Double Down: An MFM Menage Romance by Sierra Sparks (9)

Chapter 9

Logan

Walking back to my room was tough.  I really wanted to stay with Faith.  Damn, she was sweet.  Must be weird dealing with so much family drama.  Guess in a way, I’m lucky.  When your parents are gone, there’s not a lot of drama to deal with.  Hell, I would’ve been happy to have a little drama once in a while.  At least my folks would’ve been there to yell at me.  Still, I was sensing something else was going on with Faith.

No sooner had I thought that, I heard steps running up behind me.  For a second, I thought it was Kyle come to even the score.  But when I turned around, it was Faith.

        “Hey, what’s up?” I asked.

She seemed flustered and suddenly too bashful to say.

        “It’s okay,” I said.  “What?”

“I just wanted to thank you again for sticking up for me at the party and I---  Well, I find myself really attracted to you and Mason.  I’m not really sure what to do about it,” she said awkwardly.  “Is that weird?”

“Well, we are twins,” I noted.

She looked up at me and we made eye contact.  The moment seemed right, so I leaned down and kissed her.  She got swept up in the moment and wrapped herself around me, pressing her full breasts into my chest.  I almost lost my balance.

I noticed a nearby park bench and guided her towards it.

“Let’s go sit there.”

The park bench was in the shadows a bit.  We wouldn’t have total privacy, but some.  You’d literally have to be walking the quad and walking into the same shadow to notice us.

I was getting seriously hard.  Faith smelled amazing.  I kissed her neck and nibbled on her earlobe.  She kissed and stuck her tongue in my mouth.  I could taste her lipstick and her perfume.

Moving my hands, I started touching her around the waist.  I moved up towards her breast, but hesitated.  Faith stopped, looked around and put my hand right on her breasts.  I didn’t want to get into her clothes too deep.  She’d end up half naked and we were outside.

The kissing lasted for a while.  It was pretty hot and heavy on the park bench.  I decided to push my luck and I put my hand on her bare knee.  I slowly started to caress her inner thigh.  She responded by kissing me harder and making encouraging noises.

My hand slowly went up her dress and onto her panties.  I could feel that the outside of them were smooth, silky and a little damp.  I let my fingers dance around the exterior for a little bit.  Faith was kissing me harder and really getting into it.

I opened an eye and checked around.  So far, the quad was empty and I didn’t think we were making enough noise to attract attention.  I slipped a finger inside her panties.  She was completely shaved down there!  Nice!  I put my finger inside her wet, hot box.  Moaning into my mouth, she grinded on my finger a little bit.

        “Oh, Logan,” she gasped.  “Mmmm.”

My finger started to go in and out of her slowly, getting faster.  I could feel the amount of wetness increasing.  She started to shake on the bench next to me, building to a climax.  Finally, she buried her face in my chest and I could hear her stifle a scream.

“Oh, my God,” she gasped, pulling back a little so she could look up into my eyes.  “That was intense.”

“You wanna go back to my room?” I suggested.  “We’d be more comfortable.  After all, we are engaged.”

        She smiled, but politely declined.

“I can’t right now,” she said disappointed.  “It’s too soon.  I had sex with Kyle and then he dumped me.  It really hurt to be used for sex.  Be patient with me?”

“Sure, okay,” I said brushing away the stray locks of hair from her face.  “Do you want to tell me what was going on with that phone call?”

She sighed for a while and straightened her dress out.  Looking off in the distance, I could tell she was mulling it over.  Then she looked up at me and started to tell me.

“I’m embarrassed,” she said.  “My family is losing their house.  My dad is sick and can’t work anymore.  We can’t pay the mortgage.  My mom wants me to quit school and get a job to support the family.  But I’m so close!  I only have one more year till I graduate!  Just the rest of this semester and the next one.  Then I could get a good job, but--- I don’t know if I can make it a year.”

“I could just buy your parents’ house,” I said.

“What?  What do you mean?” she said, her eyes wide, not really processing.

“Just what I said,” I explained.  “My folks are super wealthy.  I could just buy the house.  It’s not that big of a deal.”

        “It’s a house.  It’s like $200,000,” explained Faith.  “That’s a lot of money.”

“Not to me it isn’t,” I assured her.  “I mean, don’t get me wrong.  We’re not super flashy or whatever.  I have a regular car, but my parents are millionaires, so…”

“I don’t know, Logan,” she said, looking down, unsure.  “That’s really generous of you.  It would solve my immediate problem, but---  I don’t know how I feel about taking money from you.”

“Well, you could look at it like a loan, if you want,” I suggested.  “Pay me back whenever or don’t.”

“Then it’s not really a loan, it’s a gift,” she corrected.  “Not that I still won’t consider it, but---Wow, you have that much money?”

“My folks work in politics,” I explained.  “You would not believe how much money gets thrown around in Washington.  I mean, it’s crazy.  My dad told me some stories.  These millionaires and billionaires will dump thousands upon thousands of dollars into a campaign just to have a little influence.”

“It’s not…illegal or anything, right?” she asked carefully.

“Oh, no-no-no, nothing like that,” I assured her.  “These are all legal transactions, although some of them are secret and ethically questionable.”

