I finish putting the remainder of my clothes on feeling completely humiliated. I don’t feel like calling Agnes, because I feel so stupid. She was calling me earlier, because Dede was at Leo’s house. She sent me a photo of Leo and Dede kissing while I was getting the video chat started. This is why he had to go suddenly, she must have been in the house waiting for him. I scroll through her other messages only to find out that Leo’s a cheating two-timing bastard. He’s been sleeping with Dede all along. He lied to me when he said that I should strip in the office knowing that he’s going to be with Dede anyway.

Isobel, I know that you miss Leo. I hate to tell you the truth like this, but I just came to the ranch with dad, and I found Dede’ here. I wanted to tell you on the phone, but I decided that it’s best to show you. So, you know that I’m not lying. I love you. If you want to talk. Just call me. “You see…” I say as quiet as a church mouse as I try and get my voice together. He’s looking at me, and I feel even shyer. My ice cold boss is being nice to me as he smiles and treats me as if I’m a friend. The last two weeks he’s been treating me as if I’m part of the furniture.

“Leo’s been cheating on me. So, he wanted me to strip just to…”

“Fucking jerk!”

My sentiments exactly and then he walks up to me. He’s so close that I can smell his woody scent, I’m taking in his posture and thinking to myself is this a new boss? Not the same one that’s been treating me as if I’m invisible. There’s never any eye contact. Just emails and if I’m lucky some instructions by intercom and the wave of a hand if I accompany him to a meeting.

“I didn’t know that he’s been with Dede all this time. She was in the house while I was stripping for him just now. Touching myself. Thinking that he’ll stay with me.”

I’m trying to fight the tears, but I’m not doing a good job of it, as they start rolling down uncontrollably.

He shakes his head as he pulls me in close. I want to tell him that I feel completely lost, but he’s not the type to understand and most of all he’s my boss.

“I can help you,” he purrs as he strokes my hair.

I don’t know why, but this sends shivers down my spine. He’s so gentle and in control. There’s nothing sexual about it, but it doesn’t stop me from growing wet once again. I wonder if it’s the aftermath of stripping or if there’s something else that’s happening right now?

Then the security guard stops at the door, and Christian slowly pulls me away from him.

“Good evening Mr. Stern. I just thought that no one else was here.”

Christian nods, “We’re just finishing for the night. I was in archives earlier.”

I face the security guard, and he can see the tears that are still streaming down my face as I try to wipe them away and put on a fake smile. The guard clears his throat and moves his oversized body from the door and says, “Well as long as everything’s alright then I’ll keep going on my rounds.”

Christian says nothing, and then he turns to face me as the security guard is out of sight. I manage to pull myself together and straighten up. His blue eyes turn dark as he says, “If you want a real man. One that’ll appreciate your beautiful body and mind then I can help you.”

I whisper, “How?”

He smiles, “Every day if you do as I say then I’ll give you the one thing that you’ve been holding on to for so long. Leo wouldn’t be able to satisfy you the way that I can. Believe me, if he did, then he wouldn’t have you stripping for him on video chat with another girl in the house. No, he would be treasuring you,” he sighs as he strokes my hair, “The way that you deserved to be treated.”

“What does this all mean Mr. Stern?”

I find myself doing it again, calling him by his surname. Something that he’s told me not to do a dozen times.

“Christian I’ve always felt nervous about giving my virginity to him, and I don’t know why?”

He chokes, “That’s because he’s a boy. Not a real man. Not one that will have you begging for more all-night long.”

I move closer towards him, “And you can do that?”

He backs away, “It’s a promise that I intend to keep. But you need to do something for me.”

“What?”

It’s as if I’m a puppy dog that’s about to be thrown a bone by their owner and I’m desperate for him to play with me. Satisfy me. And give me his undivided attention.

“I’ll give you a set of instructions. Follow them and you’ll see.”

I’m completely confused by his statement. What kind of instructions? I’m about to ask him, but he’s no longer by my side. He’s heading towards his desk. I smile at the idea that he liked what he saw on the video chat, but once again he’s going back to being cold. I know that if the security guard hadn’t come around then maybe he would show me what he’s talking about.

“That’s all Isobel. It’s late, and you have a lot of work to do tomorrow,” he’s no longer smiling as he sits at his desk while sitting on the same chair that I was in only a few minutes ago. This time I’m not giving a video chat. He’s working, and then I feel lost as I hover by the door.

“Good night Mr. Stern,” I smile as I leave. He ignores me, and then I leave the same way that I entered with my phone in my hand wondering exactly what the CEO has in mind for me. I know that it’s dirty and I should report him to HR. But, I won’t because considering my boyfriend has been cheating on me, knowing that I’ve been holding onto my v-card for him. It makes me want to give it to a real man. One that’ll appreciate it and have me begging for more.
