He did take care of Jewel and her and seemed to care about them both.

Leigh came bouncing into the bedroom. She was happy and excited.  “Get up, Aries! We’re going on a run to the hill climb in PA. We’re going to have so much fun today. There is good food, a band and it’s all the clubs meeting up together! We can buy stuff from the vendors; they have all kinds of stuff for sale. Lucifer said you should get up and eat. I love the hill climb runs.” She exited the room to give Aries some privacy.

Aries got up and sat on the side of the bed. It wasn’t safe for her to go and what was Lucifer thinking, she wondered. He was always lecturing her about being safe, yet he was going to take her where they were looking for her?

Lucifer walked in and studied her sitting there. “Babe, you gonna get up and eat? It’s going to be a long day. Have you ever gone to the hill climb?”

“I can’t go there. And no, I never went to one. I think I will stay home and clean or maybe go over to my aunt’s house.” She replied flatly.

He paid no attention to her and walked into the closet. After a bit of searching, he came out with a brand new black leather halter. He tossed it to her.

Aries felt the soft leather and looked down at the price tag. She was shocked that he’d spent so much on it. She laid it down on the bed.

“Lucifer, you know I can’t go. What if his club is there?” She looked at him sadly.

“Aries, get dressed and stop worrying about shit you don’t need to concern yourself over. You think I don’t plan every detail out when it comes to you or my club?” He left the room in a pissed off mood.

She picked up the halter. She wanted to wear it, and she wanted to be with her ol man and his club today. Fuck Gunner and Devil’s Grime MC. She got up and went into the bathroom where she washed her face and put on a bit of makeup. A ride would be great, and if Lucifer were sure she was safe, she would be.  She loved the feel of the leather halter and found a pair of jeans in black and put on her favorite boots.  She braided her hair and sprayed his favorite perfume on herself before making the bed and leaving the room.

Leigh and Maria had English muffins and scrambled eggs with a Bloody Mary in a tall glass waiting for her. They were drinking and having fun. Aries looked around for the men. She was hungry, so she ate and drank her drink. Another Bloody Mary was placed directly in front of her. Ria, as she was better known by, was a bartender at Hot Tramps. She had a thing for Siggy, but nobody knew where it was going.

Lucifer shouted up the stairs for Aries to come down. She took the drink with her and headed to the shop. Lucifer was talking to a few of his boys, and he stopped as he looked at her.

“Aries, that looks like it was handmade for you. But you’re going need something to keep you from getting sunburned. Here, try this on.” He held out a denim jacket with the sleeves cut off and a patch that read ‘Property of Lucifer’ on it.

It was new, and Aries took it from his hand carefully, looking at it and wondering if this was going to save her ass if the need arose. She put it on and watched him smile in satisfaction. If he was happy, so was she. She gave him a big grin. The nearby bikers all clapped when they saw her smile.

“Babe, I wanna put my name on you. I don’t have time to do it today, so I thought I’d add a black heart to your face. One to match mine.” He pointed to his upper cheekbone, and she saw the heart he once told her meant he was black hearted.

“I don’t want any man’s name on me. If you can do a smaller heart, more like a beauty mark, you can have that. Only that. I’m dead serious Lucian. No names. EVER.” Her voice was firm with determination.

Lucifer didn’t like what he was hearing but decided to go with her letting him do the heart; his name would be on her body, maybe not today but very soon. He motioned to the barbershop chair, and she sat down. It would only take a few seconds to do this tat. He wiped her face clean and watched her eyes as she sat there, proud and still. He knew she was only doing this, so he saved face in front of his brothers. He decided to make it a just tiny bit bigger, and they’d have matching tats. He did his prep work, and he turned on the gun.

Aries sat there thinking she’d lost her mind, letting him tattoo her face. The look in his eyes had warned her that a fight would come if she didn’t give into his matching heart tattoo idea. Her aunt would pay to remove it later, she reasoned. If anything, it would make her look unique. She stayed still as he drew the heart on her face, it was a tiny bit more toward her ear than up on her cheekbone. That worked well for her; her hair would hide it. It was a brief sting, and he was done and handing her a mirror. Damn him, it was larger than a beauty mark, but she didn’t say a word. It was pointless, and her green eyes flashed her displeasure as she looked at him. The bastard winked at her and shrugged, smiling widely. He reached over and smeared ointment on the tattoo.