“I don’t mean to pry, but would it be your money or your parents?” she asked.

“Technically their money, but don’t worry about it,” I assured her.  “They owe me.  If they’re not going to show up for my football games and generally ignore me, the least they can do is cut me a check when I need it.”

Looking at Faith, I could tell she was conflicted.  I didn’t really understand it.  Money never meant anything to me.  I guess it was because we always had it.  Whenever I wanted something, all I had to do was ask.  Guess that made me spoiled, but so what?  This was different.  I wasn’t asking for a dirt bike or a trip to Cancun---  This was to help a real family in distress.  If anything, it was more like charity.  I guess I’d better not phrase it that way to Faith, though, she might feel insulted.

“I have to think about this,” said Faith.  “Why don’t we meet at my dorm room tomorrow and we’ll talk?  Okay?”

        “That sounds good,” I agreed.

I kissed her again lightly.  She got up, holding my hand until she walked far enough away for it to drop.  I watched her fantastic ass until it disappeared into the shadows of the campus trees.  Then I sat down at the park bench and tried to relax.

I still had a massive boner.

After a few minutes, everything calmed down and I could finally stand up and walk.  I was pretty confident that Faith would take the money, but what if she didn’t?  What the hell would I do then?  She’d leave and end up working at a gas station off campus or something.  I wouldn’t even be able to see her!

As I walked across the campus trying to work things out in my head, I spotted Gregory loading up his truck.  Damn, it was late for him to be out!

        “Hey Gregory,” I greeted.

        “Mason!”

        “Logan, actually,” I corrected.

“Logan?  Oh, yeah,” he recognized.  “Sorry, it’s dark in this parking lot.”

“What are you doing out so late?  I thought the maintenance crew went home hours ago,” I inquired.

“Oh, someone drove into a bunch of parked cars and pushed them into a sapling.  The college doesn’t want anyone to see the damage, so the cars got towed away and I got called in to get rid of the tree before anyone noticed,” he explained.

I looked in the back of his truck.  There was a stump with roots and a trunk that had been split in half.  I wasn’t sure where the top of the tree was.

“Jeez, you had to dig that whole stump out by yourself?” I said, mildly impressed.

“Ah, it’s not that hard once you cut the main root.  Just takes a while is all,” he explained.  “How about you?  You partying up on campus tonight?”

“Well, I was at this party with a girl, but---  Ah, it’s a long story.  I’ll let you get home,” I said.

“My night is shot anyway,” he dismissed.  “Got some good overtime though.  I got time to listen if you want to tell me while I have a smoke.”

Gregory lit up and I told my story.  We leaned against the back of his truck.  I told him about Mason, Faith and the big switch at the party.  I told him about Kyle and the confrontation.  Then I told him about the phone call and that I had offered to buy her family’s house.

“Hmmm,” said Gregory thoughtfully, his brown eyes distant.  “You don’t realize the power of money, my friend.”

“I was just trying to help,” I said.  “Did I do anything wrong?”

“Nah, but you have to understand,” he explained.  “Working folks like us, we have pride.  You can’t just throw you money around.  It feels like you’re buying her affection, ya know?”

“No, but I’m really into her, Gregory,” I insisted.  “I mean, I really thinking I’m falling hard for this girl.”

“Wait, did you say you were Mason or Logan?” he asked.

        “Logan.”

“And is this the same girl?”

        “Yeah,” I said.

“Oh, Lord,” he said shaking his head and then taking another drag.  “You boys got yourself a world of trouble here.  I told your brother, you have to ask this girl who she wants.  The woman gets to choose, not the man.”

“But so far, she says she likes both of us,” I said.

“I don’t see how that’s going to work,” said Gregory.  “She religious?”

        “Catholic,” I explain.

“Oh, no-no-no, she can’t date you both,” Gregory laughed.  “Them Catholic girls can be strict.  Their parents are going to want to know your business.  Man and if you buy their house---  Damn, Logan, you got a complex life, my friend.”

“I know,” I admitted.  “I don’t know how it happened.  Just a few days ago, all I had to worry about was football practice.”

“This is a love triangle with money and brothers and everything,” said Gregory.  “You boys could be a movie-of-the-week.  The most important thing and I told you brother---  You two are family.  Family is forever.  Don’t forget that much.”

        ‘Yeah, I know,” I said.

“Well, I guess wait to see if she takes the money,” speculated Gregory.  “If she takes it, her parents could hardly object to you two.  Then again, if she don’t take it, she’ll probably have to quit college.  Then you make your move, but in secret.  At least until that girl makes up her mind.”

“Yeah, I guess,” I said, thoughtfully rubbing my chin.

“I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful,” said Gregory.  “But damn, that’s a tough call.  You boys get into some crazy shit.  And hey, you got football games to win.  Don’t forget about that.”

“Yeah, I know.  Thanks anyway,” I said, bumping fists with him.  “See you around campus.”

Gregory nodded, flicked away the rest of his cigarette and got into his truck.  I watched him drive away.  I could see from the parking lot the long winding road leading away from campus.  He was headed back to town to be with his friends and family.  Someday I would leave this campus for the last time to do the same.
