The trip home was relaxed but the tension was building. Maddie felt excited and nervous but relieved about her decision to take the promotion; however she still had to discuss the other part of things…the physical relationship.

She couldn’t figure out how this could work unless Bennet agreed to keep it completely out of the office and basically a secret. Then again, she wasn’t worried that he wanted to parade her around town, she knew it was purely a physical need to control or dominate her, probably to do with his ego or a billionaire power trip.

While she was deep in thought trying to figure out how to even approach the subject she felt the warmth of Bennet’s hand creeping up her thigh, under her skirt! She looked down in shock and then whipped her head around to face him. His eyes were piercing, staring at her as if he wanted to devour her.

"Oh speaking of which, I spoke to the management company that owns my building and they said that my apartment should be ready within a month so I’ll finally be out of your hair."

Bennet’s demeanor seemed to change a bit, "Well that’s great news then." He said curtly as the elevator opened and he ushered her inside the house. His mood changed immediately, Maddie sensed it but wasn’t about to ask what was wrong so instead she put her head down and headed quietly to her room.

She had been tempted to tell Jazmine about her more intimate interactions with Bennet but in the end decided she’d rather keep things to herself. She had never been very open about her sex life even with her best friend, she just felt some things were more private.

She had often fantasized about certain desires even when she had been intimate with her college boyfriend.
