“I don’t want her cuffed, Wasp,” Ashton says to her husband. “I’d like to see what this bitch is made of.” I look from Ashton to Kori and see her rubbing her hands together, like she can’t wait to get started. I’m a little nervous, I’ve never seen a fight, let alone be part of one. From that standpoint I was always sheltered at home. At least they kept some things away from me.
“You sure love? I don’t think I could handle seeing marks on you,” Wasp tells Ashton. “I’d have to punish the bitch myself if I see even one mark on you,” he tells her in all seriousness.
“Hear that bitch?” Kori says to Tasha. “Guess you best keep your hands to yourself, unless you want the wrath of our men upon you,” she says while laughing. Meanwhile, I’m having a hard time understanding what is funny about any of this. Yes, I was ready to take this bitch on earlier, but this is a little much. It’s three against one! I may not be experienced, but I’m not sure this is how it’s supposed to go. Since I have no clue, however, I’ll go with the flow and take my cues from Ashton and Kori.
The guys all leave the room and stand outside of the now closed door. It feels like the walls are closing in on me, but I breathe through it so I show no weakness to this club babe. Showing weakness to these whores will chop you off at the knees and give them the free will to go after you. And I personally have had enough of it with this skank to last me a lifetime. It’s time to pony up and join the race. I am brought out of my thoughts at the sound of Ashton’s voice.
“Now that it’s just us girls, why don’t you tell us what you were thinking, going after an Ol’ lady the way you did?”
“She’s a stuck-up bitch who needs to be put in her place!” Tasha screams out. Tasha and I are staring each other in the eyes when I see a hand swing out and slap her hard across her face.
“Wrong answer bitch!” Kori screams out as soon as her swing made contact. “Ol’ ladies are coveted, protected and respected. You have done none of those things where Bristol is concerned. You need to learn your place or pack your things and move along,” Kori says to her as her chest constricts with anger.
“Three babes have been shown to the door in recent months. Are you ready to join them? Or would you like to be here under the protection of this club?” Ashton asks the skank, I mean Tasha.
“You don’t have the authority to make that decision!” Tasha huffs out at us like she has us. Not knowing that we, the Ol’ ladies, are in charge of the babes. Ashton grabs her hair and pulls her closer to her.
“Wrong again bitch,” she says as she spits in her face. I make a mental note to never get on their bad side.
“Don’t be disgusting!” Tasha screams out at Ashton. Wrong move, do some people never learn? Ashton’s going to rip her a new asshole.
“Me, disgusting?” Ashton asks her, like this is a new concept for her. She tilts her head as she looks into Tasha’s eyes. “No skank, it’s your job to be disgusting, spreading your legs for any willing man who has a cock attached to him. It’s my job to keep you in your place and show you the error of your ways. Now, answer the previous question.”
“What question was that again?” Tasha says smugly with a sweet look upon her face, like she truly doesn’t remember. What a crazy bitch!
“Like you don’t remember the question, you psycho bitch,” I mumble under my breath. Bitch has lost her ever loving mind.
“She really does need to be taught some respect,” Kori says to us. “Like Bristol said, this bitch is psycho.” Ashton agrees with that statement and pushes Tasha back down into the chair she was ripped from earlier.
“You know you’re not good enough for Ghost, don’t you?” Tasha says, facing me. “You’ll never be able to keep him satisfied in his bed or out of it. He needs someone strong and able to deal with his life,” she says while smirking at me…only this time, I don’t let my insecurities get the best of me. Not able to help myself I reach out and slap her right across her face with all the strength I possess in my body.
“And let me guess, you think you’re the right woman for the job, I take it?” I ask her with mock sincerity in my voice.
“I know I am, it takes a special breed of woman to take care of men like him. Ashton and Kori have it. You, however, do not. There is nothing special about you, you’re snobbish and want things your own way. It doesn’t work like that in this life. You have to put yourself second and your man and his club first.”
“And how exactly would you know what it takes to be an Ol’ lady?” Ashton asks her.
“I watch and I learn from seeing what Ol’ ladies do. I’m very observant,” she replies.
“Then you should know how an Ol’ lady acts, and you my dear, have none of the qualities needed to be an Ol’ lady. We have respect for ourselves and don’t willingly spread our legs for any of the brothers. Just ours.” Kori says.
“If you’re the right woman, no one cares who all you’ve been with. It’s not like Ol’ ladies get men who’ve been celibate while waiting to find the right one, you know?”
“You think that’s how it works?” Ashton asks Tasha. “What man wants a woman who’s been with his brothers? No man wants to be with his woman and think about the fact that all of his brothers have been buried inside of her. These men want a woman who’s been his and his alone. They don’t share well as it is, can you imagine if they had to remember all those who’ve shared their woman? Your thinking is ass backwards, Tasha.”
“You’re telling me nowhere in history, a club whore has made an Ol’ lady?” she asks us.
“Not in our club!” Kori responds to Tasha’s stupid question. “Are you not paying attention? You will never be an Ol’ lady to the Rage Ryders. Grow the fuck up!”
“It’s time to beat some sense into this bitch, words aren’t going to work for her brand of stupid,” Ashton informs us.
Even though I’m in the room and have had a say so, I step back and let Kori and Ashton do their thing. Violence isn’t one of my strong suits, apparently. Ashton lands a punch on Tasha’s nose and it instantly begins to bleed. Tasha goes to hold her nose with her hand, but another punch flies and I hear a crunch when it makes contact. This second punch lands in the same place which prevents her from trying to stop the blood flow. She cries out in pain this time. I almost feel sorry for her, almost. She starts screaming for help as Kori takes her to the ground delivering blow after blow. She lands punches to her stomach, shoulder and face. Suddenly the door flies open and the men come into the room. Tic pulls Kori off of Tasha, whispering to her that she’s had enough. I wish I could believe him, but the ‘go to hell look’ she’s sending my way lets me know that her lesson hasn’t been taught, she’s only angered more by it. I know that I’m going to be the one paying the price for her lesson. I’m on her radar, and I have a feeling I won’t be off of it for quite a while.
As I’m taking on her angry stare, I feel arms wrap around me causing me to jump. I was so lost in our staredown that I didn’t even see Brady coming my way. I lean my head back on his shoulder and watch as Levi and Carson escort Tasha out of the room.
“You know this isn’t over with—right?” I say to him.
“It better be,” he responds, but I know better and hope I can handle it when her vengeance comes my way.
“She’s right,” Ashton says, “She hasn’t learned her lesson. She’s convinced that she’d be the better Ol’ lady for Ghost and is determined to prove it. She’ll wait until no one’s paying attention and strike. And Bristol’s in the line of fire. She’s determined to get what she thinks is meant to be hers.”
“Will never happen,” Brady says, “There’s only one woman meant for me and she’s in my arms right now.” I know he means this, but no one can watch me twenty-four hours a day. I’m just going to have to be prepared for whatever she throws my way.