“Love it babe, love you too.” Lucifer wondered if she’d tell him she loved him. So far she hadn’t, and it bothered him.

“Do you? It’s bigger than I expected it to be but I like it, I guess.” There was nothing more to say, and she drained her Bloody Mary.

Lucifer curled his lip at her. “Still not telling me you love me? What the fuck do I have to do to prove to you that I love you, Arabella?”

The use of her real name startled her. “It’s me; I don’t know how to say it…yet.  When I can, I will, and I know you love me. I’m trying to show you how I feel.” She spoke quietly and placed her hand on his arm.

“Try harder. There are lots of chicks that would love to be in your shoes. I’ve been very patient here, but you better start stepping shit up.” He warned her as he put away his equipment.

Aries headed upstairs and looked at Leigh and Maria. She wordlessly held her glass out for a refill.

Leigh looked at her with concern, “Did you and Lucifer fight? You look pale. Oh, my God, he put his heart on you! Aries, do you know how many times Lisa asked for that? Ria, look.” She pointed to the heart tattoo.

Ria handed Aries the tall refilled glass and inspected her tattoo. “Damn, you captured the devil’s heart, girl. Whenever Lucifer is at the bar, all he talks about is you and Jewel. You’re fucking lucky; I wish Siggy would claim me.”

Aries sipped the drink and looked at the two women. They were pretty, and they were smart women, and both loved their men, madly. She had one who loved her, and she didn’t know how to feel about it. These two weren’t ol ladies even, but they’d do anything for the men they loved. Maybe she was a fool, she thought. Lucifer was a catch, and she knew it by the way women looked at him. The word love came hard to her, and she wanted to say the words to him. Maybe she was damaged forever; she wasn’t sure. Loving a man was far different than the love she felt for her daughter or her aunt. He wanted more from her, and she had known he would. Her mind whispered to her, just say the damn words! But she couldn’t figure out how or when to say them. She finished the drink and washed the glass as Leigh and Ria chattered about gossip at the bar and in the club.

Lucifer came upstairs and was watching her back as she stood at the sink.  Her ass looked hot in her jeans and his property patch on her body made him feel real good. He’d break down every fucking wall she had until she was all his.

“Aries, can you come in the bedroom for a minute?” He didn’t wait for her to answer him.

She closed the door behind her and looked at him. He was standing there with his cock in his hand. She didn’t say a word but went and knelt in front of him and guided it into her mouth. She heard him hiss as she sucked and realized the power she had over him. Sex was terrific, and she’d make it even better for him. She licked the tip and looked up into his eyes.

“I love sucking your cock; you know that right? I can’t get enough of it.” She licked the tip before she sucked it greedily back into her mouth. She took as much of him as she could and gave him the best head she knew how to do.

This chick was something, Lucifer thought. She knew exactly how to calm him down, and her mouth felt like Heaven. He began to shoot his load and watched as she sucked it all down. He knew she wasn’t fond of swallowing, but she did it for him. He stroked her head softly.

“I didn’t mean to get nasty with you downstairs. I’m a little uptight today. You gotta bring a jacket for later and maybe you ought to put a support tee shirt over your halter. I don’t want you getting sunburned while we’re riding. Keep my property patch on, don’t take it off for any reason, got me?” He put out his hand for her to take and helped her up. She took off to the bathroom, and he grinned. She’d be brushing her teeth. Sure enough, he heard the water turn on. He knew his girl well. Next, she would use the mouthwash. He tucked his cock away and zipped up his jeans. Soon enough, he heard her spitting it out and the water turning off. She might not say she loved him, but that would come soon enough.

Aries came out of the bathroom with pink cheeks. “I hope that felt good; I’m trying Lucifer. Just give me a little time. I love the halter, thank you for it. Should I put sunscreen on?”

