Friends With Benefits by H J Perry (12)

Only at the twenty-third hour did Dylan decided to return to his parent's home for Christmas. There was a four-week break from the University's formal lecture and seminar routine, but the facilities only closed for a few days, including the invaluable library. He made full use of the long break to get on top of his coursework for the year and make good headway into his final dissertation.

Of course, everyone has a couple of days off for Christmas. A few of his friends were doing voluntary work in homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Dylan was tempted to do this too. It would make a change from his endless hours of college studies, and he'd feel like he was doing something useful for the community. It would be something different to do at Christmas and an excuse not to return home to his family.

He hadn't wanted to return to his home town because he knew he couldn't be so close to Jamie without arranging to see him. Dylan had reasons for avoiding Jamie, but when they were in the same town, the magnetic pull would be impossible to resist. Dylan valued their friendship. He valued it so much that he feared he'd do something ridiculous to jeopardize it. Hard to believe that this time last year he hadn't even met Jamie. They'd only known each other since the previous Easter break when Dylan returned home to work on a temporary construction job that he'd been fortunate to find.

That chemical attraction worked just as Dylan knew it would. He arrived home by train long enough to dump his bag, assess his sleeping arrangements, and have a cup of tea. His parents were only just home from work, but Dylan had a few days ahead of him planned to spend with his family. He freshened up and checked up on his friends via social media. It didn't take long to discover the old gang was meeting up for a drink and Jamie would be joining them directly from his shift at the supermarket.

Outside the staff exit, Dylan realized he could be waiting a long time if Jamie had exited through the store, which was quite possible. He pulled out his phone. Jamie's shift should've just ended. Dylan typed in a message. "What are you wearing?" If the answer was anything along the lines of ‘hideous man-made fibers’, or a hue hinting at mud mixed with tree bark, then Dylan knew Jamie was still inside the store. He wouldn't be seen out in his work uniform.

The reply came within seconds. "Why?"

"Don't want to be outshone by your dazzling clothes as well as your stunning looks."

"Where are you?"

"Staff exit. Waiting for you."

There was no further message from Jamie.

A few minutes later he appeared in person, dressed in a bright red puffer jacket with fur lined hood that looked very warm and seasonally festive. "Hi!"

They hugged and kissed each other on the cheek. "I was on my way to the Huntsman. What are you doing here?"

"Coming with you to the Huntsman." Impulsively, Dylan wanted to take hold of Jamie's hand. On a dark and cold December night they were less likely to be spotted by homophobes so it wasn't the possibility of abuse from passers-by that stopped him, but fear of Jamie's reaction. They'd been so close before they'd slept together. Back then holding hands or other touches were part of their friendship. They were unusually close and tactile, but it was normal to them.

"Why didn't you let me know you were in town? When did you get back?"

"So many questions, Jamie." They turned together to walk across the car park alongside each other.

"I didn't let you know because I've had so much college work on, I wasn't even sure I was gonna come back for Christmas."

"I don't want to appear all bah humbug, but I'm about ready to cancel Christmas too. We've been selling festive decorations and gifts for months. We've been wearing our Christmas jumpers, and playing a mix of carols and Santa songs in the shop for weeks."

"Has it been busy?" Dylan asked.

"Busy. Oh my God, Dylan, you've no idea. Do not go in a shop in December if you can avoid it. I take my life in my own hands every day at work. I can't believe so many people don't do online shopping. Instead, they rampage down the aisles and through the checkouts like stampeding elephants. Don't they know that's what the Internet and Postal Service are for? It's as if Christmas was sprung upon these people and they didn't have three-hundred and sixty-four days to prepare."

Dylan chuckled even though Jamie continued to look deadly serious. "So are you all ready for Christmas? Did you shop online?"

"Come on, I get a generous staff discount, and I work in a shop. Of course I shopped here. It's all done. I just had to bring the stuff home. I've only got two days off, Christmas day and Boxing Day, so Kevin and Dad said they'd take care of Christmas. They've got two weeks off in the construction industry."

They had reached the perimeter of the car park and turned left in the direction of the bar. It was close enough to walk; too close to justify standing around in the cold waiting for a bus.

"I haven't bought you a gift for Christmas, Dylan. I didn't think I was going to see you. I never thought you'd show up, unannounced, the day before Christmas Eve,"

"It's Christmas eve eve," Dylan corrected. "And I can think of the perfect gift you can give me." But he had no place to take Jamie, so it was a moot point.

Jamie seemed to miss the suggestion as he asked, "What about you? Are you ready for Christmas?"

"I thought I might have to cancel Santa. I wasn't a hundred percent sure if and when I'd get here. So I'm gonna be that guy who does all his shopping and present wrapping on Christmas Eve." Dylan bumped shoulders with Jamie, who rolled his eyes.

"When you go back?"

"I'm just here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then Mom's giving me a lift back on Boxing Day."

Jamie gave a sideward glance over his shoulder. "No time to hook up then? Unless it's tonight?"

