Sarah’s heart felt like it was beating loud enough for Danny to hear it. She was so nervous. It was finally happening. Danny let go of her hand to close the bedroom door and she watched him in a daze. She wasn’t sure what she was supposed to do. Her face must have shown her apprehension because he smiled at her and stepped in face to face.
“Take a deep breath,” he said.
His voice was calming.
