Storm
“How are the sex games going?” Piper laughs when I hiss sitting down beside her in the courtyard.
“You want a checklist of my injuries?”
“Hell yeah, I do.”
“Pussy swollen from too much fucking, canker sore from too much sucking, and deep bruises everywhere,” I stress.
“Sounds fun.”
“His cock can’t enter any more of my holes until I’ve gotten some rest. I’ve forbidden it.”
“What did he say?”

The door to the courtyard opens, and Winter and Jinx come into the sun.
Winter’s smile is so large, it’s creepy.
“What’s going on?” I ask when they sit down.
“I’m pregnant,” Jinx gushes. “She made me,” she points to Winter, “pee on multiple tests to be sure.”
“Pyro doesn’t mess around,” Piper laughs. “Geesh.”
“It’s an MC baby boom,” I joke. “Babies galore.”
“Have you told him?” Piper asks.
“She fucking texted him she was pregnant,” Winter grumbles. “Who does that?”
Jinx gives Winter a playful hit on the arm. “We do,” she shrugs, “we’re easy.”
“Fastest pregnancy in Breakneck history,” Winter sighs. “And she ruins the reveal.”
“You knew it wouldn’t be long,” Jinx says in her defense. “I’m not on birth control, and he’s a beast.”
“He’ll be here any minute,” Winter says checking her baby monitor. “He is beastly when it comes to her.”
“He responded?” I question Jinx. “What did he say via text.” I use my fingers for quotation.
“Pyro won’t respond. I expect I’ll be hauled off soon.”
They’re so weird.
“I’ve already called the doctor and ordered another ultrasound for tomorrow,” Winter tells us. “Then we head to the family estate.”
I twist my hands. “Did you make my appointment for my check-up?”
Winter laughs. “Yes, I made your appointment for overuse.”
“Bitch.”
“Thank you,” Winter tease. “I pride myself on it.”
The courtyard door slams open and Pyro stalks out into the open. “C’mere wife,” he demands.
Jinx smiles but refuses to move.
“Did you hear? I’m gonna be a dad?” he says as he drops down to the ground and turns Jinx in her seat; he proceeds to lift her shirt and kiss her stomach. “My little flame.”
See. They’re strange.
“Or cube,” Jinx whispers running her fingers through his hair.
“Or cube,” he says lifting her into his arms and whisking her away.
“I….,” I mumble when no words can be found in my vocabulary for what just occurred.
“I’d almost hate to see what their drama would be like,” Piper laughs. “One of our little fights,” she motions between us, “would be their biggest.”
“You’re one to talk,” Winter teases. “You fell in love with your best friend, too.”
“Fuck off,” Piper tosses back and then covers her mouth mumbling she’ll be back through her fingers.
Piper gets five feet from the door before she dry heaves, and then Winter starts gagging from the sound, gets up and takes off running to the door, barely grabbing it behind Piper.
“Well….” I look around at the empty courtyard and then at the monitor to see my sleeping infant. “Mommy sure did miss out on all the fun, huh?”
