The Billionaire's Wicked Virgin: A Naughty Single Father Novel by Blythe Reid (37)

2

Alissa

I didn’t want to be here, but it was a last resort for me. I wasn’t too big on the whole biker scene, but I really needed a job. I had just recently moved, and my apartment was within walking distance of this motorcycle parts store. I wasn’t a hundred percent sure what went on here, but I knew it was owned and operated by a local motorcycle club. I was here to turn in a job application.

“Here, I’ll take that for you,” the girl behind the counter said.

She looked to be about my age. She had black hair and bright green eyes. Her skin was absolutely flawless. The girl was gorgeous.

I handed her the application. “Thank you.”

“We desperately need some help,” she said with a laugh.

“That’s what I’m here for,” I said.

She laughed again, even though I hadn’t expected her to do so. My statement wasn’t really funny. But there was something about her that was drawing me in. Something about her easy laughter made her feel like she was a long-lost friend. I felt comfortable around her.

“I’m Isobel,” she said, extending her hand to me.

I shook it. “Alissa.”

“What brings you in here?” she asked.

“Well, I just moved, like right across the street,” I said, pointing in the direction of my apartment.

“Oh, that’s awesome,” she said. “If you’re that close, you’ll definitely work out.”

Just then, a couple of burly bikers walked in. They wore leather vests with patches all over them. I wasn’t sure who they were or what their positions were in the club. I didn’t know anything about that. All I knew was that the one with the dark eyes and long dark hair was smoking hot.

“Hey,” he said.

“Hi,” I said, suddenly feeling shy. It was a weird sensation. I looked at the vest he was wearing, and there was a small patch over his heart that said “President.” I was talking to the club president. I hadn’t expected that.

“Alissa here is looking for a job,” Isobel said. “Here’s her application.”

She handed it to the club president. He took it, but he didn’t even look at it. He just looked at me.

“You want a job here?” he asked. Then he held out his hand. “I’m Spencer.”

“Alissa,” I said and shook his hand. It was huge, engulfing mine, but when his warm skin met mine, I felt an electric shock shudder through me. I desperately hoped he hadn’t noticed my reaction.

“I’m Dustin,” the other guy said, holding his hand out for me. I let go of Spencer’s hand and shook Dustin’s hand.

“Are you new around here?” Spencer asked.

I nodded my head. “Yes, I am. I just moved here about a week ago.”

“Welcome,” he said. “I’m the club president, and Dustin is the vice president. We also both co-own this bike shop.”

“It’s really cool,” I said, even though I had no actual knowledge of motorcycles.

He smiled at me, as if he knew my dirty little secret.

“Trust me, I didn’t know anything about bikes when I first started working here,” Isobel said. “Dustin is my older brother, so I was kind of forced to work here.”

She laughed, and I laughed right along with her. Something about her told me we were going to be instant friends. I just got this overwhelming sense that all three of them were free spirits. That was exactly how I was. I usually just went with the flow, and it was sort of how I ended up in the bike parts store to begin with.

“Tell me, Alissa, have you ever been around motorcycles?” Spencer asked me.

I shook my head. “I’ve seen them. I rode on one once in high school, but other than that, no. I don’t really know much.”

“I’m glad you’re honest,” he said. “You’re hired.”

“Seriously?” I asked.

I was absolutely grateful, but I hadn’t been expecting that. I kind of thought they were going to reject me. I wasn’t part of their scene. And I didn’t really know anything about motorcycles, let alone vehicles of any sort.

“Yes, I’m serious,” Spencer said. “We really need someone to help Isobel out. You’ll pick things up as you go, and Isobel can train you on the things that you really need to know about. Have you ever had a job before?”

I nodded. “Yeah. Of course, I have. I worked in customer service jobs since I was about fourteen. Whether it was retail or fast food.”

“There you go,” he said. “You know how to run a cash register, and I’m sure you can figure out everything else eventually.”

“I’m a fast learner,” I said.

I caught myself staring at him and forced myself to look away. I didn’t want them to think I was a weirdo. But there was just something about this man that drew me to him. He radiated raw power, and it was sexy as sin. From what I could tell, he had to be around ten years older than me, but that didn’t bother me.

I’d always kind of been into slightly older men.

“You’ll start on Wednesday,” he said.

“Sounds good to me,” I said. “Thank you.”

The way he was looking down at me made me think of sex. It was all I could think about standing in front of him. I was a virgin, but something about being so close to him was making me feel all sorts of things I wasn’t used to feeling. I could feel the sexual tension between us. The desire was thick in the air. All I could think about was him bending me over and shoving his cock inside of me.

I cleared my throat. “What time?”

It was a lame question to ask, but I had to say something. I had to divert my attention somehow.

“We open at ten,” he said. “So if you can get here before, that would be great.”

I nodded.

“I’ll be here,” Isobel said. “I’ll get you situated and teach you everything that you need to know.”

I looked at her, thankful that she’d pulled me out of whatever strange sex haze I’d just been in.

“Thank you,” I said.

“No problem,” she said with a smile. She seemed so friendly and down to earth. I didn’t have any friends around here, so I was excited about meeting her.

I shook everybody’s hand and then left the shop. As I made my way back to my apartment, I threw the rest of my applications for other places in the trash. I’d planned on submitting the rest of them today. I didn’t expect to get a job here because I don’t know anything about motorcycles. But then I had what I guessed was an informal interview, and I got the job.

I just really hoped that I wouldn’t disappoint anyone. Especially myself. I made my way back to my apartment and found that I couldn’t get Spencer out of my head. There was just something about him that drew me in. A lot like Isobel, but different. Only I wasn’t fantasizing about Isobel taking my virginity.
