Losing It

I HELD HER TIGHT until she calmed down, feeling her relax, her palms now spread out flat against my chest. I turned my head, pushing my face into her hair, the soft scent of amber and vanilla filling my nostrils. I felt her stir.
“You okay?”
She nodded without saying anything.
“Here… come… sit down. I’ll get you some water,” I said as I started to pull away from her.
“No… stay,” her words urged me to stop.
She tilted her chin upward, her hair fell back. She had a peculiar look in her eyes as she scanned my face.
“Did you mean what you said just now… when we kissed… that you wanted me?” Her cheeks flushed a soft pink at the question, although she didn’t break our gaze.
Not quite sure where she was going with this, I paused before I responded.
“Yes, I meant it.”
The look in her eyes changed and a small smile tugged at the corners of her mouth. What was she playing at?
“Then kiss me again.”
I didn’t expect that. The heat that had been between us returned in an instant. I closed my eyes for a split second to steady my thoughts, raking the fingers of my one hand through my hair, letting out a slow breath. She was clearly not thinking straight.
“Eris… no,” the words were spoken so softly that it was almost inaudible.
“No?” There was a gleam in her eyes that I’ve not seen before, challenging me to accept the invite. This was not a little-scared college girl looking at me now; this was a beautiful, passionate woman, and she knew exactly what she was asking me to do.
“Goddammit, Eris. Don’t ask me again unless you are very sure of what you are asking here. This time I will not stop…”
Her next move totally took me by surprise. She leaned back, looking me straight in the eye.
“Then don’t…”
I didn’t need another invitation. I moved forward, sweeping her up in my arms, the force nearly took the breath from her as she gasped. I moved towards the bed, and laid her down, settling beside her. Hell, she would be the end of me.
I lowered my head, devouring her mouth, pushing my tongue forward to invite her to open her sweet mouth to me. My head was screaming to slow down, not to scare her. I needed not to push too fast, but God, I couldn’t make my mouth listen.
She met my passion, brushing her tongue against mine. She started tugging at my shirt with her fists as if she wanted to tear it off my body. I moved to stand on my knees, pressing my one knee between her legs, pushing them apart. I pulled at the tracksuit pants she was still wearing keeping my eyes on her face to watch her expression. If she showed any sign of hesitation, I needed to go slower.
Her eyes flared open, but when she pulled her knees up slightly tilting her hips, waiting for me to move, I nearly lost it. Thank God she wasn’t wearing underwear as I was so hungry for her I’d have torn it from her body with my teeth.

“No… no, Kyle,” she shook her head, panting. “I want you to… I always wanted it to be you.” Her words sounded like a desperate sob.
Her confession surprised me, touching a place within me that I’ve never allowed myself to go emotionally.
I pushed my one hand beneath her hips and plunged deeper, not being able to stop even if she begged me to, breaking through the thin wall as I sank into the velvet heat that was so sweet it took the breath from me.
She cried out and moved her head to the side, shutting her eyes tight.
Gasping for air, I held still as I knew she would need to adjust to me first. Fuck, she was so tight. I was desperate to move.
“You okay, sweetheart?” I asked, needing to know.
“Yes. Kyle, don’t stop. Please… please,” she begged me. I didn’t hold back and slowly rocked backward, plunging into her again. Her hunger seemed to increase as she dug her nails into my back.