"Obviously your place is out of the question and relatives have already descended on my folk's place. I'm on a camp bed sharing a room again, so I don't think there's much chance of that." And then it occurred to Dylan that Jamie may not have been referring to the two of them together. Jamie probably meant it as a more general comment; nothing was stopping Dylan going home with some other guy.

Jamie glanced at his watch. "Dad and Kevin are out, but I know they'll be home later. If we went right now, my place is empty."

"In that case, why are we walking in this direction?" Dylan was both surprised at the suggestion and delighted that Jamie also seemed keen to take advantage of the FWB arrangement.

They stopped, but instead of turning around Jamie pulled his phone from his pocket. "Let's get a cab. It's faster, and we'll conserve energy that we might need later."

Dylan could have hugged and kissed Jamie right then, but he controlled his excitement: bright street lights, and lots of traffic, and all that. He loved the way Jamie was thinking.

On the way home, Dylan was itching to ask if there been anyone else. Casual or otherwise. When they had chatted online recently, Jamie had talked too much about the cute guy who recently started working at the supermarket. Dylan wasn't worried about casual—that was expected—it was 'otherwise' that concerned him.

Dylan didn't ask because he didn't want to spoil what limited time they had together by finding out something he didn't want to hear.

Instead, Dylan told Jamie about his financial concerns. Despite completing a degree and having experience with an architect firm, he didn't underestimate the difficulty of getting a real job when he finished.

"What do you think you will do in May or June?"

"Of course I'm hoping to get a trainee position somewhere. But the competition is tough, and it could take months. I'm keeping my pathways open to working as a laborer again this summer. Possibly with Mike or Gary or anywhere that will have me. Perhaps your dad for your brother might hear of something."

"That would be so weird if you were working with dad or Kevin. I know they both say there's a big turnover of laborers." Jamie did not need to spell it out in the back of the minicab. If his family discovered Dylan was gay, knowing that Dylan was Jamie's best friend, it wouldn't take much to put two and two together.

"Don't worry, all your secrets are safe with me, Jamie. I would never mention you anywhere I work. I was dead lucky to work with Gary last year because I haven't broadcast any personal stuff on a building site either."

The taxi cut the twenty minute journey time in half, Jamie didn't live far from his workplace. Jamie led the way into the house, pausing at the door as Dylan followed him. When the door was shut, Jamie threw the deadlock bolt.

"Dad and Kevin can't get through that without us knowing about it. They will have to ring the bell or call me on my phone to let them in."

Finally, alone and able to touch, Dylan moved closer and placed his hands on Jamie's narrow hips. "Good thinking. What time do you expect them?"

"I've no idea. It could be hours, or it might be only one." Jamie bit his bottom lip. "I remember the noise you make. We might not hear them. Hence the bolts on the door."

Jamie looked so irresistibly sexy, and he already seemed to be breathing a little heavier. Fuck it. Dylan couldn't decide whether he wanted to pick Jamie up and run upstairs with him over his shoulder, or whether that would take too long and he should ravish him right there in the hallway. The images racing through his mind were completely inappropriate ways the think about a friend.

He needed Jamie's dick.

Inside him.

In his mouth would be a good start.

"Would you like a drink?" Jamie pulled away.

"No. Not now. Later."

There was a choice of directions, Jamie led the way upstairs. His tight jeans showed off his perfect ass, wiggling as it ascended in front of Dylan's almost drooling face. Jamie oozed incredible sex appeal and gracefulness. Dylan couldn't understand why he hadn't seen it from the start.

With each step higher up the stairs, Dylan's passions elevated as well. Christmas was on its way, and all good things were coming to Dylan very soon and not too far away.

When they stepped into Jamie's bedroom, Dylan took larger strides to bring himself completely up close behind Jamie. He slipped his arms around Jamie's waist and pressed his face against Jamie's neck, which he kissed. The scent of Jamie filled Dylan's nostrils and compelled him to open his mouth and lick and taste the person who smelled so good.

Holding the man close, Dylan's hard cock strained, pushing against his tight clothes and Jamie's cute little ass.

Arousal propelled Dylan's hands into action. His right hand rose up the front of Jamie's body to feel his firm flat chest through his clothes. Dylan's left hand went downwards, seeking the hard bulge that he knew would be there. He rubbed the long erection with the palm of his hands against the fabric of Jamie's clothes. Jamie let out a small sexy moan and arched his body, yielding to Dylan's touch.

Dylan could not remember ever wanting someone in the way he wanted Jamie. It wasn't just about a sexual position, it was about wanting that person; a connection so primitive and also profound. Dylan would do anything to Jamie and wanted Jamie to do everything with him. He wanted it so bad it hurt.

He couldn't understand why he'd let weeks slip by since he'd last seen Jamie at Halloween. There was no excuse. They could have probably seen each other once a week because Dylan's University wasn't so far away. And he knew it was his fault. He'd pushed Jamie away, told him he was wasn't his type. Crap.

With Jamie in his arms, Dylan knew he wasn't going to make the same mistake again. He was going to make it work with Jamie because being apart was torture and he wanted to see Jamie. They'd talk about that later because right now there was cock sucking and fucking to be done and they still had to get their clothes off.

