Evex (Warriors Of Ition) by Maia Starr (5)

Chapter Three

Evex Ein

Seeing the human female about to take her life on that terrace was enough to make me want to save her. Not just because I desired her, but because I knew that she needed it. She needed a savior, and I could be that savior since no human was there to do it for her.

Seeing her sadness was a bit of an obstacle for me; it was not what I wanted from a human female. It was not what I was used to. Most of the human females I had come across and slept with had been very 110 indeed. They had thrown themselves at the opportunity to have sex with an alien, especially Itions, because it was forbidden by their kind. But this human female shot fire from her green eyes; she hated me.

If she only knew what I had done to the one that carried her photo in the amulet, she would hate me even more.

But hate I could deal with; hate actually made me more attracted to her. The more she struggled against wanting me near her, the more I wanted her. Perhaps it was the challenge; it was the great hunt I had been looking for.

I looked at her strapped into the seat on the transport ship. She was huffing and puffing; her ample chest heaved up and down. She had no idea what was ahead of her.

“Launch when ready,” I ordered my pilot.

“Yes, Leader Ein,” he responded and began to hit switches and make preparations for launch.

“No, you cannot do this. Take me back home. Who do you think you are? You can't just come down here and take a human without permission. Don't you know what the penalties are? It could be death!” she shouted.

I walked over to her and leaned over her. She looked so small strapped into the seat. “You think this is my first time doing this? I have done it so often I have lost count, human.”

Her eyes grew wide, and she gasped. “Then why me?”

“Launching, sir!”

“Go,” I commanded.

I sat down in my captain's chair and strapped in as the ship hovered above the landing pad. Then within five seconds, it shot straight up into the atmosphere. The blue slowly gave way to black outside the glass of the windshield. I could hear the human breathing harder and faster behind me. Then we were in space.

“It is more beautiful than I ever thought,” I heard her mumble. I turned to look at her.

“You have never been in space?”

“I have not. Not until this moment. It is so dark. The blackest black I have ever seen.”

She continued to whisper to herself about what was outside the windshield. It had been a long time since I had seen and heard anyone's reaction to space. I had taken it for granted after years of traveling from my home planet and being in space most of the time.

Her eyes were wide width surprise, and her small pink lips mumbled sayings that only she could hear. I did notice that some of the anger had left her and now it was replaced with wonderment. I had done her a service. Only minutes before she was ready to give up on life, and now she was seeing just how much more was out there for her to experience. I sat up prouder, arrogantly congratulating myself on being her everything, showing her new things. And I hadn't even started yet.

“Leader Ein, we are set at cruise altitude. We will be docking with the mothership in ten hours,” my pilot said.

“Good, keep the course steady. We do not want to arouse suspicion,” I said.

“Mothership! What? No!” the human said.

I rolled my eyes knowing that she was not going to quiet down the entire time and ten hours was a long time for my crew to be distracted by an angry human female. I got up from my chair and walked over to her. I unstrapped her seat belts and scooped her up into my arms; she didn't stop arguing for one moment. I was wondering how she was even breathing with that many words coming out of her mouth.

“Set me down, you buffoon! You cannot do this to me! Where are you taking me now? Why don't you answer me?”

I carried her down the long hallway toward the back of the ship where the living quarters were located. The crew shared a large room of bunks that were no bigger than a closet. But there was a large living quarter at the very back that was my private apartment; next to it was a smaller room with all of the amenities that a human female would need, as she would not be its first occupant. I opened the door and set her down on the bed. As soon as I let go of her, she scrambled to the corner of the bed against the wall hugging her knees.

“Don't touch me.”

“It is too late for that,” I arched a brow at her.

“But you flatter yourself, human; I am not going to press myself on top of you. I only want answers. Why were you about to take your own life?”

“That is none of your business.”

“It is my business now considering that I was the one that stopped you from your fate. If I had not been there, you would be dead right now. It is my business; I saved you. I'm not going to let a body like yours go to waste when there are many other uses for it.”

