SEAL of Approval by Lynn Faye, Sarah J. Brooks (76)

Kayla

My downfall was that I had feelings for Matthew that he clearly didn’t have for me. I had to try and take the emotion out of the mix if I was going to play hardball with him. For the time being I intended to get Matthew into the White House. He wanted the VP position, but I had to wonder if it was possible to get him into the presidency.

I knew he wasn’t telling me his whole plan. He wasn’t even telling me the next step to his current plan. But if I knew Matthew, the oval office was what he was really going after. He didn’t want the Vice Presidency, he wanted to be the man in charge.

As we made love, I silently plotted the possibilities in my head. With just a few lucky twists of fate, I thought it was totally possible to get Matthew all the way to the oval office. Then surely, someday, when I was politically ready…I could make my move as well.

I laughed under my breath at the idea that I wanted to be President someday. It wasn’t something that I had ever considered before I had met Matthew. But now the political ambitions of Washington D.C. had started to rub off on me. I knew that having a friend like Matthew on my side down the road would certainly help me get to where I wanted to go.

I liked holding his body in such a precarious position. It was fun to think that with just a hard squeeze I could have Matthew begging me to stop. I laughed. Wouldn’t that be a turn of events if I was the one who caused the pain instead of Matthew?

The problem was, I couldn’t cause Matthew any emotional pain because he didn’t care about emotions. The only pain I could venture to ever cause him was physical pain. I smiled at the thought. Not because I genuinely wanted to hurt Matthew, I didn’t. I smiled because there was no area of his life that he was actually vulnerable. He was going to make a damn good President.

I continued to pleasure him with my mouth until he was as close to orgasm as he could get. Then I quickly slipped away and went to the bathroom and started the shower. The whole time I laughed at the thought of him lying on the bed waiting for me to come back.

“Are you coming back?” He yelled out after me.

“Nope.”

“Kayla, what the hell?”

I just stepped into the shower and put the shampoo into my hair. He certainly wasn’t going to beg me to stop anything I was doing to him. But I bet I could get him to beg me to continue.

Matthew and I were a fun couple. I liked how I was when we were alone together. We could play and joke and didn’t take life too seriously. It was a partnership that couldn’t have been much more perfect, except for Matthew’s lack of conscience.

“Kayla, what the hell are you doing? Aren’t you going to finish?”

“Nah, I’m going to shower now.”

“You didn’t get an orgasm either. I don’t see how this ends well for you. Just come back to bed. Let’s finish playing. We can shower when we are done.”

“Sorry, already got the soap in my hair. Then need to get ready for the White House Dinner.”

I continued my shower routine and tried not to look at Matthew. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him walking back and forth in the bathroom as he tried to figure out just what he wanted to do. It was funny as hell. He expected that I cared just as much about having a big orgasmic finish as he did, but he was wrong. I didn’t care nearly as much about an orgasm as Matthew. Not many women did. Women want the emotional connection first and then the physical, but we were perfectly fine with not having that physical connection every now and again.

The cold twirl of air rushed into the shower stall as Matthew walked in with me. I couldn’t help but smile as I opened my eyes and saw his naked body standing across from me in the shower. His erect attention was pointed toward me and I felt like a school girl as embarrassment flushed my face.

“We need the Vice President’s death to be Masson’s fault,” Matthew whispered as he stood naked in front of me.

“Do you think we could set up the President as also being involved?”

“What? Why?”

I didn’t look at Matthew and instead continued to rinse the soap out of my hair and let my comment sink in with Matthew. Surely he had to have thought about it himself. Surely he wanted to be the President and not the Vice President.

“Wrongdoing. Corruption, prostitutes. We could make this all turn out really well for you if we plan accordingly,” I said.

“It’s not possible Kayla. We need to stick to the plan. Get Masson out of the picture and get me into the VP position. Then at next election, I can make a run for the White House.”

“Matthew, you don’t have the funding for a White House run. Don’t be delusional. You need to get appointed not voted in. Or…” I paused as I thought about the possibilities and how Matthew could get into the White House.

“Or what?”

“Or if you were Vice President and something happened to the President. Then you would take his spot.”

The look Matthew gave me was filled with disgust, but then he just started to laugh hysterically. He put his hands on his knees as he bent over and tried to catch his breath from laughing so hard.

“Oh, wow Kayla. You are even crazier than I am.”

“I’ll take that as a compliment.”

Matthew grabbed me and pulled my wet body next to his. He still had a raging hard cock that I knew he wanted to slide inside of me. The torture of my refusal was just too much for him. But I was enjoying every moment of it. I didn’t know why; but I sure loved to torture Matthew with the things he couldn’t have. He was just so use to getting his own way and I didn’t want him to continue with that high comfort level.

“You should take it as a compliment. I’ve never met a woman like you,” Matthew said as he leaned down and kissed me.

The passion and excitement I felt from having Matthew’s lips on mine was enough to momentarily make me forget about my plan. But then I pulled away from Matthew and stepped out of the shower. I had more willpower than Matthew would ever have.

“I need to pick out my outfit for the White House Dinner,” I said as I wrapped myself in a towel and left the bathroom.

“Seriously Kayla, you’re going to leave me like this?”

“Use your hand. It likes to get dirty anyways.”

I couldn’t help but laugh as I stood outside of the bathroom and pictured Matthew caving in and using his own hand to pleasure himself. He certainly couldn’t have predicted just how divisive I could be.