Dylan maneuvered Jamie on the spot, and he turned willingly and easily—as light as a feather and as smoothly as a ballerina until he faced Dylan and their mouths met. Jamie's arms around Dylan's shoulders, his fingers sliding up the back of Dylan's neck and into his hair.

Their open mouths connected in sloppy wet passionate kisses that tasted of dirty, horny thoughts. It was like a telepathic connection; information transferred via saliva and sending a pint of blood and lust to Dylan's already straining cock. Jamie may appear a sweet femme boy on the streets, but in the bedroom, he was a dirty-minded porn actor, and Dylan was about to be involved in a private show.

Dylan stepped back, keeping their mouths connected but allowing enough space for his hands to fumble with Jamie's clothing. He needed Jamie's cock in his hand and in his mouth all at once and right now. Certainly, before they were interrupted. Skilfully, Dylan had Jamie's jeans underdone and pushed down in seconds. Jamie collapsed, sitting on the bed immediately behind him, and Dylan sank to his knees.

He licked around the swollen cockhead a couple of times before lapping up the spicy precum already evident. Dylan then extended his tongue to lick down the shaft as he engulfed it slowly, inch by inch, into his mouth.

Taking it right down to the back of his throat until he could take no more, he then worked slowly up and down, sucking in and releasing Jamie's delicious cock while fondling his balls with one hand. With the other, Dylan undid his own clothing, releasing his painfully hard dick, which he tugged a couple of times for a little much-needed relief.

"That's good. That's fucking good." Jamie had one hand on Dylan's head, and Dylan thought about the time that Jamie fucked into his face. Dylan wanted to do that again and so much more, but right now he wanted to do so much more to Jamie. He slipped slowly off Jamie's cock.

"Move back a little onto the bed and lie down."

With a questioning look, Jamie shuffled back a few inches. Dylan stood up and encouraged him a few inches further, and then placed a hand on Jamie's chest to encourage him to lay flat on his back.

Dylan descended to his knees again while with his hands on the back of Jamie's thighs he pushed Jamie's legs up in the air and apart. Exposing his perfect rear.

With his chin against the bed, Dylan extended his tongue as far as he could, licking from the top of the crack, slowly. He twirled his tongue into the tight groove and made slow progress along that trail toward Jamie's pucker.

The moan that escaped Jamie's lips confirmed how much he enjoyed this. Dylan kept his hands on Jamie's spread cheeks and licked around the pink pucker, taking all the time in the world to tease. Once he started working on and in, and on the hole, Jamie became more vocal.

"Oh my God. Oh, my God. Oh my God, Dylan."

Dylan wanted it. Wanted Jamie to fuck him. Wanted it so bad so badly that he had to consciously make an effort not to simply get on the bed and beg Jamie to fuck him so hard he screamed.

And he knew Jamie could do that.

And he was damn sure Jamie wanted to be fucked. Dylan liked it, loved it. He was sure Jamie would too. Dylan wanted to do everything to please Jamie tonight if they were going to become more than friends with benefits, before he talked with Jamie about becoming boyfriends, and possibly even exclusive.

Dylan moved a finger to the wet and aroused opening and pushed in only the tip. It went in easily, but Dylan wasn't about to hurt Jamie. This was Jamie's first time, and they were gonna need a lot of lube. Dylan was damn sure Jamie would want this. Why wouldn't he?

"Jamie, please tell me you've got lube?" Dylan had a couple of condoms in his wallet, and a small sachet of lube, which would suffice if Jamie fucked him but Dylan knew Jamie would require far more than that for his very first time.

Instead of answering with directions Jamie shuffled back a little and sat up. His face flushed red, arousal in his eyes. "I have lube and condoms, plenty, but I want to fuck you, Dylan."

"Why?" Dylan submitted a potentially winning entry to the competition for silly questions at inappropriate times. "I thought you'd want this; that you'd want me to fuck you."

"I'd like to do that." Jamie slipped his hands over Dylan's and drew him onto the bed. "One day, I definitely like to do that. But Dylan right now, I'm so horny, I haven't had sex with anyone in forever, and I'd really like to fuck you. Is is that okay with you?"

"It's very okay with me." He'd lay on the bed every time and feel fingers or a dick or a toy in his ass. It's just what he liked most, by far.

Some guys stuck to hand jobs and blow jobs, especially with casual hookups, which was fine, and lots of guys were vers. Dylan would fuck Jamie. He wanted to fuck Jamie. And he was sure Jamie would like it.

But ultimately, Dylan wanted to be entered and possessed by a man who took control and mostly topped in the bedroom. On his stomach, on his back, on all fours, bent over a sofa, standing up, or squatting over a man sat on a chair. Any and every position. That was what Dylan really wanted. Everything else was nice, very nice, but not on the same level of fucking ecstasy.

Although they had talked about sex many times, as friends, Jamie had no fucking idea. Dylan had never confided just how much he preferred to take it.