“You are an arrogant jerk.”

“That is not the worst thing I have been called. What is your name, human?”

“Imuna.”

“I am Leader Evex Ein. I am the leader of the Alva clan of Ition.”

“Good for you,” she said stubbornly.

I laughed. “You have everything you need in here. If you slide that open, there is a small porthole to look out of and see that blackness you spoke of. Now I have duties to see to,” I said as I walked toward the door. “Oh, and don’t try to escape. This door is locked.”

I left the human and returned to the flight deck. This was going to be very interesting. I walked onto the flight deck, and Lieutenant Draxel was in the process of receiving a message.

“What is it, Lieutenant Draxel?”

“Leader Ein, the mothership received a message from the Earth Council; they are patching it into our ship.”

“Play it when ready.”

The communications screen turned on in front of me. I waited as the message was transferred. Suddenly a message appeared; it was Councilor Vilox.

“Leader Ein, greetings to you. It has come to our attention that you have already left Earth. We intend to set up a second council with you in a month's time. Please return a response and let us know which Earth day might work for you. The topic will be the same.”

Then he disappeared. It was always the same with the humans. They wanted to discuss matters and make themselves feel important by having these meetings, but nothing ever got done.

“Enter the information on my agenda to look at my itinerary next week to determine a time to meet with the council, and to get nothing done.”

“Yes, sir.”

Over the next two hours, I kept myself busy. There was always a lot of work to do when returning from a trip to Earth, even one that did not get anything done. Being of the Alva clan, I had to log such meetings and send a report back to my planet. I made sure that food and drink were brought to Imuna in her room. But as the hours passed, and I continued to consume more and more of the strong drink, I began to think about the human and her curvy body and long red hair. I found my cock growing hard just thinking about her jiggle in that white dress. I stood up from my desk in my living quarters and walked down the hall to her room. I opened the door. She stood up immediately. Her breasts started to heave up and down as she breathed harder.

“Why do you do that? Why do you go scared when you see me? I would think someone that was about to jump off a building hundreds of feet in the air would be absolutely fearless. What do you have to fear if you do not even fear death itself?” I said as I walked around her, looking at her up and down. I knew that my words were a whisper on her pale neck. I could see her stiffen.

“Maybe that fear was exactly why I was going to jump off that building,” she responded.

“You have so much fear that you would choose death?”

“You don't know what I speak of?”

“I know that you speak with a lot of passion, and passion is something that I know a lot about, much more than humans ever could,” I said.

I pulled her into my arms by putting my hand around her lower back. My fingertips brushed against the ample softness of her ass. She breathed hard and opened her mouth to protest, but it only allowed me to press my lips against her.

I moved my other hand up and down her upper back putting my hand around the back of her neck; she was mine to control. She whimpered and moaned in my arms. Her hands pressed against my chest, pushing me away from her, or she tried. It was impossible for her to do so.

Her body was warm as it pressed against me. She was smaller than any human female I had been with before; she felt like a Slither in my arms. Then for brief second, I felt her protesting stop. But then I felt wetness against my face.

I pulled back from her to see that tears were falling down her eyes. She looked at me with such anger. I let her go and moved away from her. I looked at her standing there, sad and vulnerable. It was not the partner that I wanted. I wanted a wanton woman full of desire and lust, not one full of sadness and defeat. I said nothing as I looked at her, then I walked out the door and locked it behind me.

I went to my own room feeling frustrated and hard. I wanted her, she seemed to be giving in, but she wasn't giving an out of desire and lust. I could see her defeat, feel it in her body. It was her defeat that was the same that I saw when she stood on that terrace. She was giving in to me out of a loss of fire inside of her. It was not the experience I wanted from this human female. Anger and fire I could explore and enjoy, but defeat and sadness were something else. It was not what a ruthless creature like myself was used to. I quickly put it out of my mind and went back to work.