“Yeah, the other chicks should use it too. Go in the closet and get them support tee shirts too. We’ll be leaving soon, we’re just waiting for some more of the boys, and we’ll be meeting up with a helluva lot more on the way up. Don’t be talking to any other clubs either. Stick with Leigh and Ria and the other ol ladies. I won’t be far from you anyway. You don’t go to the bathroom without telling me. Gunner is still in jail, but his club will probably be there. You’ve got no reason to be scared. You’re my ol lady now.” He spoke the words with force and grabbed her face.

His lips on her sent shivers up and down Aries’ spine. His words burned into her brain. She was his. She wanted to make him her world and the rest of the world could go to hell. Her arms went around him and her eyes closed as they kissed passionately. He broke away from her as he heard the sound of motorcycles roaring down the road.

“Move your ass, babe. As my ol lady, the others will be looking to see how you act. You don’t take any shit from them. None. It’s like a test, how you behave reflects on me. I’m a president so your actions today will be judged by my brothers and their women. Make me proud of you, Aries.” He was dead serious as he looked her up and down.

She had removed the vest and was pulling a support shirt over her head. “I need to put cream on your tattoo.” He disappeared into the bathroom for a tube of ointment.

Aries swallowed and thought about his words. She got along well with everyone she’d met so far but there would always be the ones that wanted to get with Lucifer, and they would cause her trouble. She went into her night table drawer and found two dog chains she sometimes wore. They were held together by a two-sided clip. She put it around her waist and clipped it together, completely unaware that he was watching her.

Lucifer watched and thought to himself that she did hear every word he said. She was slick wearing her chains as a belt. He bet she knew how to use them to her advantage too. Aries had a tough time with Gunner, and he hadn’t given much thought if she knew how to fight.

“You know how to fight baby? I should have asked you before, but I don’t like reminding you of bad times. Pull up the shirt and let me put this cream on.”

Aries bit her lip before answering, “I can fight, I don’t like to but I can and I will if I have too. I used to hunt for deer, and I can shoot. I grew up in a small town. I was close to my adopted father before I messed up. He was a good dad, I guess. I learned a lot from him, but it hurt my parents when I got pregnant. My mother had joined this crazy church, and that became their lives. I went over to Westside where I met Gunner. Westside was the closest big town to where I used to live. I was rebelling from all that religious crap, and at the time, I thought I was having the time of my life. I wasn’t. He used me, and I got pregnant, and he walked away. That church wanted me to adopt Jewel to a family they picked out, but I refused to consider it. I finished school and moved in with my friend Melissa. She danced and encouraged me to dance. In time, I was able to afford a small garage apartment of my own, and I was doing okay, not great, but I didn’t need welfare. Then he found me again, and you know the rest.” She spoke rapidly, and she wrapped her arms around herself as she spoke.

Lucifer could picture it all clearly in his mind. A young innocent girl and a scumbag named Gunner taking advantage of her. He wanted to kill Gunner even more now. He’d never tell Aries that, though. Gunner would meet with an accident in jail, and she’d believe whatever he told her. She had just laid a lot of news on him, and he was in a rush today. He wished she’d told him this earlier. He capped the cream and tossed it on the bed.

“It’s fine, I got you babe, and you and Jewel are mine. We’re gonna have a great life, and you’re gonna meet my parents soon. Just get through today and don‘t worry about that bastard. I’m going do a few lines of speed, do you want any?” His drug box was on the night table, and he opened it up, pulling a bag of speed from his pocket and spilled some on the marble slab they had used last night.  He snorted two big lines and left a pile for her. “Make yourself some lines and call the girls in for a few. I gotta get downstairs, baby. You did well getting yourself and Jewel away. That took balls, and I’m proud of you.” He put the baggie back in his pocket and brushed a light kiss across her lips.

Aries watched him leave the room before she headed to the box. Some coke remained from last night, and she mixed it into her speed. She snorted a few lines before calling to the girls.

“Hey, I got lines in here if you want them.” She wiped her nose and waited. Leigh and Ria were coming down the hallway giggling. She liked these two and hoped they’d be friends for a  long time.
